I've been using this online craft platform as a customer, and my experience has been quite different from what other reviewers have said. I recently signed up for some free basic embroidery and block printing courses. In the basic embroidery class by Kat McTee, the instructions were really clear and easy to understand. The website and customer service at this place are a total nightmare. I was looking to buy a yearly membership, but the lack of clear information about upcoming charges was shocking. It seemed like they were trying to force me into automatic payments without my say so. Also, trying to get in touch with them through email was a complete joke - their email system looked like it was made to stop customers from asking for help. Honestly, it feels like there's no one steering this ship. It's a shame because the classes and instructors are really good actually.

I had a really bad experience with my recent purchase from Craftsy. They went ahead and took money from my account even though we had agreed to cancel and get a refund. On top of all that, there weren't any new classes for me to choose from, so it feels like my money has been wasted.
£400 spent, locked out of account
I spent over £400 on online courses from this company, but now I can't access my account. Customer service hasn't been helpful at all, even when I explained that I can't reset my password because I don't have access to the email linked to my account. It's been really frustrating and disappointing dealing with this. My advice to others would be to avoid this company to save yourself from going through the same disappointment.
Class closure notification
I can't believe this company had the nerve to send a closure notification and then vanish completely! It's just not on for customers to be left in the lurch with no support or communication about the classes they paid for. It's a disgraceful way to treat loyal customers who've put their time and money into your platform. The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking, and I'm really let down.
