    Worst company ever. They sold me 2 pairs of gloves that arrived with tiny fingers, they refused to cover return costs so it cost me £10 to return,. then they claimed they never arrived and refused to refund me. I have lost £80 shopping here and customer service offered no help at all. Dont shop here!

    I have had a subscription back in 2020 and ordered a lot during a whole year. One month I did not have the money on my account to pay the subscription and they cancelled it immediately.

    After 2 years they send me a bill with that amount and a threat with debt collectors if I don't pay them, although they cancelled that service for me and I haven't used it since. I tried to contact them many ways but there is no person to talk to, no chat, no phone number, just the same useless email. I kept getting the same automatic reply: YOU HAVE TO PAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY MORE, and I ended up having to scream at debt collectors over the phone for 50 Euro. The literal worst entitlement and rudest treatment i have EVER encountered. A horrible company that deserves to go bankrupt. NEVER subscribe unless you want to be treated as if you are a thief and forced to pay money for no reason!

    I requested a refund that was sent but no actual reply from the company itself
    Products and prices look great but customer service and delivery are awful unfortunately
    Definitely wouldn't risk buying online again

    I love my latest piece from Ewadara. I use to think that they only catered for women's clothing and accessories, until I decided to check for myself, just in case they had something for the men, too. And indeed, they had. I was just oblivious all the while. A cultural fest is coming up in my state and I intend rocking one of the Ankara trousers I just bought from Ewadara. I am impressed with how meticulous they are with the sewing; it so neat. I can't believe some actually sew these trousers with their hands. They are skilled people at Ewadara and I would ensure that I buy from you again.

    Hestan Culinary is a cookware company, that claims to focus on offering a wide range of clad stainless steel. I placed orders for some of the products they have in stock. Some of these products include class cooking pots and pans like NanoBond Molecular Titanium cooking pot, ProBond TITUM Nonstick cooking pot, and ProBond Professional Clad Stainless Steel pots.

    After they were delivered, I unwrapped the boxes and started using them and since then it has been serving me real good. I can now prepare delicious and tasty foods for my visitors and family. I'm so happy I had found Hestan Culinary and patronized them.

    Hestan Culinary also maintains to work closely with chefs to redesign cooking utensils that are of high standards, living up to the standard of a professional listen.

    Having had a lot of bad experiences with some previous online stores that I patronized years ago, I made up my mind not to make any silly mistake again. But when I needed to do my shopping, I heard of Wish. I had this feeling of trying something new, I was hoping it would turn out good and it did. Their products are far different from online vendors. Their order, payment, and delivery time was time-saving and quick. I was also amazed to see that they had a good return policy . They were just sincere all through my shopping journey.     Bought these sweets for my boyfriends birthday and I haven't up till now been able to buy them anywhere. I was happy with the price and they arrived just after his birthday. I will definitely be using them again for any more sweet items I fancy.

    Dishwasher repair

    Called to confirm that parts were included in the cost, I was told that parts were included and if the engineer needed to come back this was also included also along with 12 month warranty.
    The engineer came, took the switch out stated he was not sure the issue but we should start with by replacing this part. He told me the cost of part were not included and they are a separate cost. This is not what I have been told. fantastic service also use a different company to do the job and do not tell you this until after you have booked.
    There customers service department are not prepared to help or find a resolution and just and do not handle complaints well, there is no one else to go to escalate and issues. This is a very poor services and the become like ghost after they have taken your money.
    I was going to use them for a cleaning service but I won’t be using them again!

    Beware the small print: billable weight and actual weight are not the same and this is not made clear on the website!!
    I have been asked to pay more than twice the original cost of the service due to estimating measurements!!

    Honestly, I was attracted to the price. We'd received a large item ordered on amazon, it arrived damaged and we were informed that we'd have to pay for it to be returned. Rather than be stuck with it we arranged to return it through Parcelhero and we were satisfied with the price and collection process. It was only when a day later we received a bill for £65 MORE that I realised my mistake in using this service.
    While Lewis has been most apologetic and polite it still seems that I am liable to pay in excess of £90 to return an unused item that was damaged in delivery to us.

    This company should not be allowed to trade!
    Ordered an ipad on 28th November Delivery states 11 days allow a couple of extra for covid, tracking number didn't work, I tried to call them lines goes dead, emailed 6 times! they only replied when I contacted the shipping company and they got back to me telling me they had never received this item!
    Tecobuy replied with thank you for you custom and sent me the same tracking number!!

    I then involved paypal, I ordered another ipad with John lewis on my visa as it was my sons only Christmas percent arrived the next day! I would of saved £70 through Tecobuy! for all the hassle heart ache and worry...

