Phone insurance for a couple of years
This company is absolutely amazing, I've been a customer for a long time and they always deliver. I had to make a claim for my phone recently and they sorted it out really quickly. They kept me informed throughout the process, which was fantastic. Even the people at the repair shop - who checked the value - were really nice and kept me in the loop. The customer service is excellent, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for phone insurance. Honestly, if you need to insure your phone, these guys are fantastic.
Phone insurance claim
I just had to make a phone insurance claim with this company, and I have to say I was really impressed with the service I received. Even though I had some issues with a previous claim that hadn't been resolved, they were super quick in responding to my new claim. I actually got my phone fixed before getting in touch with them, but as soon as I submitted my new claim, they got back to me on the same day. I sent them my receipt and the very next day, I received an email confirming my payment. This was the second time this year I had to claim for a damaged phone, and I must say So-Sure really went above and beyond in providing great service.

I went to this place to get my smartphone fixed, but it turned out to be a letdown. They send the repairs to another company, and it took ages to get my phone back each time. Not to mention, the quality of the work was not up to scratch. I had to send my device back multiple times because the problems weren't properly sorted out. This meant I was without a working phone for a long time, which was really stressful and inconvenient. When I'm paying for a professional repair service, I expect better service and quality.

As a customer of this company, I have to say that their complaints process is really not up to scratch. Although So Sure wasn't the cheapest, the company they got to sort my replacement phone wasn't very reliable. So Sure didn't own up to the problems with the third-party company and told me to get in touch with them myself. But in the end, I did get a shiny new replacement phone, so it wasn't all bad.

I really struggled to cancel my policy with this company. I sent them two emails but they kept charging me. It was only when I reached out to them on chat that I managed to cancel it at last. The customer service person said they had tried to get in touch with me, but I hadn't seen any emails from them. I was let down that they wouldn't give me back the money they had already taken, even though I had cancelled from that same day.

Convinient
It's funny to know that a company as So Sure offers insurance for phones. How could I have missed out on their package? I have bought phones three times this year alone at my own expense without any hope somewhere. When I knew they do phone insurance,I was so pained because I could have done it long ago and would not have had to waste my money. But it was not too late to start with them.I got insurance for my phone and also for my car. Unfortunately my phone got stolen weeks ago. This would have got me thinking as I didn't have any money on me and my paycheck was not due until another month but thank goodness I already insured my phone with So Sure, I got another one quickly. It didn't affect me one bit like the others did. The amount you pay per month for any type of insurance you do is not on the high side. It's something you would not think twice about paying. Thanks to So Sure, I got a sure solution.
