Iron-rich diet
I bought some diet advice from a store because my iron levels were high, but I was really let down by the information they gave me. The foods they said I should eat didn't match up with what I should be having according to my test results. They included things like liver and other foods high in iron, which I should avoid. They also missed out key foods like kidney beans and black beans, which I've had trouble with before. While I was glad for the advice on Betaine and other supplements from my holistic nutritionist, I was hoping for a more personalised and precise list of dietary suggestions from Healthy Stuff.
DNA Testing Kit
I had a great experience with Healthy Stuff. I decided to order a DNA testing kit and found the whole process really easy. I was surprised by how quickly I received my results, in less than a week! The best thing about it was the amount of detail in the 22-page report they sent me. It was thorough and informative, giving me lots of valuable insights about my genetic makeup. They also offered great follow-up service, providing extra advice whenever I needed it. Overall, I couldn't fault my experience with Healthy Stuff and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Lost order number
I've just had a bit of a nightmare - I lost my order number for something I bought from Healthy Stuff. So, I panicked and called their customer service. To be honest, I was really surprised by how good they were. This guy called Brian Barratt took my call and was so polite and quick to help me out. He talked me through what I needed to do step by step, so I could get my order number back and track my package without any more hassle. I was really impressed by how helpful he was, and now I'll definitely buy from them again after this great experience.

I got in touch with customer service on Facebook messenger the other day with a question, and I have to say I was really pleased with how quickly they replied and how helpful Kai was. He sorted out my queries and gave me all the info I needed in no time at all. Even though I'm still waiting for my test results, I can definitely say that the customer service I've had so far has been top-notch. I really admire Kai's professionalism and how he goes above and beyond to help customers like me.

One time I made a mistake when ordering the non-eco hair test, but the customer service at this shop was really great. Rowan was so helpful and polite, swiftly fixing my error. I also had a question about sending the sample, and Avery was just as helpful in sorting it out immediately. I'm really pleased with the service I got.

I was searching for some healthy snacks online and thought I'd give this place a go. I spoke to a guy called Jesse and he was really friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly answered all my questions and I ended up ordering some delicious snacks. They arrived really quickly too. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
Food sensitivity test
I bought a food sensitivity test from this shop the other day, hoping it would help me figure out what's causing my eczema and allergies. But, to be honest, I was pretty let down when I saw the results. I already know I'm allergic to wheat, dairy, and a few other foods, but the test said I was only allergic to peanuts, and even that was a weak reaction. It feels like a bit of a waste of money, to be honest, because it didn't give me any helpful info at all.
Email update assistance
Honestly, Cameron over at Healthy Stuff was an absolute godsend! I was needing to change my email address and he made it all so quick and simple. We just had a little chat and before I knew it, he had everything sorted out for me. I really do love it when customer service is both fast and helpful, and Cameron really came through for me on that front.
Pet samples
I sent my pet's samples back in March, had to contact them twice to figure out where the results were, only to be told to send the samples again. Come May, I asked for a refund, but I'm still waiting to hear back.
Family pack
I ordered two family packs with four kits in each, but when my order arrived I only received one family pack. It was missing four kits! Fortunately, Avery was able to help and got the second pack sent out to me.
Detox kit
I recently received a detox kit from Healthy Stuff, which was quite cool. The test was really easy, just as they promised. However, the issue I had was not knowing when the delivery would arrive. I wish they had given me some information on how and when it would reach my house. The tracking was nowhere to be seen, which was frustrating. It would have been much better if I had known when my detox kit was going to be delivered. Nevertheless, the kit itself was of good quality, so that's a positive aspect.
Health supplements
The service at this place is top-notch. Kai was so helpful in making sure my order was right and all my details were correct. I really liked how efficient and friendly the staff were. The products are really good quality and have really helped improve my health and well-being. Thanks for giving me such a great experience!
