For your information, my diet and exercise regime are excellent and I pride myself on that, I have a daily caloric deficit and measure and weigh all my food, keeping records of calories in/burned, protein and carbs..
The advised duration of the course of treatment is 3 x 28 days which ... 84 days. Therefore the logic of returning something that has been used just doesn't make sense and isn't practical, how can you return something you have used. Furthermore, you are contradicting yourself in your response by saying "it is best to consume the product for at least two months" which is 60 days. As a business you can't have it this ambiguous, it seems to me that you are weighting everything in such a way that you are only concerned with the business and that consumer rights are being totally disregarded
The statement and of the option to return after 60 days would only be practicable if the purchaser had an allergic or dietary reaction to the products. In the instance where the product offered nothing more than a possible placebo effect, the 60 day option is a total waste of time and is nothing more than a sales pitch to give that extra degree of comfort to potential purchasers.
As a consumer I have the right to be provided with the product I have purchased, and that the said product provides the outcomes or completes the task as advertised. (Consumer rights legislation 2015 ...) This most definitely is not the case with the Nature's finest products I received. I don't know whether this was a bad batch or it's nothing more than a flavoured powder with Psyllium added in as a thickener, what I do know is it doesn't work.
I feel extremely strongly when the people (me in this instance) are being taken advantage of because they are trying to keep fit and healthy.
I will await a more satisfactory response, before I take this matter further. If I receive another unclear, vague and ambiguous response, I will be forwarding all the product details, website information and emails to the Trading Standards for them to investigate and deal with as they see fit.Review about: F. Cute plants but some were dead
Yeah, so I ordered some plants which came really small, and some were even dead when they arrived! I was so surprised! tyres replacement ...amp... wheel alignment
Just booked for 4 tyres to be fitted ... front+rear wheel alignment tomorrow. Called the local Portsmouth, Rodney Rd, branch to ask if they could also investigate a clunking noise. Receptionist was extremely rude with no customer service skills or whatsoever. Was told that she's extremely busy ... don't have time to waste on the phone. I had to cancel the booking as she's very busy and doesn't care about other services that I require. She cancelled my booking within seconds. THANKS NATIONAL TYRES / HALFORDS for employing such staff who do not care about customers.
I completely agree mate. I had a similar horrible experience with the receptionist at this branch not long ago. She thinks she owns National Tyres ... Autocare / Halfords. Booked my car for full servicing and she cancelled it as I asked if they could also flush ... replace the coolant and obvioulsly pay for tthe extra service. Was told that they don't have time to add extra and I should have done this online while booking for servivcing. Complained to Halfords but guess they don't care.

Boiler Cover
When signing up to Hometree, one of the items that had to be carried out to have the boiler was a service. The engineer who came, could not speak very good English. So was unable to tell me what he had carried out or found. However, I assumed the report would outline this. The report I was sent was blank. I contacted Hometree and asked for a completed report. I was sent someone else's report which I'm sure is a breach of General Data Protection Regulation act. I called them again and finally got the correct report. Last week, we lost our hot water and heating. I called Hometree on the Wednesday morning, paid the £95.00 call out fee and had the contractors they found contact me Wednesday evening. Explained to them no one will be home over the school run times but still received a message after the call that the engineer could come within this time the next day (Thursday). Called the company back and explained again. The next day, I received a message to say the engineer would be attending over the school run period. Once again, I had to call and explain for the third time. The engineer reset the boiler and pretty much left. Come Monday afternoon, no hot water and no heating again. Called Hometree Monday evening and asked for a re-attend. After hearing nothing by mid morning Tuesday, called them again and was told the contractors were coming between 9-12 to "fit a part". I queried this as the engineer who attended previously did not mention any part that needed to be replaced. I was assured this was the case. By 1pm, still no engineer. Called Hometree once again and was quickly transferred to what I believed was a Manager (although I can't be sure) who advised me, they had logged the re-attend and I would hear from the contractors soon. If I haven't by the late afternoon, call back. I hadn't herd from the contractors at all and called back at around 6pm. Once again, I was assured the re-attend has been logged and I would hear from the contractors. As it had now been over 36 hours, I called Hometree once again. I was this time told the contractors hadn't been able to open the email sent by Hometree and that Hometree have re-sent the email and that the contractors would call me in a couple of hours. The contractors did call this time but advised me the earliest an engineer could come out, was Friday. Seems to me they were happy to come out when I paid the call out fee but when it's a re-attend, they are not interested. Even if they do come out on Friday, it may take another week to get parts or they may say a new boiler is required. All this while my 4 year old has to go without a bath/shower!

