Me love all the stuff I got - Blemish toner, Blemish day cream, Miracle Serum, Miracle eye cream, Miracle night cream, 2in1 pressed powder
I am absolutely thrilled with all the products I purchased from here! I've tried so many different brands in the past, but I am now loyal to these ones as my skin has never looked better. My T-zone tends to get oily, but these products have really helped keep the shine under control and maintain clear skin. The Blemish toner is really refreshing, the day cream is incredibly moisturising, the Serum seems like pure magic in a bottle, the eye cream is so hydrating, and the night cream feels wonderfully luxurious. I find the 2in1 pressed powder perfect for setting my makeup and ensuring my face stays matte all day. I would highly recommend all of these products to anyone with oily skin!
Makeup products
I ordered some makeup products not long ago and the delivery was quite an ordeal! It took way longer to arrive than I thought it would, and when it finally turned up, the cardboard box was all bashed up. It was literally being held together by packing tape, which was a bit worrying. Luckily, everything inside was fine, including the blushes and eyeshadows. However, I reckon if the box had a "Fragile" label on it, that might have stopped it from getting wrecked in the first place.

I recently bought some Revolution Beauty products and I must say, it was really good. The service was top-notch and any little issues were sorted out quickly and smoothly. The staff showed they really care about keeping their customers happy, which is great to see. They had a wide variety of products to choose from, all high quality too. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Revolution Beauty again in the future. All in all, it was a fantastic shopping experience.
Makeup Palette
I wasn't sure about ordering from here after hearing some bad stories about parcels getting damaged, but I decided to go for it anyway. To my surprise, my palette arrived within a week and without any issues. Although, I do think they should use bubble wrap to protect items better during delivery. The delivery person literally just threw my parcel through the mail slot, it could have been broken easily. Apart from that, everything else went well.
Makeup purchase
I recently bought some makeup from this store and I've got to say, I'm really impressed. The website was a doddle to use, making it super easy to find just what I needed. The deals they had going were top-notch too, which made it even better. The products I got were top quality and definitely met my expectations. I'll definitely be returning for more in the future.
Lost package, awful customer service
I had a really awful experience with this company. My package has gone missing and even though I've tried to contact them several times, I haven't had any help or responses from their customer support. It's been more than a month since I ordered and I still don't know where it is or if it will even arrive. The way they've not communicated or assisted is just shocking. If I could, I would give them zero stars.
Makeup purchase
Despite the confusing delivery and the dodgy track and trace system, I was actually really happy with my purchase. The products were top-notch and exactly what I wanted. The choice of shades and options was really impressive, covering all sorts of preferences. The packaging was solid and kept everything safe during delivery, so my items turned up in perfect condition. All in all, I had a good shopping experience.
New Allure Satin Lipsticks
I recently bought some of the new Allure satin lipsticks from Revolution Beauty and I must say, they are top-notch products at affordable prices. The neutral colours are absolutely stunning and they give off a lovely sheen. What's even better is how long-lasting they are - I can go hours without having to touch up. I am really happy with my purchase and I will definitely be getting more in the future.
Makeup purchase
I absolutely adore the makeup I purchased from here! It's really beautiful and makes me feel so glamorous when I have it on. The only issue I encountered was that a few of the items arrived damaged, which was a bit disappointing. Furthermore, the delivery driver didn't ring my doorbell, so I nearly missed receiving my package. Other than those hiccups, everything else was fantastic!
Broken pallette replacement
The eyeshadow palette I ordered arrived broken, which was a total bummer. But the customer service team really came through, going above and beyond to fix things up. They were so helpful and speedy with sending out a replacement in the next post. The new palette is just gorgeous, with sparkly shades that really pop. I'm over the moon with how it turned out once it arrived safely.
Miracle face cream purchase
This was actually the second time I bought the miracle face cream from this company, and this time I decided to purchase it straight from them. Even though I had to pay for shipping and packaging, the price was still really good, so I didn't really have a problem with it. The delivery was quick and the service overall was great.
Unwanted samples inclusion
I was really disappointed to find some samples in my order that I didn't want. It's a bit of a pain now as I have to sort out returning them, which is an extra hassle I didn't need. It's a shame that I can't recycle or give away these samples, so I have no other option but to send them back. It would have been better if Revolution had just not included them in my order to avoid all this bother. I hope they think about the environment more and reconsider how they approach sustainability when it comes to sending out unwanted samples.
Root Touch Up hair product
I bought this Root Touch Up hair product from the store not long ago and I have to say, I was really let down. At first, it worked well when I used it to cover up some grey hairs. But I was really disappointed when I went to use it again a week later and found the bottle was empty and the spray thing wasn't working at all. It was frustrating because I was hoping to get more use out of it before running out.

I had a really bad experience with my most recent order from them. I've always been a loyal fan and usually buy their products from different shops, but this time I thought I'd try ordering from their official website. What a mistake that was! The package arrived all smashed up, with the products inside looking like they had been messed about with. I tried getting in touch with their customer service by email and WhatsApp straight away, but it's been a week now and still no reply. It's really disappointing and annoying, especially after spending so much money on my order.

The quality and value for money just didn't hit the mark for me. It seemed like I got a batch of leftovers or faulty products because a lot of the eyeshadows were damaged and impossible to use. And to top it off, the packaging was all squashed when it arrived, which really wasn't ideal. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown.
