Two-piece purchase
I must say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got when I had a problem with my recent purchase. I had ordered a two-piece item, but only one part turned up. It was a bit annoying at first, but when I got in touch with customer support via their text message service, Crizalda got back to me straight away and sorted everything out quickly. She even placed a new order for the missing part without charging me extra. The fact that I didn't have to spend ages emailing back and forth was a real bonus. I felt like they really cared about helping me out, and that meant a lot to me as a customer.

Incorrect items delivered, late delivery, poor customer service
I bought something from your website recently, but I got sent the wrong items. And to top it all off, the delivery was late which caused me a lot of hassle. I had to phone your customer service team multiple times to try and sort it out, but nothing has been fixed yet. On top of all that, the items weren't even collected on the day we agreed on, making everything even more delayed. All in all, I'm not happy with the service I've got so far.

I had a really nice experience with Hot Diamonds. I bought a pair of earrings that were lovely but unfortunately one of them had a problem. I got in touch with customer service and spoke to a lady named Agnes who was very helpful. She sorted out a replacement for me, although it took a bit longer than expected because of delays caused by Covid. Agnes told me that the original design I had chosen was no longer available. However, I was able to pick another design that was just as beautiful. Even though it was a little bit of a hassle, I was really happy with the customer service I received from Agnes and the company in general. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Hi there, I wanted to share my recent experience as a customer at Vitamist. I bought some vitamins and supplements but was really let down by the customer service. It's been nearly two weeks now and I haven't got my order or any update on when it will arrive. I've tried emailing and chatting online with them, but haven't had any luck getting a response or a solution. The lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service from this company. Oh my gosh, I absolutely loved this place! When we arrived, the staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic and had everything we could possibly need. The spa was absolutely incredible, I had such a great time in the pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. Everything was immaculately clean and they had the most amazing shower products in the changing rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our celebration was perfect, they decorated the room, ensured the buffet was delicious, and even added sparklers to the cake! We had a blast and were able to hang out in the hotel bar even after the disco finished. I would definitely recommend this place for parties or overnight stays.

Hey, just wanted to give you a heads up - if you're considering ordering from this place, maybe give it a second thought. I got a dress from there and it came with loads of black marks on it, looked like someone had trampled all over it. I purchased a mouse from Quzo. After just over a year it developed a fault. It had a 3-year warranty and Quzo directed me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer was helpful and tried to fix the fault but eventually said that Quzo were required to replace the faulty mouse under the warranty. I asked Quzo to do this but they refused - they offered a discount voucher towards the purchase of a replacement instead. Their excuse was that the mouse was now more expensive. However, the manufacturer would have been reimbursing them so they would not have been out of pocket. The manufacturer also contacted Quzo and asked them to replace the mouse - they still refused. This was in breach of the sale of goods act and disgraceful customer service. I shall never purchase anything from them again and I would advise you to look elsewhere too.

We brought e gift vouchers for a birthday gift, we never received the vouchers so emailed Jaded to chase, unfortunately no reply from Jaded, we emailed again to explain we had not received the vouchers but again no reply, the birthday date went by and since have emailed 2 more times with no response at all, so we have no e vouchers, no response at all, jaded has £125.00 of our money and we have no vouchers, found 2 contact phone numbers one doesn’t work and the other just rings, with there customer services not replying what is the point of having one, we just want a refund now but I imagine that will not be an easy process either, we would not recommend buying e vouchers from Jaded or buying from them at all to be honest if that’s the way they treat customers

Do not use Love Holidays ... Ryanair! LH booked our holiday ... took the money immediately. Ryanair cancelled our flight at last minute for no good reason. We had no communication from LH! We sorted our own return flight for next day at a cost of £400! Love Holidays didn’t want to know ... wouldn’t help us claim the money back. Ryanair wouldn’t refund as they said we used a 3rd party! Both a disgrace ... so unhelpful. We were warned before not to use either company ... now I warn others not to use them!

Buyers Beware! This company is distributing non genuine OEM items. My Samsung Galxy Note 10+5G charger adaptor exploded causing damage and the potential for serious injury. Samsung have confirmed the charger provided by Fonehouse is a non genuine copy and the phone provided by Fonehouse is designed for use only in Europe. I have given Fonehouse every opportunity to resolve this matter and they have simply not responded. I am now left with no alternative but to pursue with trading standards.

