Book with searched ISBN
I recently bought a book from this site using the ISBN number to make sure I got the right edition. But when the package arrived, it actually contained a CD instead of the book I wanted. I was really surprised to see that the seller had sent me a CD, especially since Abe's policy states clearly that they don't allow CDs or DVDs to be sold on their platform. I contacted customer support to deal with the problem, and they told me that I had bought a CD. Can you believe it? CDs don't even have ISBN numbers! It was obvious that the seller was being sneaky, and the lack of help from Abe's customer support was really disappointing. All in all, this whole thing has shown me that I should stay away from this platform in the future.
Delayed book order
I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. I ordered a book over a month ago and still haven't received it. The seller says the book's been sent, but I can't find any way to get in touch with the company to ask about the delay. This is just not on - they need to sort it out.

I really wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered from this website. Overpriced postage
I bought something the other day and I couldn't believe how much they charged for postage! It was nearly as much as the thing itself. And then to top it off, I got a note saying I had to pay even more. Absolutely ridiculous!