    Then on the 31st Jan the ipad from Tecobuy turns up! I have asked to return it they say it has to be back in 30 days from delivery (bank holiday weekend) yet they couldn't get it to me after £670 within 30 days!!

    Absolute cowboys and as far as I am concerned criminal!!
    you will also get an adapter plug as its not a UK model.

    Ordering was easy and price a bargain BUT item never turned up....seller wont respond to my messages....still not got a refund and getting nowhere...avoid at all costs I didnt know this was a website like other cheap ones that had numerous sellers I just assumed it was a normal British website but clearly not and is similar to Amazon with different sellers.

    And NO I didnt click "would buy here again" there was no option to say no....bit dodgy there isnt it.

    Fast delivery but once I unplugged the item, after the advised charging period, it wouldn’t work or switch on.     Trial of Digital Marketing

    Quality of course good - good slides - good teacher. Initially the course didn't start automatically and there was no play button as indicated. I refreshed it but then there was no sound. So I was about 15 minutes late to the course after switching from Firefox to Safari (would be good to have a heads up about which browsers are best if that's a common thing). My honest feeling is the supplementary course materials are pretty pricey - and I just couldn't afford the monthly rate normally which is a shame because I think there's a lot of value in the courses - and during this time especially that would be very valuable. The reminders and calls are good - although the "your course is about to start in 5 minutes" happened 5 minutes into the course. Overall though - appreciate the trial course - it's given me a sense of achievement and satisfaction with day 1 of the course.

    Me and my sister are extremely fashionable and we really look for new trending clothes but sometimes its very difficult to know where to go when you have some specific choice n clothing, also yes, price really matters when you are a college student and you have very limited money and you can't spend it all on your clothes. so we got this i saw it first where they are seeling the hottest trending clothes at the really amazing price.
    I recently bought a little black dress for my college prom night and my sister bought a green maxi dress from here and we are expecting to get soon ! i am really exciting as the clothing design is super hot a perfect for such an amazing day of my life!

    Well you definitely get what you pay for yes it’s very cheap for students but so is the quality of the clothes

    i have tried to contact i saw it first as i am now extremely frustrated i ordered last thursday and got next day delivery it is now tuesday and still not arrived its been in transit all this time and presuming its lost in transit and its not only happened to me they have not got in contact with me once and whats more annoying is there giving away free next day delivery on the app/website i am furious and hoping someone will contact me soon!!!!!

    Very pleased with my purchase, the product was in sale and still is from the looks of it, I wouldn't have purchased at full price, however I would highly recommend buying the teepee at the sale price, looks fantastic in my daughter's room, she's well chuffed.     We ordered a present for my Mam for mother's day on the 27th February. Delivery was 16 working days later. My sister followed up with "customer service" and was told that the parcel was "lost"and that we would not be refunded. This is in breach of EU laws which state "A company cannot refuse a refund for an item that was never delivered to a customer that paid in full for this item, trusting the service or the organisation". Emma Smyth then proceeded to block my sister on Whatsapp and will not return any of her emails. This company clearly has no idea how to do business. Please don't put any money into this company as it will be stolen. We will be taking this further on our end. What a shame.

    Seems like a lot of your items "go missing" doesn't it? We want a full refund as is laid out in EU law. The reviews on your page are completely fake, some of them are copied and pasted! As for your email claiming libel, this is a REAL review site. If you do business as terribly as this, you should expect bad reviews.

    Checked this with a 3rd party. They use a company for their website that selects top reviews only. That’s why there is such a stark comparison when you look an independent review sites such as this.

The retailer is responsible for delivery of goods and fully accountable for all goods until the point they are in a customer’s possession. If there is an issue with the courier, that’s their problem not the customers. They can open a case themselves with the courier etc For the customer it’s as simple as “Deliver the goods or issue a refund”.

    That’s the advice I received from Consumerline this morning. They’re great by the way for legal advice and if you’re looking to raise a complaint or concern about a business.Possible case for trading standards. Avoidable if they just followed basic consumer rights legislation!

    I was selling on this platform and decided to cancel as you do not get paid what you are owed. Been chasing for 3 weeks and still no money and no reply to emails. They say above that they get thousands of orders which is a lie. I sold only 2 items and there was a gap of nearly 2 weeks between them and the order number only went up about 25 so they are lucky if they hit a hundred orders a month. Scam company, will be taking the matter further to get what i am owed. No doubt they will reply to this with lies but hey ho.

    I was selling on this platform and decided to cancel as you do not get paid what you are owed. Been chasing for 3 weeks and still no money and no reply to emails. They say above that they get thousands of orders which is a lie. I sold only 2 items and there was a gap of nearly 2 weeks between them and the order number only went up about 25 so they are lucky if they hit a hundred orders a month. Scam company, will be taking the matter further to get what i am owed. No doubt they will reply to this with lies but hey ho.

