Flight ticket purchase
I was really let down and annoyed with my experience as a customer of this company. The website displayed the price of the flight ticket in one currency, but when it came to paying, I was unexpectedly charged in a completely different currency without any heads up or permission. This meant I ended up paying way more than I was expecting, and when I tried to get a refund for the price difference and extra charges, they just said no without any explanation.

I got my dad a framed print for his 90th birthday. I ordered it online and it was really simple. However, when it arrived, the frame was completely broken. I gotta say, I had a really great time chatting with a guy from the company the other day. Let's just call him Joe for now. He was absolutely top-notch in every single way. I mean, his knowledge about all the stuff they offer was off the charts, and he could answer all my questions like it was nothing. Not only was Joe super helpful, but he was also really professional and friendly, which made the whole thing a breeze. Honestly, I can't stress enough how awesome Joe was - like, really outstanding! Outdoor furniture set
I bought an outdoor furniture set from this shop and honestly, the customer service was really not up to scratch. They told me at first there would be an additional fee for specific postcodes in Scotland and offshore locations. But then after I paid, they messaged me to say that actually, the extra charge would apply to all of Scotland. Why didn't they just make that clear right from the start? To top it off, when my product arrived, it was damaged because of the third-party delivery company they used. They recommended against placing another order as they couldn't promise a safe delivery with the same courier. It was all a bit of a hassle going back and forth with emails and getting misleading information.

I completely agree with all the other reviews about Petwise. I gave them a ring to sort out a claim for my dog who's not been feeling great, and they said it could take up to 4 weeks. But the thing is, it takes them about 3-4 weeks just to acknowledge they've received your claim! So basically, you're looking at a minimum wait of 7 weeks before they even start processing your claim! My poor dog is 12 years old and I just want her to feel better, you know? It's really stressful being a pet parent and then having to deal with these insurance people taking forever. I submitted my claim at the end of February, they only noticed it on the 18th March, and now it's been another 4 weeks and still nothing! The staff are friendly, but come on Petwise, update your voicemail to tell it like it is - be prepared for a long wait!

I recently had a bit of a letdown with this company when I sent back my order #221807. The tracking info showed that they got my order at their warehouse on 7th May and their customer service said they got it too. They promised to sort out the refund in 5 working days but it ended up taking way longer and I didn't get any updates. I sent loads of emails to check in, but didn't hear back from anyone. Their lack of communication and slow refund process left me feeling really frustrated and disappointed with the service overall. Sadly, this experience has made me think twice about ordering from them again and I wouldn't be quick to recommend them to others.

I bought a tap from them which they say is guaranteed for ten years and shortly after the chrome started coming off. (F) Some of the agents mince their words. They need to visit a speech therapist.
(G) The imbeciles give you conflicting information and have no shame about it.
(H) They were all selected as employees from the abortion bucket - the cast offs of life.
