Booked wrong terminal for the lounge
I accidentally booked the wrong terminal for the lounge, and it was the first holiday without kids for my partner in ten years. We were really upset, but a really kind person from here sorted us out and gave us a refund. They even sent us a link to book the right terminal for next time to avoid any more mix-ups. We eventually got the right terminal booked and had a fantastic start to our holiday. We are so grateful for all the help! Thank you!
Holiday extras - parking and lounge passes
I often use this website to book holiday extras like parking and lounge passes. They usually have the best prices, but what really makes them stand out for me is their amazing customer service. The staff are always quick to help, efficient, and really go out of their way to assist with any questions or problems.
Airport lounge booking correction
So, I made a massive mistake with the name for our airport lounge booking, and I was panicking, like what am I going to do?! But then, I emailed them and this guy, John, emailed back really quickly saying he was sorting it out. And you know what? He actually did it so fast and sent me the corrected form within hours. I mean, how cool is that? Thank you, Priority Booker and John, you guys are amazing!
VIP membership disappointment
I joined up for this VIP thing thinking it would be great, but it's been a total waste of both time and money. I was expecting loads of amazing deals and discounts, but it's actually more cost-effective to stick with other companies that don't have all the VIP stuff. It's really disappointing - I feel like I've been fooled into spending my money unnecessarily.
1 year membership purchase with discount voucher
I bought a year-long membership with a discount voucher and I must say, I was really let down by the whole thing. The discount I was supposed to get on airport parking or lounge access was way less than what they had said on their website. It's just not right, this kind of dishonesty in business these days is really not okay - it's just embarrassing.
About Priority Booker
Nowadays, the vast majority of travellers are familiar with the importance of booking their plane ticket, accommodation or even their rental vehicle in advance. However, parking at the airport is often ranked last in the priority list, which can give rise to unpleasant surprises. There are several reasons it is better to have a reservation for your airport parking. The first reason to book is obviously to secure your location. This is not the case for all airports, but in the majority of cases, the infrastructure is not always adapted to the flow of passengers. A situation which should arise more and more shortly, because UK airports have experienced significant growth in recent years. For some highly requested airport car parks, it is not uncommon to see availability decrease very quickly as the school holidays approach. If you have to go about it at the last moment, you might run the risk of not finding anywhere to park, or of having to choose a remote car park. The car parks offering the best quality/price ratio are naturally the most in-demand. During busy periods, they are therefore the first to be sold out. If you have not booked in advance, you will probably have to park in a more expensive car park, or with a quality of service inferior to your expectations. Also, it is essential to take into account price variations linked to supply and demand. If you will always pay more by going to the car park without having booked in advance (if this is possible, which is not always the case), you will often pay more as the date of your departure also approaches. Indeed, if you have made your reservation several weeks in advance, at a time when demand remains low, you often benefit from the normal rate, and even sometimes from promotional rates. By booking at the last moment, however, at a time when availability is low and demand is at its peak, you will certainly have to pay a high price for your parking. Priority Booker could be among the list of your options if you're looking out for the most competent airport parking service provider.
