Subscription payment provider
I've been using a subscription payment provider for a few weeks now and I have to say, it's been a really positive experience overall. I decided to switch from a different provider that focused more on one-off payments and installments, and I'm so happy I made the change. The dashboard of this new provider is much clearer and user-friendly compared to the old one I used. The support team has been amazing, always sorting out any issues I have quickly. I even have a specific person I can contact who has been super helpful. Big shout out to Mr. Farooq and Mr. Ahmed from the operations team for their quick responses and great handling of any technical problems. Honestly, I'm really pleased with how fast everything is processed and the consistent support from the team.
ACH payment integration

I've been using this service for years and it has completely transformed my business. I've processed nearly 7000 payments without any problems at all, which is amazing. The customer service is excellent, always easy to get hold of and really friendly to deal with. Any small questions I've had were sorted out straight away. Sales call gift voucher promotion
I recently took part in a sales call gift voucher promotion with this company, but I've had a pretty disappointing experience. They said they'd give me a voucher in exchange for the call, but I still haven't received it even though the call has already happened. I've tried contacting them several times to chase it up, but I've had no luck so far. It's really frustrating to be kept waiting like this after being told I'd get something in return for my time and interest. As a genuine potential customer, I have to say this whole situation has definitely made me think twice about using their services in the future.
Direct Debit migration
Moving all our members over to the service was really easy. Ahmed was so helpful and always got back to us quickly whenever we had any questions. The way the service works with our CRM system is flawless, which has saved us loads of time and energy. Before, setting up new Direct Debits manually used to take ages, but now it's just a matter of a few clicks.
Strange payment issue
I had a bit of a weird payment problem, but when I gave support a ring, the person on the other end really listened to what was going on and checked out the evidence. They had to pass it on to someone else, but they got back to me pretty quickly with a clear explanation. All in all, I'd say the support was top-notch and the product itself is really good.
Bulk customer transfers
I had a load of customers to transfer and it was dead easy! They offered us a cracking deal with no fees for 90 days and even some extra days free after that. Now I can easily set up bulk payment requests and send subscription links to new customers. It's saving us a lot of money compared to what we used to pay for subscriptions.
Fast payout, easy to use system
I've just tried out the service for the first time and I was really impressed by how quickly they processed my payout. It was easy to find my way around the system and I had no trouble setting up my account. I really like how efficient and user-friendly the platform is. A big well done to the team!
Business payment solution
I've been using this business payment solution for some time now, and I have to say, it's had its ups and downs. The system itself is pretty good, easy to use and tailor to my business requirements. But, not having a mobile app is a major drawback for me. I mean, it's 2021, for goodness' sake! Plus, waiting a whole week for funds to show up in my account is just ridiculous. In today's world, waiting that long is just not on. Honestly, I wouldn't mind paying extra for quicker processing.
Subscription service for business payments
I had such a frustrating experience with this company. They're honestly a bunch of sneaky scammers who don't give clear info on what documents you need to verify your business. Even though I uploaded everything they asked for, they still couldn't verify me. And to make matters worse, they never bother to reply to emails or support requests. The service they provide is just terrible all round.
Delayed payouts for 18 months
Gocardless hasn't paid us for the past 18 months. We first brought it up 6 months ago, but there hasn't been any solution. Despite sending several emails and making a phone call, we still haven't received any payment. Gocardless doesn't have an internal complaints procedure, only the financial ombudsman as stated on their website. We aren't happy with the situation at all.
Fraudulent Payment Processor
I strongly recommend staying away from this payment processor. They make you go through endless verifications, document submissions, and meetings, only to block you once you receive your first payment. What's worse is that they won't refund the money to the client, leaving you to handle the consequences of their dishonest behaviour. My time with them has been a complete nightmare.
Verifying Payment
I tried to become a customer, but they weren't interested (how rude!). I attempted to get a refund for my verification payment, but they just kept saying no! They said there wasn't a procedure for that or something. Ugh, it's so frustrating, I just want my money back! I wouldn't recommend this dodgy company, they deserve zero stars! Definitely steer clear of them!
Overcharged account set-up fees
I was really gutted when Gocardless hit me with double the set-up fees for my account. So, I got in touch with their customer service team to ask for a refund. But their reply was a letdown. They didn't want to give me back the 1440€, they just proposed taking it out of my upcoming bills. That's not on, especially with such a big amount at stake. I'm asking Gocardless to give me back the whole lot without delay.
Trying to unsubscribe
These people are really getting on my nerves! I've tried four times to stop receiving their emails, but they keep asking if I'm satisfied with how they dealt with my complaint. Obviously I'm not! Now they want me to provide more details. Ugh!
My subscription box purchase
I recently joined this subscription box service, which seemed pretty great at first. However, I later discovered that they had slyly included an additional hidden fee without informing me. What's worse, if my direct debit failed, they would tack on even more charges! Can you believe it? To top it off, they unexpectedly switched me to a more costly plan. It seems like they are solely focused on taking my money and not interested in providing a good service. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone; better to find a company that genuinely values their customers, not just profit for their shareholders.
Account Closure, Chargeback Requests, Fund Retention
Gocardless closed our accounts for no good reason and now they are actually suggesting that we get our customers to do chargebacks on their transactions! Can you believe it? And to top it off, Gocardless' bank is holding onto our money, leaving us in a right mess financially. Our customers' bank has even advised them to make a police report to try and get the money back from Gocardless. It's really making me wonder if Gocardless is just running some sort of fancy scheme to steal funds. We are going to report this to the FCA and let everyone know what's going on.
