So, I checked out this trading place and it was a total mess. They boast about their fake trading numbers to impress everyone, but everything else was chaotic. It was a struggle to get approved for my account, and they keep changing their rules randomly. It feels like they're not interested in playing fair, you know? I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, they seem dodgy. Also, they try too hard to act cool with their fancy technology, but I don't believe it. In my opinion, they're more like a circus than a legitimate trading platform.
Transfer issue
I tried to send a token but put the wrong memo on it. The support team assured me they would assist me, so I sent all the required screenshots. However, it's been 4 days and I still haven't heard back from them. My tokens are nowhere to be seen, and they don't respond to my new tickets. The only one communicating with me is the chat bot. It's really annoying and feels like they're not being honest with their customers!

I'm really annoyed with the terrible customer service and lack of transparency on this platform. I've been trying for months to get my money back, but all I get are automated responses from their robot. They're holding my funds indefinitely because of a trade they think happened with a sanctioned country, even though it never actually happened. It's just not right that they can keep my money like that for no good reason. I tried contacting consumer groups for assistance, but no one could help. Does anyone know a good lawyer who could help me out with this problem? I started off with just 1000€ as a beginner and now I just want my money back.

Ugh, I decided to transfer some money to this place, but then I had this support issue, it was such a nightmare! I couldn't even find my support ticket in their system, and their knowledge base was so outdated. Honestly, it was a total waste of time. I wouldn't recommend going there at all, to be honest.

This platform is a complete scam! They've gone and pinched my money for no good reason at all. I put in a deposit and when I tried to make an exchange, they just up and swiped my cash. I'm telling everyone to steer clear of this platform - they're a bunch of thieves and they won't be able to keep getting away with it for much longer.

Yeah, this place is totally uncool. Honestly, I wouldn't bother with it. They suddenly ask for KYC, which seems a bit questionable, right? It gives off a vibe like they're trying to scam you or something. I definitely wouldn't suggest using this place.

The tech company I trusted with my money is honestly terrible. I gave them my money, signed up, and all of a sudden it was gone! Can you believe that? And to top it off, they didn’t even bother to speak to me about it. So rude, I tell you!
