    I had a good recent experience on the ferry from Holyhead to Dublin - the crossing was smooth and I didn't have any problems. But I was really let down by the food quality. I bought two sandwiches thinking they'd be nice, but they were terrible. They were so dry and tasted like cardboard, even though they were supposed to be fresh (with one day left before the use-by date). On top of that, when I tried to give some feedback to a staff member, they either couldn't understand English or just acted like they didn't. It left me feeling really frustrated and like nobody was listening. My advice to other passengers would be to avoid buying any food on the ferry and either bring your own or get something before you get on board.

    I recently changed from ID Mobile to 1pMobile and I have to say, I'm really happy with my choice. I was getting fed up with always ending up in places with no data signal, so I thought I'd give 1pMobile a go. I even took my 1pMobile sim card with me when I went to the USA and I was pleasantly surprised by how cheap the data charges were - just 2p per megabyte. During my 6-day trip, I only spent £12 on data, even with using Google Maps regularly, which was a lot cheaper than other providers. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience and I would definitely recommend 1pMobile to others.

    I'm really sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience with your hotel booking at Heythrop Park. It's really not right that Warner Leisure Hotels didn't let you know sooner that they had to cancel your holiday because of safety worries with the building. Heythrop Park definitely shouldn't have opened until all the rooms were finished and safe for people to stay in.     Absolutely disgusting thieving human beings and thats putting it politely !!!!. I DO NOT have an active sim card the one they sent would not activate yet they still want to collect payments from my account its morally wrong and these people who work for a fake company should be ashamed of themselves i don't know how they sleep at night horrible vile human beings. They just keep trying, daily, and several times to STEAL money from my account which COINCIDENTALLY is on days I receive money in my bank account makes me wonder how they know i have money paid in .... very strange and worrying

    Sunshine mobile took over £550 from me, telling me they still could not send my handset. Because of some payments they had marked as late. There may have been some but by literally a day maximum and some which were deffinatly on time. I could have saved and brought the handset for less. They just kept putting dispatch off. And constantly putting me under there so called reviews. They claimed late payments and refused a refund of payments because your paying for expensive sim rental and not the supposed free handset.

    Sunshine mobile were also aware that I could not even activate or use there sim, as I was using a temporary old phone that was for some reason incompatible. I could not get it working and was just waiting for something more acceptable to communicate on. It was not used once. So I couldn't even get the use of data from it.

    They agreed to let me close my account with them. But have since ignored my emails asking to speak to management and my requests for a refund. It has been months since I heard anything.

    I have now taken steps to proceed legally and will be making sure this company is recognised for what it is. Please beware and find a better way. There are many options nowadays.

    contact your bank for Freud chargeback also make sure there is no "prize draw" money taken out, and please do, this company needs shutting down.

    This phone took 4 / 5 months to arrive while paying £30 per week. I recently missed one payment they have deleted all the Apps off. How is that possible. I don't even use their sim card I use Sky...

    because the disgusting company hides a app in the phone that remotely shut your phone off if u miss one payment

    I can not believe a company like this can exist in this day and age.
    Cancelled my policy after two months with them and had to pay 50% of the total policy.
    Had to set up a payment plan with them because of the total amount owed.
    There is a very good reason why they are cheap just don’t understand how what they do can be legal!

    Wouldn’t let me leave 1 star. Do not dream of buying from this sham of a store. The sent the wrong size shoes on badly damaged packaging that took two weeks to arrive. They then informed me that I would need to return at my own expense to CZECH REPUBLIC!!!! To receive a refund. Avoid at all costs, as they will definitely get your order wrong, be very unhelpful and frustrating, then you’ll be out of pocket just for trying to get your money back!

    Brian in the shipping department needs to get the new job, I’ve never in my life experience such poor service and under experienced staff extremely extremely rude and cannot deliver to timescales I was told five working days for delivery and 3 1/2 weeks later here we are still waiting for the goods we ordered and have paid for! Extremely difficult and rude customer service team I have literally spent over four hours of my life trying to get an update on delivery and each time I get told something different, maybe made in design need to train their staff on basic communication or are they all disabled? Avoid this company at all cost if you are one and to get your goods delivered in a timely manner!!!! The website would not allow me to leave a one star review so I had to leave to if I had my choice it would be -1

    Like many others my holiday to corsica hasn't happened my flights were cancelled and I've approached the airline for a refund I let love holidays know straight away I've emailed more than 19 times sat on live chat for days no reply about my refund is there another way to contact them as I'm appalled at the complete lack of communication
