Toddler trike purchase
My little one really loves the toddler trike I bought for him, but it's a bit of a shame as it's not safe to use on public transport because of issues with the brakes. I was annoyed when I got lots of emails asking for a review, but then when I shared my honest thoughts, they only posted a fake positive review instead. It's quite upsetting to see this kind of dishonesty as it makes it hard for us customers to trust the company.
Pram and car seat
I recently bought a pram and car seat from this place. The pram ended up not being used at all because the Doona was just so fantastic. It was incredibly easy and convenient to use, both as a pram and a car seat. I was honestly a bit sad when my little one got too big for it.
Cool car seat and stroller in one
Oh my gosh, this car seat and stroller combo is amazing! It's really convenient and flexible, and it's available in lots of cool colours. The delivery was really fast and everyone keeps complimenting it - I feel like a trendsetter, haha.
Terrible experience
This company is just terrible! The person I spoke to was so clueless, he didn't have a clue what he was doing. I definitely wouldn't recommend doing business with them, not at all.
Online shopping experience
My experience with this online shopping platform was just awful. The customer service was a complete let down - they didn't even bother replying to any of my emails. The staff seemed inexperienced and definitely need some training in customer service. I would strongly recommend others to avoid this platform altogether because of the terrible service they offer.
Online order
I placed an order online not long ago, and to be honest, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. I tried messaging them but got no reply, and I couldn't find a contact number anywhere to call. It was clear they didn't really care about customer service. I'm starting to think they're lying about delivering orders because my package never even made it out of their warehouse. They even gave me fake DHL tracking numbers. It's all a bit dodgy if you ask me.
