The Finesse coffee machine with the trial pack of different drinks was a bit disappointing, to be honest. The delivery was quick, and the price we paid was fair with the discount. But, oh dear, the drinks made with the milk pods were way too sweet, had a weird slimy feel, and left a horrible taste in our mouths. We couldn't even finish one of them because of how bad it was. And to top it off, when we tried to leave a one-star review and share our negative comments, we had some technical issues with the submit button. We've decided not to buy any more drinks for the machine and might just donate it to a charity shop since the drinks aren't really our cup of tea, if you know what I mean.
Kenco Americano
I'm a big fan of Kenco Americano and I found a fab deal online for buying a load of coffee pods in one go. I wasted no time in buying them and was looking forward to having my usual cup of coffee without having to keep going out to get more. I was chuffed when my order arrived in just two days, quicker than I thought it would. The coffee pods were top quality as usual, meaning I could get my caffeine fix without any problems.
Coffee machine purchase
I recently bought a coffee machine and the coffee it brews is surprisingly nice, but the cost of the latte pods is ridiculously high. Moreover, I find the water reservoir design extremely irritating. It stops working even when there's still water left in it, resulting in a lot of wastage. I wish I had known about this issue before purchasing it!
Variety pack of coffee pods
I recently bought a variety pack of coffee pods from this company and I must say, my experience was quite disappointing. I placed my order at the end of February and got an email saying it had been sent out. But when I checked the tracking on the website, it showed that the parcel hadn't even been picked up by the delivery company. Turns out, my order hadn't actually been sent at all. I tried contacting customer service through email but got no response at all. So, I had to get a refund through PayPal in the end. Overall, my experience with this company was really disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend using their services.
Subscription choices limited
I signed up for a subscription service to get coffee pods not long ago. At first, I thought it was great because there were loads of options, and even my beloved Costa drinks were there. But lately, I've realised that there aren't as many choices as before. Twice now, the Costa cappuccinos have either been out of stock or taken off the subscription service, even though you can still buy them individually on the website.

I bought a coffee machine online not long ago. Unfortunately, they cancelled my order without telling me why, which was a bit of a let down. I ordered it on the 22nd of May as a present for someone, but it was unexpectedly refunded on the 24th of May.

I bought a coffee machine and a selection of pods from this company recently. I have to say, I was really let down by their service. They didn't stick to the discounts they advertised and even cancelled my order without warning or saying sorry. It's just not on to treat customers like that, ignoring us and not keeping us in the loop. It's just not good enough.
Parcel delivery
I'm really annoyed that they've started using Evri for deliveries now. They've been a nightmare for me in the past - their drivers in small cars won't take big parcels. Plus, my tracking hasn't been updated since Monday and they're telling me to wait until Friday, which is way too late for my Christmas gift. I'm not pleased about this at all!
Coffee pods order
I recently ordered some coffee pods from this company and let me tell you, the delivery process was an absolute nightmare. Tassimo says my order has been delivered, but Amazon, who is handling the shipping, has a completely different story. They claim they tried to deliver it twice but were turned away by someone at my address, which is impossible because I've been at home all day and no one attempted a delivery. Now Amazon is saying they will send it back because they can't find my address. The lack of good customer service from both Tassimo and Amazon is really disappointing, but seems to be the norm with most companies nowadays. I am so frustrated by this whole situation that I'm thinking about switching to a different brand of coffee machine if this is the kind of hassle I have to deal with just to get some pods. I'm waiting to hear back from Tassimo, so I'll update this review once I do.
Faulty Tassimo Suny Coffee Machines
I recently bought two Tassimo Suny "special edition" coffee machines and unfortunately, both of them had issues with the coffee granule pods bursting, which made the machines useless. Even after cleaning them thoroughly, the machines still wouldn't work and the lights were flashing like crazy. I tried everything I could think of to fix them, but nothing worked. To make matters worse, when I got in touch with customer service, they weren't very helpful. They just offered a free return label so I could send the machines back to Bosch for them to check the faults. One of the machines was only a day old, while the other was just a month old. I was really disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

I recently bought something on promotion, but the company cancelled my order and didn't follow through. It's so untrustworthy and unreliable to promise something and then not deliver. I'm really let down by this company's lack of integrity.
