Coat purchase
I tried to find a particular coat at Parasol Store, but they didn't have it in stock. Fortunately, the staff there were really helpful and managed to find me a similar one that I really liked. I was pleasantly surprised when the coat arrived the next day. I would definitely recommend Parasol Store for their great service and efficiency.

Thermo electric valve for gas furnace burner
Avoid City Plumbing at all costs! I ordered a part in a rush, shelled out nearly £300 and what did I get? Absolutely nothing! They said the item was in stock, but surprise, surprise, it had actually been discontinued. And to top it off, they didn't even bother telling me until I contacted them. The service was shocking. And to add insult to injury, they still haven't refunded me! Not only did they take my money for nothing, they can't even be bothered to give it back. I had a plumber all ready to install the part, but City Plumbing completely let me down. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this place!

Disappointing experience
I'm just fed up with this company, all they do is make excuses and avoid giving refunds. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they point fingers at property owners and tell us to rely on travel insurance or credit cards for refunds. Other travel companies are dealing with this issue much better. I've even escalated the matter to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) because of their poor customer service. It's really disappointing that this company cares more about dodging responsibility than actually keeping their customers happy.

Elephant slippers for Christmas gift
Recently, my daughter gave me a lovely pair of elephant slippers for Christmas. They are so cute and I really love them. However, when I tried them on for the first time, I noticed that they didn't offer much support on the bottom. This made it uncomfortable because I could feel everything I stepped on. Even though they aren't the most supportive, I still love them for their design and how comfy they are overall.

Chest of drawers purchase
I bought a chest of drawers from this shop not long ago, and I have to say, it was a pretty disappointing experience. It took a painful 10 weeks for the drawers to actually show up, and then when they did, they were defective. I've been waiting around for another 9 weeks now for a replacement, which means it's been a grand total of 4 months since I first bought them. To top it off, they didn't offer much in the way of compensation for all the hassle, which just made me even more annoyed. I definitely won't be shopping here again, and I'd recommend others to give it a miss too.
