    Booked wrong terminal for the lounge

    I accidentally booked the wrong terminal for the lounge, and it was the first holiday without kids for my partner in ten years. We were really upset, but a really kind person from here sorted us out and gave us a refund. They even sent us a link to book the right terminal for next time to avoid any more mix-ups. We eventually got the right terminal booked and had a fantastic start to our holiday. We are so grateful for all the help! Thank you!

    Airport lounge booking correction

    So, I made a massive mistake with the name for our airport lounge booking, and I was panicking, like what am I going to do?! But then, I emailed them and this guy, John, emailed back really quickly saying he was sorting it out. And you know what? He actually did it so fast and sent me the corrected form within hours. I mean, how cool is that? Thank you, Priority Booker and John, you guys are amazing!

    VIP membership disappointment

    I joined up for this VIP thing thinking it would be great, but it's been a total waste of both time and money. I was expecting loads of amazing deals and discounts, but it's actually more cost-effective to stick with other companies that don't have all the VIP stuff. It's really disappointing - I feel like I've been fooled into spending my money unnecessarily.

    1 year membership purchase with discount voucher

    I bought a year-long membership with a discount voucher and I must say, I was really let down by the whole thing. The discount I was supposed to get on airport parking or lounge access was way less than what they had said on their website. It's just not right, this kind of dishonesty in business these days is really not okay - it's just embarrassing.
