Wedding wine purchase
My time at Majestic Wine wasn't all that great, to be honest. I was actually on the lookout for some wine for my wedding. The store itself was nice and the staff were really friendly, but I was a bit put off by the fact that they didn't offer me a chance to try the wine before I made a big order. As a customer, I think it's pretty important to taste what you're buying, especially for something as special as a wedding. Even though they promised I could return the order if the wine wasn't up to scratch, I decided to look elsewhere because I didn't want to take any chances. Hopefully in the future, Majestic Wine will give customers the chance to taste before they buy. It could really make a big difference and lead to more happy customers.
Sherry
I recently bought some sherry from Majestic Wine. I love going to the store in Wimbledon because it's close by and helps me be more eco-friendly. However, the Viña AB by Gonzalez Byas sherry that I like is often sold out, both online and in the store. The last time I was there, I told the staff about this issue and stressed how important it is to have a good selection of sherry, especially amontillado. I was happy to see that they listened to me, and now my local Majestic store has it in stock. It's great to see them responding to customer feedback like that, it's really improved my shopping experience.
Next day delivery of 7 bottles
I recently bought 7 bottles from your shop and opted for next day delivery. When the delivery day arrived, I got a call from your customer service team letting me know there was some damage to the first delivery. They quickly sorted out a replacement delivery and even refunded the delivery fee without me needing to request it. I was really impressed by their proactive customer service and really grateful for their help. It was a nice touch when they included two extra bottles in the package as a goodwill gesture. The wines I ordered were fantastic quality and the whole shopping experience was excellent.
Wine selection and assistance from knowledgeable staff
During my recent visit to the Stockport branch, I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and skilled the staff were. As soon as I walked in, they gave me a friendly welcome and made me feel comfortable talking about the wines I like. The staff member who helped me knew their stuff and suggested some great options that suited my tastes and budget. They clearly knew a lot about the variety of wines on offer and could explain each one in detail, giving recommendations for the ones I was interested in. I really liked that they went out of their way to make sure I found the right wine for me.
Wine from Majestic
Majestic is my favourite place to go for wine because the staff are really friendly and always help me find what I'm looking for. The store is tidy and has a fantastic range of wines. If you're after good quality wine at a reasonable price, Majestic is the place to visit!
Helpful, great advice, 'wild card'
I just wanted to share my recent experience at Majestic Wine - the customer service was absolutely top-notch! The team there really went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect wine, and I even got a 'wild card' to try something new. Shout out to Delphine, David, and the whole team for being so friendly and helpful, they really made my day. I'll definitely be returning to shop there again without a doubt.
Online order for drinks
I recently ordered some drinks online for a family event and accidentally selected standard delivery without choosing a specific delivery date. Worried that the drinks wouldn't arrive on time, I contacted customer service for help. I was pleasantly surprised when a representative called Rosie replied quickly and went out of her way to make sure my order would arrive before the event. Rosie liaised with different teams and updated me throughout, showing genuine care and providing outstanding customer service.
i love wines
Mostly people cant live without wines they want wines everyday so they always in search of new places of wines and other drinks :) so i am going to tell those wine lovers who are dealing great in wines stuff here is the place called MAJESTIC WINES one of the best place accordsing to me person can order wine or any other drink which he likes the most will get from here :) they doing great and fulful desires of there customers by providing good quality drinks which make their customer come again to them :)

Red wine case
I've always been happy with the wine quality and how helpful the staff are at Majestic Wine. But, I find their website a bit frustrating. It's old-fashioned, hard to use, and not very user-friendly. I've had problems with placing orders, viewing my account, and checking out, which has made online shopping less fun. I think they need to update the website completely to make it easier and more enjoyable for customers.
Recent wine purchase
I popped into the store recently and was really impressed with how the staff looked after me. As soon as I walked in, they welcomed me warmly. They knew a lot about the products and gave me some great advice based on what I like. The selection of wines especially caught my eye, with something for everyone's taste and price range. All in all, I had a great time shopping there and I'll definitely be going back again.
3 bottles of fizzy drink
I popped into Majestic Wine the other day and the guy working there was really great. He was so clued up on all the fizzy beverages and he really helped me choose some top-notch ones. I ended up grabbing 3 bottles and they were all fantastic! I would totally suggest checking out this place if you're after some awesome drinks!
Engagement party wines
Natalie, the lady at the wine shop, was absolutely amazing! She knew everything about the wine and helped us choose the perfect ones for the party. Everyone really enjoyed them!

My visit to Majestic Wine was really disappointing, to be honest. The staff didn't seem all that interested in helping me out, and I had to practically plead for assistance. It definitely wasn't the kind of customer service that I was hoping for.
Rose tasting
I had a great time at the wine shop exploring different Rosé wines with the friendly Majestic team. They had a wide selection, ranging from affordable to more luxurious. And as a bonus, they even treated us to some delicious cheese. Yum!
Overpriced wine
I recently bought some wine from Majestic Wine and, truth be told, I wasn't very impressed with the whole thing. The wine itself was okay, but it was definitely pricier than what I usually pay at other places. What really got on my nerves though, was the sheer amount of marketing stuff that came my way after I made my purchase. I specifically said I didn't want any of that, but lo and behold, my inbox got flooded with promotional emails and I even got a letter in the post. It felt like they were bombarding me with spam, and to be honest, it's made me think twice about shopping there again.
Wine delivery
I ordered some wine from Majestic Wine recently, and even though I like their selection, I was a bit let down by the lack of communication from the Stockport branch about the delivery. I get that they can be busy, but a quick message or update on when to expect the delivery would have been really helpful.
Wine purchase
I visited a really cool shop in London with my folks, and the chap there was incredibly kind and approachable. We kept going back multiple times and every visit was fantastic! We even had the chance to attend a wine tasting, which was absolutely brilliant. The folks there were wonderful and made us feel right at home. Thank you for such a enjoyable time!
Wedding wine tasting
I went to Majestic Wine for a wedding wine tasting and it was terrible. We only managed to sample four wines and couldn't even try the ones we were interested in! The store near our venue was completely unhelpful, they just suggested ordering online which was pointless. We're really disappointed and considering looking elsewhere for our wedding wine.
Rose wine tasting event
I had a brilliant time at the rose wine tasting event at Majestic Wine. The host, Daniel, was so friendly and really knew his stuff when it came to the wines we tried. He recommended some great pairings with the cheese board that came with the tasting, which made it all the more fun. I'm really looking forward to the next event!
