Baking Club
The Bakedin Bking Club is wonderful!! I absolutley love how easy it is to follow and you get all the ingredients every month. It's a SURPRISE box so you can't expect to like every recipe!! I've had a few I'm not keen on but I give them away to family/friends for them to enjoy. There customer service team is probably the best I've ever come across! Nothings ever to much hassle for them and there Facebook Group is also one of the best things about Bakedin - this is also where the Trustpilot reviews have come from as Joe asked for HONEST reviews and if people love it then it's not fake!
You can't expect a company to refund or replace a product just because you don't like it, they're probably sending to thousands of people!Subscription purchase

I've been getting baked treats from this place for as long as they've been in business, and I have to admit, I've never been disappointed! I'm really disappointed with the service we got from this company. My mum bought my daughter a 12-month subscription for Christmas, but we only got one month's worth. We've tried contacting them several times about getting a refund or the rest of the subscription, but we haven't heard anything back. It's just not right that they were still advertising subscriptions when they were about to go out of business. If they took on the company, they should have also taken on the responsibility of making sure customers got what they paid for, but they've completely dropped the ball on that.
