I went to the branch the other day to apply for a new passport and I must say, I was really impressed with the service I got. Elaine, who helped me out, was so nice, patient and really quick with everything. It was great to have someone guiding me through the process and making it all easy. The other staff were friendly too, which made the whole atmosphere really positive even with all the bad things in the news about the Post Office. All in all, I was happy with the service and I'd definitely suggest this branch to others.

Water butt and link kit purchase
I've been using this company for a while now and I'm pretty happy with the stuff I've bought. The first water butt I got was in good shape and simple to attach to my downpipe. Though, the extension hose had a little leak, so I had to get a new one which was sent out quite fast and fixed the problem. Just the other day, I got a second water butt and the connecting kit to join them up. Turns out, the linking kit wasn't in the parcel. I dropped them an email and they quickly sent me the missing part.

I recently purchased a treadmill and initially, everything went really smoothly. However, things took a turn for the worse pretty quickly. The delivery was a complete disaster, they arrived at the wrong time and were extremely irritable about it. I mean, come on, we have other things to do than just waiting around for you to turn up! To make matters worse, when they finally did arrive, they were being incredibly disrespectful towards the lady who was present. Not cool at all, guys. And let's not even get started on setting up the treadmill, it took forever to arrange and the communication was just terrible. Overall, a big thumbs down from me.

I was absolutely appalled by the service I got from this company. I ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers for a special occasion, but got a completely different arrangement. When I got in touch with customer service about the mix-up, they flat out refused to give me a full refund and only offered me £20 as a sorry gesture. I couldn't believe how they wouldn't own up to their mistake or try to make it right. I'd really suggest others avoid using this service.

Pet insurance claim reimbursement
My dog Scooby seemed to be struggling with one of his legs over the weekend, so I decided to take him to a clinic for a check-up and some X-rays. Even though it wasn't our usual vet, everything went really well. They did a great job with the examination, X-rays, and giving him the right medication. Luckily, it turned out that Scooby just had a strain. I filled in a claim and was really pleased to see the money back in my account just a few days later. Overall, I'm really happy with the pet insurance service. It was quick and efficient, just what we needed in a moment of panic.

I have had a subscription back in 2020 and ordered a lot during a whole year. One month I did not have the money on my account to pay the subscription and they cancelled it immediately.
After 2 years they send me a bill with that amount and a threat with debt collectors if I don't pay them, although they cancelled that service for me and I haven't used it since. I tried to contact them many ways but there is no person to talk to, no chat, no phone number, just the same useless email. I kept getting the same automatic reply: YOU HAVE TO PAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY MORE, and I ended up having to scream at debt collectors over the phone for 50 Euro. The literal worst entitlement and rudest treatment i have EVER encountered. A horrible company that deserves to go bankrupt. Dishwasher repair
Called to confirm that parts were included in the cost, I was told that parts were included and if the engineer needed to come back this was also included also along with 12 month warranty.
The engineer came, took the switch out stated he was not sure the issue but we should start with by replacing this part. He told me the cost of part were not included and they are a separate cost. This is not what I have been told. fantastic service also use a different company to do the job and do not tell you this until after you have booked.
There customers service department are not prepared to help or find a resolution and just and do not handle complaints well, there is no one else to go to escalate and issues. This is a very poor services and the become like ghost after they have taken your money.

Honestly, I was attracted to the price. We'd received a large item ordered on amazon, it arrived damaged and we were informed that we'd have to pay for it to be returned. Rather than be stuck with it we arranged to return it through Parcelhero and we were satisfied with the price and collection process. It was only when a day later we received a bill for £65 MORE that I realised my mistake in using this service.

Ordered an ipad on 28th November Delivery states 11 days allow a couple of extra for covid, tracking number didn't work, I tried to call them lines goes dead, emailed 6 times! they only replied when I contacted the shipping company and they got back to me telling me they had never received this item!

Quality of course good - good slides - good teacher. Initially the course didn't start automatically and there was no play button as indicated. I refreshed it but then there was no sound. My honest feeling is the supplementary course materials are pretty pricey - and I just couldn't afford the monthly rate normally which is a shame because I think there's a lot of value in the courses - and during this time especially that would be very valuable. The reminders and calls are good - although the "your course is about to start in 5 minutes" happened 5 minutes into the course. Overall though - appreciate the trial course - it's given me a sense of achievement and satisfaction with day 1 of the course.

I recently bought a little black dress for my college prom night and my sister bought a green maxi dress from here and we are expecting to get soon ! i am really exciting as the clothing design is super hot a perfect for such an amazing day of my life!Well you definitely get what you pay for yes it’s very cheap for students but so is the quality of the clothes
i have tried to contact i saw it first as i am now extremely frustrated i ordered last thursday and got next day delivery it is now tuesday and still not arrived its been in transit all this time and presuming its lost in transit and its not only happened to me they have not got in contact with me once and whats more annoying is there giving away free next day delivery on the app/website i am furious and hoping someone will contact me soon!!!!!

I ordered some clothes over 1 month ago. Nothing has come. I have had no email to say it was dispatched. And I have emailed my complaint 3 times with NO response. I will never shop here again. Really thought better of them but they have lost a customer for sure now. The lack of communication is so unprofessional

Unfortunately communication is very poor with this company. Asked them if they could do something on an order. At first they were so helpful and accommodating but then never got back to me. Chased them up and they have just ignored me. Shame really.

I ordered a sofa bed from Perch & Parrow without seeing fabrics before and want to leave this review because I absolutely loved how they rang me up within a day to send me a free booklet of the fabric I ordered. I actually then found it a bit too light and they sent me six more fabrics to look at and feel 'in real'. We picked Cotswold Slate which is just a gorgeous grey and the sofa bed has now arrived. The quality of the fabric stitching is superb and the mattress that comes with the bed is amazing quality.