Finally after me chasing and chasing - Ellis. Delayed responses and doesn't even read/understand the content of my emails and is unable to work with Forest Garden to secure me a refund of some sort even though it is quite clear the product is below standards.
6 months later - no refund. Deny everything and it is all my fault!?!?!
I spent £600 for a terrible shed with numerous faults and even though I followed procedure nothing has happened. Citizen Advice has advised me to contact solicitors, which I have started but just don't have the time to go through with it - but hopefully as I have been advised I can catch up with this later as I have all the emails etc.
I will follow this through to make a point that you can't rip people off and get away with it.Absolutely disgraceful service. I have never, ever come across anything as poor as this. I ordered 2 x sheds on May 7th and due to the sheer incompetence of this company in getting back to me, I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere. I have sent 6 emails, made 11 phone calls and yet I still don't have any response. I still don;t have my £288 returned and I am looking into involving my solicitor due to their refusal to return my money, resulting in additional bank charges. DISGRACE. Stay Away!!!

BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY .This agency is a total fraud. We reserved from Spain a villa in Sicilia for summer 2020 just a few days before covid crisis started. In current situation we wont be able to go there for holidays as Spain borders will be closed for sure and Im trying to recover my deposit of 1550 pounds and the say its no possible with no other explanation that the terms and conditions includes a not refound clause in case of cancellation
Considering this is a case of force majeure they should refund all the reservation depositsWould agree that this company needs to be investigated. We booked a Vila in Crete for early April and because of Covid-19 the flights were cancelled thus the holiday. We had paid the full amount to Olivers but no refund is available from them. Their response is we have to go though our insurance company to try and get a refund. What I would like to know is where is my money, is it with the Vila owners or Olivers Travels? I have emailed the company but surprise surprise they have no responded.
Someone has the money and has not provided a service. Surely this is wrong and should not be a legal practice
As an aside by having to claim via the insurance company just puts premiums up going forwardThey are complete frauds
In our case I managed to get contact details for the villa manager who confirmed OT had only passed the deposit to him, then cancelled the booking due to covid. OT have retained the balance and have NOT created a contract between me and the owner for the villa rental. They have stolen all of my money.

Then not a whisper from then, nothing at all!!
So after 6 days I tried to call them on the above number, to be on hold for 35 minutes till I could talk to someone, the customer service assistant was very friendly and sympathetic and told me she would ring through to another dept and chase it up for me, then to be told " dont worry it's on it's way and should be with by last Wednesday", never arrived so called up again, on hold again 28 minutes this time, and after explaining everything again she went on to say she would ring through to another dept, to find out what's happening, then after about 10 minutes she came back on the call and said all our systems have gone down and could I call back later? I said yes no worries, so in the meantime I also sent an email to customer services as well.
So called back later that day, on hold again 40 minutes this time before I got to speak with anyone, went through all what had happened again, told me she would ring through to another dept again!! And then was told my discs will be with me by Wednesday 16th Oct 2019. Well they are not with me, I've had no replies to my emails or phone calls and no explanation to what is happening to the bloody discs I ordered which euro car parts has taken the money for!!!! I will never again buy from this company, and I urge anyone who is thinking about buying from them to THINK TWICE AND BUY ELSEWHERE!!!! because they are not interested in their customers or trying to help keep customers happy when they mess things up. You really don't deserve any custom at all, I would like my money or the brake discs I ordered delivered by friday please.
UPDATE, finally after putting my review on here I got a call from "Chloe" as to why I hadn't received the brake discs I ordered, so it goes something like this...... the pair of brake discs at £119 was actually for only 1 brake disc? Yeah!! Exactly what I thought, usually or normally sold by the pair. But then told they don't fit my car, even though I put my reg number in eurocarparts search so you can buy the correct parts, so after many phone calls to eurocarparts customer services over the past 2 weeks not one single person told me that it was only 1 disc not 2, and also not the correct part for my car, was told lie after lie!!!
Chloe then told me I could have the correct discs for my car but they would be more money if I wanted them, to which I replied no thank you, " no offers of sorry sir for being lied to and messed around we will give you them for the price you have paid as a "good will gesture", so I said if you gave me the discs and knocked me £50 off I still wouldn't buy them I just asked for my money returned to me, which in all fairness it was and straight away. I wouldn't recommend to buy from these guys at all, I'm not the only person this has happened to when buying from eurocarparts, it happens daily just search reviews for them and you will see what I mean.
If things go wrong when buying from eurocarparts it's a complete nightmare trying to get anyone at their customer services to help, they haven't got a clue, and not to mention waiting up to 40 minutes to get to speak to them, and dont even waste your time emailing them because they never reply back. Save yourself from stress and anxiety and buy from elsewhere, there are loads and loads of other online car parts sellers, just do a little homework first and read up reviews before parting with your hard earned cash. KEEP AWAY FROM EUROCARPARTS BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ALSO TELL LIES!!! YOU HAVE BEEN PRE WARNED!!!I wouldn't buy from them again, dont know why it said I would, and only 1 star
