Pre-booked parking space issue
I had booked a parking space near Arkady Industrial Estate for an event at Co-op Live, but when I got there, the gate was locked, so I couldn't get in. I contacted the parking space owner and they told me to park on the access road. However, another company on the estate warned me against it because passing HGVs could cause damage. This left me no option but to quickly find alternative parking, which ended up costing me more money. I was really disappointed and ended up feeling like I had been unfairly out of pocket.

Euro Qualifier Package Purchase
I was really disappointed with the Euro Qualifier package I bought. The quality of the production was not great at all, and the commentators were really boring, they didn't add anything interesting to the whole experience. The presentation of the football matches was pretty poor too, only starting the 'Build Up' 10 minutes before the game and not having any proper analysis during halftime. Instead of that, they kept showing highlights of random events or other sports. And to top it off, they included a bunch of films and Scandinavian dramas that were really obscure and uninteresting, definitely more suited to a specific audience. I would definitely recommend avoiding this package to others.

Short sale, missing items
I recently bought some stuff on sale, but I was gutted to see that not everything I bought was delivered. I needed all three things for my kids, so it was a bit of a nightmare. The customer service was terrible - I couldn't really understand the email and when I called, they weren't very helpful. In the end, I had to pay full price for the missing item because the sale was over.

Prestige 5ft zip link mattress
I bought the Prestige 5ft zip link mattress from Divan Beds Centre recently, and I have to say, I was really let down by how it turned out. The mattress I received didn't look anything like the picture on the website - the material felt more like calico than Damask as it was supposed to be. On top of that, the quality didn't seem to match up with the original price, let alone the discounted price I paid. When I checked the website more closely, I realised that they were using the same close-up photo for a bunch of different mattresses, which I think is pretty sneaky and unfair to customers like me.

Perfect fit shutters, issues with sizing and handles
I recently bought some shutters from this company that were supposed to be a perfect fit, but I've had a bit of a nightmare. I followed the measuring instructions on the website, but when the shutters arrived, they just didn't fit properly. They were much thicker and heavier than I expected, and quite a few of them didn't even fit the windows in my house.
I've been going back and forth with emails, and they told me the problem was that I didn't measure the handle clearance properly, which wasn't really explained well in the instructions or videos. The customer service has been really slow and not very helpful, and they've kind of blamed me for everything instead of sorting out the manufacturing problem. Wedding suits purchase
My experience at Moss Bros flagship store was really disappointing and unprofessional. I had planned to buy 9 wedding suits and had two appointments, with an employee called Loki or Lauki helping me out. We spent more than 3 hours choosing suits and getting measurements done, only to find out that the system couldn't process the order. I was told I'd get a call back the next weekend, but that never happened. When I went back, they said they had lost all our info and measurements, and the employee denied ever saying they'd ring me. Even though the items were available, she made it sound like it was impossible to get them for us. The lack of care and professionalism in dealing with our order was really disappointing. It was clear that the employee was flustered and just wanted us out of the store. Despite being ready to spend a lot of money, Moss Bros made things very difficult, throwing obstacles in our way at every turn. I strongly recommend avoiding this store for important events or big orders, as the staff lack skills and basic manners.

Digital purchasing experience
My recent experience with the digital shopping system was a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. I had so many problems trying to buy something. At first, my Visa Infinite card wouldn't work, and then my friend's Revolut card had no luck either. I also tried to change my country settings but that option seemed to be broken. On top of that, the cache was playing up, making me add things to my basket over and over because of tech glitches. When I used the desktop site, it was really slow when I tried to add lots of items, but the mobile site was fine. And to add to the mess, using Klarna for payment was also a problem. I tried everything - different devices, web browsers, and cards - but I just couldn't buy anything in the end.

I have to say, the service from this company was really impressive. The delivery was fast, but the product didn't quite meet my expectations. I gave them a call to tell them how I felt, and they quickly sent me a returns form without any hassle. I sent the item back, and in just a week, I had the money back in my account. Can't complain about the service, even if the product wasn't quite what I wanted.

I really liked all the different options on the website, but I was a bit let down that there weren't many choices in natural materials like cotton and linen. Lazy oaf x Melissa sandals
Oh my gosh, I ordered these really cute sandals and I was a bit worried they might not arrive on time because of what some people were saying, but they actually got to me in just 3 days! I was able to track the whole delivery process and they were sent out the same day I placed my order. And when I opened the package, it smelled amazing and the shoes were exactly what I wanted. I'm totally obsessed with them. I highly recommend this place!
