Angel account delivery issue
I've been a loyal Naked Wines customer for more than ten years now and have always loved the quality of their wines. However, I've recently had a bit of a problem with their delivery service. Despite setting a 'safe place' on my Angel account, the new delivery company they've started using doesn't seem to respect that. The tracking link contradicts the emails I receive, saying that the safe place option isn't available. This has left my wine at risk of being stolen or damaged, which is a shame after all the years I've been a loyal customer. I'm grateful that Naked Wines have acknowledged the issue and promised to sort it out with the delivery provider. I really hope they can fix this problem, as I still really rate the quality of their wines.
Red blend case
The customer service at this wine company is really great. We've been ordering from them for a while now and we've always been happy with what we got. The website is easy to use, ordering is simple, and the deliveries are always on time. If we ever didn't like a bottle of wine, they quickly refunded us without any fuss. They obviously care about their customers and do everything they can to make sure we're satisfied. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the delivery company they use (Yodel), but Naked Wines dealt with it professionally and fixed the problem quickly. They really made an effort to make sure we were pleased with the result. Overall, we're very impressed with the service we've had from this wine company.

Rosé wine selection
I received a voucher from a family member and thought I'd take a look at the website to see what wines I could get. I was really looking forward to trying out some new Rosé wines, so I selected that option. However, I was disappointed to find that there weren't any Rosé wines in the suggested selection. It seems like a pretty essential thing to have a range of wines available, especially when customers are using vouchers to buy them. It was a bit of a letdown not to find what I wanted straight away.

The wine I picked up was really cheap but surprisingly good. They've got loads of options, and the staff really know their stuff when it comes to wine. Ordering was a piece of cake, and my wine was delivered super fast. I'd definitely suggest giving it a go!

Unsolicited wine delivery
I stopped my regular payment to this company after being happy with their service for a while. But things went downhill fast when I got a delivery of wine I didn't ask for, and they took the money without asking me. I used to trust them a lot, but not anymore. I can't even reach them on the phone because they say they have too many emails to deal with. I'm starting to think I'm not the only one having this problem.
Great wines, competitive prices
Oh my goodness, I was a little apprehensive about joining at first, but the wines are absolutely fantastic! The quality is excellent and the prices are so reasonable, you won't come across these wines in your usual supermarket. I have ended my angel subscription, but still receive fantastic deals on cases every now and then. Yes!

Awesome phone call
Hey, so I received this great phone call on Friday asking me about my preferences for the next case of wines. I mentioned that I wanted 6 bottles of sparkling and 6 bottles of white wine, and you know what? They gave me a fantastic deal on it! As a bonus, they also included a bottle of champagne because I mentioned that we were moving house. The box of wines arrived today and I am really impressed by the excellent service. I am seriously blown away!
Red wine purchase
I've been part of this club for a while now and I've mostly liked the wines they offer. I usually stick to beer, so I was a bit unsure about trying out wines at first. Surprisingly, I've actually been quite happy with the different red wines they have on offer. However, my recent experience with a bottle of Christian Patat was a letdown. It just didn't have much flavour, even though I tried to understand the taste profile by reading the label.
