Tasty meals with variety
I absolutely adore the food at this place! It's so delicious and there's always something new to try. If you forget to choose, they'll select meals for you based on your preferences so you don't end up having the same old thing every week. The "burnt ends" and "macaroni cheese with ham hock" are incredibly tasty and unlike anything else I've had! The portion sizes may seem small at first, but they're surprisingly filling. Sometimes the veggie sides are a bit plain, like just a chunk of courgette without any sauce, which can be a bit dull. I do wish there were more vegetarian options that were a bit larger. Overall though, I love not having to worry about making lunch for work and knowing the meals are healthier than a meal deal.

I've had a really good experience with the home cooked meals I've had delivered. So far, I've had two deliveries and each one had six meals in it. There was lots of different meal options to choose from and the portion sizes were generous, so it really suited different tastes and appetites. I'm definitely going to keep ordering from them.

Subscription disappointment
I decided to sign back up for a meal delivery service recently, but I have to say, I was really let down by the food this time around. I used to love the amazing meals with big portions and top quality, but what I got this time was nowhere near as good. The meat portions were tiny, the quality didn't seem as good, and overall, the taste, packaging, and portion sizes were all worse. It was pretty sad to see such a drop in quality from a service I used to rely on to help me eat better. I really hope the company can get back to how they used to be soon.

So, I've actually got 3 orders now and I'm really pleased with everything I received. The second order had a small issue, but it was sorted out and I also noticed I didn't get my extra discount on one order. However, I discovered that I just needed to enter the code again and it worked perfectly. The meals are absolutely delicious and really simple to cook.

The grub in this spot is absolutely delicious! I enjoy exploring all the various dishes on the menu, and so far, I haven't come across one that I didn't enjoy. The variety is amazing, I could honestly dine here daily! The only slight niggle I have is that occasionally the food isn't packaged properly for delivery. It hasn't affected me much, but I've heard others have had some problems with their meals arriving a bit jumbled up.

I ordered some meals from this place and they were absolutely awful. The food had no taste at all, some of the meals weren't even what I had picked. Plus, a few dishes arrived broken and ruined. When I tried to contact customer service about it, they were useless and didn't bother to respond. This is hands down the worst meal prep service I've ever used, and to top it off, it was more expensive than other choices available.

I was really let down by the meal delivery service. The portions were so small, more like something you'd give to a kid than a grown-up. And when I tried to heat up the food, it ended up turning into a complete mush, totally losing any texture or flavour it had. The tastes were really boring and forgettable, missing that extra something that makes a meal memorable. On top of that, the packaging was pretty bad - the food was all squished to the side of the box by the time it arrived.

I've just ordered meals for my elderly folks from Tastily, but there was a mix-up with the packaging for two of them. It was a bit of a hassle and caused confusion, especially for my parents who really depend on these meals every day. Also, I've noticed that there seems to be a bit too much chilli in the dressings, even when it's not mentioned on the main menu. This might be troublesome for people who can't handle spicy food or have dietary restrictions.

The meals themselves are absolutely amazing - they're so fresh, delicious, and well-balanced in terms of nutrition. There's a huge variety to choose from and they always taste fantastic. However, the customer service and packaging could do with a bit of improvement. I've had a few meals arrive with broken packaging, which has affected the food's freshness. Just last week, one of the sides - the creamed spinach - in a meal was leaking and caused a really awful smell in my fridge. It's a bit disappointing having to check each meal to see what's gone wrong.
On top of that, trying to get a response via email is a total nightmare. I've sent two emails to the customer service inbox and haven't had a single reply. It's frustrating feeling like your concerns are being brushed aside and not dealt with.
All in all, the food is top-notch, but the customer service and packaging issues definitely take away from the overall experience.