    Took money without my say so!!

    Absolutely disgusted. Never bought anything from this company yet they think that it is acceptable to take £20 from my account! This money is for my newborn baby and may not seem like alot to some people but to me it's a case of every penny counts at the minute! Then when I have tried to go on the website it says there is some sort of error!! Absolutely gutted that this has happened. It needs replacing and my membership cancelling! I would say I would never order from here again but I didn't in the first place!!!!

    Ordered 2 items and a further 2 when received discount offer - still haven’t received the discount by the way! Anyway second items arrived first, chased the order and was told hadn’t been 10 days. Waited until 15 and chased again. Told would be 2 days and still nothing. Chased again to find the supplier had sold out at Xmas. So why did TEYB allow an order to be placed on the 5th for 10 day delivery?? Anyway told could wait 6 wks but we didn’t want to so asked for a refund. After several emails chasing this was agreed to. Supplied PayPal ID over a week ago and still nothing. So £60 order placed on 5th January and no product or refund as yet. Would not use again or recommend to anyone.

    no item no contact and my FB comment has mysteriously disappeared

    Ordered an item on 8 Dec with 4 day delivery. Still waiting for it. I wasn't sent any tracking information and I've no response to my email asking what is happening with my order. A comment I added on their FB page pointing out I was still waiting and had not received a response to my email was removed.

    What a con

    I would never recommend selling with this woman. Pressures into selling with her then as soon as you agree she never gets in touch again until 2 1/2 years later when out of the blue she decides money is now owed to her!!! Makes threats of legal teams etc... When it's disputed. Never sold a thing on their site nor did she get in touch at any point over the last 2 1/2 years yet I apparently owe her over £200!!! For what exactly Emma because you've certainly not kept to your part of any supposed contract!!!!!
    Definately think long and hard before selling through this woman and don't fall for her pressure selling
    Absolutely despicable behaviour...

    I'm pretty sure this review is made up and we are working to remove as it's completely false information

    Zero Star rating Extremely disappointing!!

    Placed on order for personalised silver carousel expecting deliver in 14 days. After 10 days or so, I Called and left three voicemails requesting a callback with update as we wished to take present with us. Not a care to call back once, EYB seems to me does NOT care for it's customers once they have their payment for order!!! Item was eventually delivered when we were away, some 20 days later!!!! Definitely will NEVER order from EYB again. There's plenty of other sites do exactly same types of gifts!!!

    It seems to me the all of a SUDDEN "Emma" is finally responding to the disappionted customer reviews on this reviews site!!! Very busy day 30th September. The warning to businesses is very worth adhering to as should perosnal customers!!!

    Customer service is a disgrace.

    I have ordered something for a Present and a event . I paid £5.99 for delivery within 3 working days and it is well over that now. I have had to now go and buy something else. I emailed 3 times , tried to live chat, phone and text with no reply apart from a generic reply. They rate there selves on delivering on time and customer satisfaction.
    This has put me off buying from here again which is a shame because the items look nice. But I wouldn’t know as I haven’t received them yet.

    I ordered 2 personalised gifts for my grandaughters after reading some reviews but not received them and have not received any emails explaining why only automated emails saying the same thing I have now gone to PayPal for a refund not a happy customer

    Amazing customer service

    I ordered a carousel money box from the Early Years Boutique. Despite a misunderstanding when ordering the item, and its delivery originally being delayed, the minute I contacted their customer service they dealt with the situation. Amanda in particular was extremely professional, courteous and efficient, so that I received the item in time for the Christening I needed it for. Lovely quality and very reasonable price_I would definitely recommend!

    Ordered a present over a week ago and paid extra for the 3 day delivery, i have not received the parcel or any explanation as to when I will. There is no phone number to contact them and when you email you get an automated response and no one gets back to you. Top tip - don't order from them!!!!!!

    I ordered a sofa bed from Perch & Parrow without seeing fabrics before and want to leave this review because I absolutely loved how they rang me up within a day to send me a free booklet of the fabric I ordered. I actually then found it a bit too light and they sent me six more fabrics to look at and feel 'in real'. We picked Cotswold Slate which is just a gorgeous grey and the sofa bed has now arrived. The quality of the fabric stitching is superb and the mattress that comes with the bed is amazing quality.

    trustworthy option to buy electronic items

    I know there are many websites out there who is giving amazing deals on electronic items and i had too bought various items from those websites but one thing that always bothers me that they never earn my trust. most of the time i bought useless stuff which only works for months and BAM! you need a new one now.