The Site is misleading, you can not talk to Accounts only Customer Services, who E-Mail them, which takes days for a reply. Still waiting for my Cashback which is overdue and did not realize that the deal was with cashback. Go elsewhere and save yourself the Agony of this FrustrationSame problem. I had an 18 month contract with them 4 years ago and was unable to claim any cash back throughout the whole contract. They told me to claim each month at the end of each bill which I tried but then found out this wasn't true so then they told me you have to claim at the end of the contract (which I tried). Then they told me that because I didn't do it at the end of each month, I have informed missed the opertunity to claim any cash back.
Stupidly I went back with these scammers a month ago and I've had nothing but trouble. I tried cancelling my contract in the 14 day grace period because I was told I would pay 17pounss a month but my bil is 30 a month and it's only 17 after cashback deductions at the end of my 24 month contract. But because I'm cancelling my contract, I have to pay the full amount and am not entitled to any cash back. I've now had to pay 60pounds because my bill has gone over into the second month because they haven't bothered to process my return yet...

How did you get on, I am about to do the same thing with legal action, man they are hard work, they bury their heads in the sand and ignore all communications even from the courts
I have just received a judgement against them from the County Court, id be interested to know how you got on Michael and Steve as I think I will be instructing Bailiffs by the end of this week as they refuse to acknowledge any communications, our dispute has been going on for nearly 2 years

Beyond Bad! ... ordered two items for delivery and assembly in situ in December 2020. The FAW web page for my order confirmed expected delivery 6th Jan. Items never arrived.
No reply from their phone lines and, after 20 mins of the phone simply ringing , a recorded message comes suggesting I request a call back. I did.
Advised me that carrier would call with new delivery date and also told me that the fact that the reason I expected delivery on the 6th was my fault as the delivery had been scheduled, not actually confirmed!
Carrier called two days later and delivery arranged for 11th Jan around midday. Carrier duly turned up but was unaware that assembly in situ had been agreed and paid for. They offered to assemble the items IN THE STREET for me and leave them there for me to carry into house which, being disabled, was not possible.
I could not get an answer from FAW on the phone at the time (as normal) so had to book a recall. I was called back and advised that it was, again, my fault that assembled in situ didn't occur as apparently, I had agreed with the carrier for them to leave in street ... seriously? ... total lies!
I cancelled order there and then and asked for money back. They would however not refund in full as their subcontracted carrier still wanted paying for the aborted delivery. I envoked section 75 and, after a lot of emailing and being totally ignored, eventually, the bank managed to resolve and I was refunded all my money on 8th February. My advice? ... never buy from this company as they are uncontactable, unprofessional, untrustworthy and unbelievable. Simply the worst on-line retailer I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Find another supplier, plenty out there, or make sure if you really are a masochist and you buy from them, you ONLY pay by credit card as you expect problems and lies.Review about: UK Sport Imports
Multi Gym
Bought a multi gym which was just dumped outside our house, was not told of the delivery. Putting it together found parts were missing. I have e mailed UK sports FOUR times, no reply. Had the multi gym 2 weeks now but cant use it. If you are thinking of buying equipment from this company DO NOT. Once they have got your money it “bye bye”

Agreed. A swam. If you request a refund for an incorrect item, they just ignore it, despite saying they will contact you within 24 hours. Still waiting for a response one week later.
i was very worried by the amount of reviews saying it was a scam. Although, the delivery time is quite long when i get the clothes they were nice quality and the fit was great. Will definitely order again!!

The content is good. The method of delivery is too autocratic. I believe in user-directed learning, where I can choose which courses I want to take at times of my convenience. Scheduling classes for specific times and having them deliver the courses they choose doesn't work for me. I need more flexibility.

Avoid if you value your sanity
Needed a new bed for my daughter and bedworld seemed to have what we wanted for a decent price. The product is not bad for what we paid but the customer experience has been beyond terrible. Firstly a delay in delivery. Lots of mis information. A few outright lies. Some broken promises. A one hour wait to try and call the help line only to be cut off. And best of all a member of staff telling me to shut up. Finally raised a complaint and was promised a call to discuss. Surprisingly I've heard nothing. Prices not as advertised and shocking customer service
Due to a "technical issue" on their website, Breakfree advertised the holiday I booked £120 less than it should have been. I was advised I would have to pay the new price and there was no offer of discount to compensate for their mistake. I was advised to submit a complaint by email but Breakfree have not responded (9 days later). I even sent 2 follow up emails to chase it. I now have no choice but to cancel this family holiday. This was booked as part of a promotion, of which there are no affordable alternatives for another holiday on the same dates. Horrible experience, no holiday and a lot of disappointment. The flowers were delivered on the doorstep on 13/03/21 for at least 10 hours I was lucky they were not taken as I live on a main road The green leaves were drooping and would not revive I have had to throw everything away today as I was left with a vase of a lot of drooping leaves and 5 rose that would not open and also 3 multi stem white that looked dead It was mothers day and what a disappointment
