Large wine orders
I've been a loyal customer for many years and I've always been happy with the service and products. I usually order three or four dozen bottles at a time and only had one issue with a wine, but it was sorted out quickly. My wine guy, who I've built a great relationship with, gives me a call a few times a year to chat about new stock, recommendations, and deals based on my order history. His knowledge and expertise really help me when it comes to making purchasing decisions. He even sends me a free bottle of wine to try when he thinks I'll like it, which often leads to future purchases. Overall, the service and products from this company are top-notch and I would definitely recommend them to any fellow wine enthusiasts.

I recently bought some wine and once again, I was really impressed with the wide range and top-notch quality of wines they have on offer. Mystery case of mixed wines
I recently bought a mystery case of mixed wines to mix things up a bit. Unfortunately, the wines I got weren't anything special, but I guess that's just luck of the draw. I was a bit disappointed because I'm not sure if I got the promised savings. I'm now unsure about getting another mystery case in the future. On the bright side, I've always been happy with the other cases of wine I've ordered from the company. They always arrive quickly, and the wines are consistently good quality. My favourite is The Dip, a smooth and well-rounded red wine. So, even though the mystery case didn't quite hit the mark, I'd still recommend Laithwaites for their selection and service.

I've been getting my wine from this shop for years and it's consistently been great. The delivery is really quick and the wines are top quality, no complaints at all. The only slight annoyance is the website constantly popping up with discount offers, but it's not a major issue.

Aside the fact that I personally like drinking wine, I am also a member of a social club where we often gather for meetings and wining is usually part of the gathering. Sometime getting these wines either for myself or for the club was challenging. However, it was rather a huge relief when I came to discover Laithwaite who not only makes wine of its brand but also supply other brands of wines. That to me is amazing. Of course, I had to perch with the company and I have been enjoying their services all the way. The simplest way to describe their products and services is just "awesome". I totally recommend Laithwaite to whoever needs quality wine supply.

Order delayed, poor delivery experience
I put in an order not too long ago that was supposed to come on a certain day, but only part of it turned up when it was meant to. I got in touch with customer service to find out where the rest of my order was, and it turns out it was stuck in the warehouse for a few days. It was quite annoying as I've never had to wait this long for something to be delivered before.
