I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Unbiased. I bought a list of registered mortgage brokers, thinking it would be sent to me via email so I could reach out to them in my own time. But I was surprised when I started getting loads of unexpected calls from different brokers the next day. It felt like my personal details had been shared with everyone. The calls just kept coming for days, leaving me feeling really stressed and annoyed. It was a bit like the crazy chaos you get on platforms like Gumtree in the mortgage broker industry.
Difficult in finding matches
I was so annoyed trying to find matches on this site. Couldn't find anything! So, I switched to another site and got companies contacting me straight away. Such a waste of time - won't be using this service again.
Lead Generation Services
I was really let down by the inconsistency and lack of accountability from this service. Even though they said they would give me a refund in certain situations, they didn't stick to their word and changed the terms. With a different account manager every week, there was no consistency or feeling of someone taking responsibility. In the end, it was just a total waste of my time and money.
Pro service cancellation notice
Attention to all potential buyers of the Pro service! Please take note that there is a 3-month notice period required for cancellations. Yes, you heard that right, 3 whole months! I personally have experienced very limited results with this service. It is quite frustrating to have such a lengthy cancellation period, especially when the results do not meet expectations. I strongly advise customers to be cautious before deciding to commit to this service.

I was under the impression that the service would be quick and straightforward, but I was totally wrong! I actually began the process nearly a year in advance. Unbiased set me up with a guy named Mark T, who appeared alright initially. However, he disappeared on me with less than 2 months remaining! I couldn't even track him down. I ended up being stuck with a terrible deal because of him. And he still got paid for it – can you imagine? Not cool at all.
