    A perfect gift photobook

    I've ordered a photobook and it was absolutely amazing! The pages were so nice and thick, and the photos looked really clear even though they were just copies of my printed pictures. It felt like having a mini photo album but much cooler. I'll definitely be sharing this with all my friends and might even get more for myself.     I recently bought some clothes from this online store because they had a great selection of styles and colours which caught my eye. I ended up adding a few pieces to my cart. However, when I got my order, I was a bit disappointed. Firstly, they didn't offer standard sizing, so it was hard for me to pick the right size. As a result, some items didn't fit me properly, which was annoying. Also, having to pay for shipping on each item and then pay again for return shipping was a big downside.     Fancy t-shirt turned into bobbly mess

    I got this really nice t-shirt, thinking it would be top quality and last a long time. But after a few washes, it's gone all bobbly and faded. What's the use in paying extra if it's just gonna look cheap? I've picked up other things from this store like their bed sheets, which are excellent quality and look fantastic, and my fav, this awesome bag. But I won't be getting any more clothes from here.

    Excellent value holiday package

    I went on a holiday recently and the package was pretty good overall, with only a few areas that could be better. The itinerary was well thought out and the food at the hotel was fantastic. However, I did feel a bit bored because there was too much free time before getting back on the coach. It would have been useful to have the flight booking reference to pre-book our seats as well. But even with these small problems, I still think that it was a good value for money holiday.

    Jag and Endale from Marks Electrical were absolutely fantastic when they delivered our new washing machine. They were so helpful and polite the whole time. Not only did they install the washing machine perfectly, they even put our tumble dryer next to it for us. It was a really nice touch and saved us a job.     I was really disappointed when the skirt I ordered arrived. The tissue paper in the package was crumpled and torn, with a big greasy stain on it. And the skirt was really creased - even after I steamed it, the creases wouldn't go away! I was hoping for better quality from that brand.

    Scalp products causing scabs and hair fall

    These products are terrible! My scalp is literally covered in scabs and my hair is falling out from using the scalp scrub. The shampoo doesn't even clean my scalp properly, especially after using the hair mask. I suggest you steer clear of these overpriced products to save yourself the hassle.

    I recently bought this really nice t-shirt that was meant to be on sale, but I ended up paying full price for it! Also, when it arrived, the size was totally different from what had been advertised. I tried to return it through the customer returns portal, but I found myself going nowhere. I couldn't even call customer service because they didn't have a phone number, only live chat. Eventually, I managed to return the item and now I'm waiting for a refund. To top it off, the delivery was pretty slow, taking almost a whole week!

    9-day Grandmothers Tour

    Two grannies and their granddaughters went on a jam-packed 9-day tour that surpassed our expectations. It was pretty full-on, but totally worth it as we saw amazing places and had unforgettable moments. Our tour guides, Gabore and Marian, were fantastic - really friendly, good at their job and knew loads about the places we went to. The drivers, Peter and Marick, were brilliant and made sure we stayed safe the whole time. Looking back on our adventure at the end, we were amazed by everything we had done in such a short period.     I can't believe the nerve of this company! I was looking at their products and found one that caught my eye.     I bought a sports backpack not long ago and honestly, I was a bit let down by it. Even though it arrived quickly, I noticed that the support straps kept coming loose easily and other straps wouldn't stay tight, so the bag would often come undone.     I bought a Christmas gift on December 1st and got a confirmation email the next day, saying my order was being processed. But after that, the company went silent.     If your car breaks down, you might as well cancel, because you're not driving a car anymore.

    My car broke down (electrical system failure on an EV: will not start, nothing works) 17 days ago (it's still broke down).

    Over two weeks of my life has been spent on the phone with Onto and their infinite number of teams and partners to get it recovered and repaired. Every call is about 4-5 transfers so that I get the privilage of repeating myself again and again (PER CALL). Nobody seems to know what happened from the last call, what's going on, what's happening next, or a timeline on anything.

    I've had 4-5 scheduled callouts, each during specific timeframes on a specific days, but no one has yet to show up for any of these. I've had to put my life on hold and stay at home, waiting for the scheduled person to come and have them not show up.

    A courtesy car is only given once the car is picked up - which seems like a timeline of 2025 by now. And rather than give me a replacement car, I'm getting the run around on still waiting for a repair - again, maybe sometime in 2025.

    I've never experienced such incompetence in resolving a matter in my life. To this date, I have no idea when I'll ever get to use a car again.

    Onto is great as long as you don't encounter any issues with your car or need their customer service.
