    Aunaworldwide radio cd

    Quite like the unit, but the big let down is the remote control, it is very hard to read the control button words as very small and feint, my wife can not use it as too small. I would strongly recommend a replacement with much clearer words, and I would pay for one quite honestly, Roberts radios have a replacement for my MP23 which failed eventually and is now perfect. So on the basis of the remote I would not recommend it.

    One steareo set MC 20DAB micro system booked on 18 August and delivered on 21 August.
    Packing was quite good,look wize very nice
    Sound is key factor .
    Bass and woofer is nice. Yes cost is same as other shop.
    I can rate it 8 out of 10.

    I bought my sister a CD player for her birthday, but it turned out to be faulty. When I tried to return it, they were not helpful at all and it took them weeks to sort out the issue. I would recommend avoiding them if you want to save yourself from unnecessary stress.

    I've got this record player and it doesn't even work. I was really looking forward to using it but now it's just sitting there, looking nice but useless. They also talked about some transit screw, but I have no idea where it is or what it does. What is that even supposed to be for?

    I got this karaoke system on sale for my daughter's Christmas gift. Everything was fine except for the CD player, which was a real letdown because that's what we wanted the system for. Customer service started off okay, offering choices like a discount, replacement, or refund. We opted for a replacement. But the return took forever, and my daughter's birthday came and went with no news. Finally, on January 23rd, I got an email saying my order was cancelled due to lack of stock. Then I found out they actually had it in stock but were selling it for over £200! Customer service really disappointed us, and my daughter missed out on a Christmas gift because of it. Not impressed at all.

    The first issue I had was that I bought from the UK website, but then got a shipment from Germany. Luckily, no import duty problems came up. They said my order would arrive in about 4 days, and I got a confirmation email the very next day, all seemed well so far. However, the delivery got delayed by a whole week, and even when UPS messaged me about the delivery on a Friday, it didn't show up. There was zero communication from Auna or UPS, just some broken links and poorly translated tracking info. I sent Auna an email to share my worries about their site's legitimacy and mentioned a chargeback. Got only automated responses despite sending several emails. The tracking details kept changing randomly, but the delivery eventually happened on a Saturday. It's been a couple more days now, and I still haven't heard a peep from Auna - no explanations or apologies. This whole thing has been a complete mess, and I'm not sure I'll buy from them again, even if their stuff is good quality.

    Import duties issue

    I had a really bad experience with this company when it came to import duties. They took my money and made all these promises that they never kept. I really wouldn't recommend using their services if you want to avoid being hit with unexpected import duties and not knowing what's going on. It was so disappointing and really got on my nerves, so I just want to warn others to be careful before getting involved with this company.

    Hifi system

    I recently bought a really nice hifi system online as it was a great deal. However, once I got it set up, it kept turning off after only 10 minutes of use! Can you believe it? So, I attempted to send it back. The final thing I needed to do was get a returns label, but they never actually sent it to me! I tried emailing and calling, but I never got a response from anyone. Now, I've had to get Paypal involved because the company is not providing any customer service at all. I would recommend staying away from them, folks!

    Connect 120 Internet Radio

    The Connect 120 Internet Radio is a decent product, but unfortunately, the customer service is lacking. The manual given doesn't match up with the actual setup process, which just causes confusion and annoyance. When connected to a mesh network, the Wi-Fi connection keeps dropping without any way to fix it, leading to the radio not reconnecting. Even though the manual mentions a keep alive function, it doesn't actually exist in the settings. When I contacted customer service for help, all they said was to "look online" as they couldn't offer any technical support. They didn't even bother asking about the firmware version or suggest a possible update. On top of all that, the unsubscribe link in their marketing emails doesn't even work, which just adds to the frustration.

    AUna wallie wall mount mini stereo

    For $50 its just ok. But I have tried three times to get Amazon to stop false adv. That it has 2 ten watt speakers. They weigh nothing and are speced at 1.2 watts in their pamphlet. No booming sound here and they won't change the ad, or run my review, so be very wary of their advertising.

    Terrible!! Zero communication about my missing order!

    I ordered a stereo for a Christmas gift 8 days ago. The web site states 3-5 business days for delivery. The payment went through and money taken from our account.
    I have tried all contact details on the site and get answering machines for both nunbers. I have sent e mails and been ignored for days!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!! I almost bought another stereo in the shops today but as they won't get back to me and advise if I can cancel or not, I am in between a rock and a hard place with what to do. I am afraid they won't give me a refund and I'll end up with 2 stereos.
    One answer machine states they are "having a training day" ON CHRISTMAS EVE???? Seems absurd. The fact the wont even acknowledge of reply to their customers is ridiculous. I've checked the status of my order and it still hasn't even been dispatched after 8 days.
    Terrible. This has left us furious and my parents without a Christmas present from us.
    I'm wondering if this site is even geniune or a scam. We did lots of research and it seemed legitimate but I'm worried now I've just lost hundreds of pounds. I would stear well clear of this site. Use someone reliable. These guys are useless!!
