Car seat purchase
I bought a car seat from this shop recently and I have to say, I was really happy with the service I got. The car seat arrived in less than a day, which was a nice surprise. I had a query about how to install it and when I emailed their customer service team, they replied quickly and even called me to make sure I had all the info I needed. I really can't fault their service at all.
Pram for festival
I bought a pram from here not too long ago to use at a festival, and it was brilliant! I spoke to a lovely girl named Abby who was really helpful, and she made sure it got to me swiftly with next day delivery. I was really grateful because I needed it for the festival and didn't want to stress about it arriving late. Ever since, I've been recommending this place to lots of people, chatting about it in person and on Facebook groups, because the service was top-notch and the price was pretty good as well.
Car seat and base
I couldn't make up my mind on which car seat to buy, I must have changed my choice three times! But every time I phoned customer service, they were really kind and useful. They answered all my questions straight away, and once I finally placed my order, the car seat was delivered the very next day! I would absolutely recommend this website to anyone, the service was excellent. Also, they even gave me a little discount for buying the car seat and base together.
Great product price
I got this product that was really good and a fantastic price. But I was a bit annoyed they tacked on an extra £18 for postage to Aberdeen. I mean, come on, Aberdeen isn't even in the "highlands and islands", so why the extra charge? The overall price was still lower than other places, but the postage cost seemed a bit over the top to me.
Car seat purchase
I am really disappointed with the service I received from this company. I ordered a car seat but after waiting for 19 days, I still hadn't heard anything about when it would be shipped. I sent them an email to cancel my order, but it's been 5 days and I still haven't received my refund. I would recommend going somewhere else for your baby needs to avoid the same hassle.
Compact stroller for holiday
I got a compact stroller for our family holiday and it was fantastic! There was a little issue with the delivery time, but the people at the store kept me updated through calls and emails. Once the stroller was on its way, it arrived really fast within 24 hours. The customer service was excellent, and the stroller is of great quality. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends, and I'll definitely be shopping here again!
Silver Cross reef ultimate bundle
I recently bought the Silver Cross reef ultimate bundle from this store. At first, I was a bit worried about the price being lower than other websites, but I decided to give it a go. The item was meant to arrive in 10 days, but there was a delay. The customer service team was really great in dealing with the situation and keeping me informed. Lightweight buggy pram purchase
I bought a lightweight buggy pram from your shop not too long ago and I must say, it was a pretty good experience. At first, I was a bit worried about when it would arrive as it was getting close to my upcoming holiday. But, I got in touch with customer service and I was pleased with how quickly they got back to me and agreed to speed up the delivery for me. The pram turned up on schedule and in great shape. It’s a really nice and simple pram that my little one loves to ride around in.
Slow delivery time
I have to say, the delivery time for my product has been incredibly long. I've been waiting and waiting, but still no sign of my purchase. It's really frustrating. I know delays can happen, but this is just getting too much. I really hope it arrives soon, as I'm starting to lose my patience.

I bought a kid's chair from this shop recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with their customer service. Even though there was a little delay with the delivery, the team there kept me informed every step of the way. They not only updated me on the chair's status but also let me change the delivery address when I needed to, which was a huge help. Getting a courtesy call to let me know the chair was ready to be sent out was a nice gesture and it really showed me that this shop values their customers. I recently bought a pushchair from Babys Mart and I must say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The pushchair arrived two weeks before I was expecting it, which was really handy for me. They even gave me a call to let me know it was ready early and sorted out the delivery for me. I recently bought a travel system from this company and I was really happy with how it all went. There was a little mix-up with the car seat being the wrong colour, but they sorted it out quickly by sending me a replacement in the right colour. The customer service was great and they were really quick in sorting everything out. Plus, I managed to save £300 on my purchase which was a brilliant extra bonus.
Car seat purchase at a discount
I needed a new car seat for my little one and found one at Babys Mart that was much cheaper than other online shops. Even though I was a bit unsure because of the low price, I decided to go for it and buy it. I was pleasantly surprised when the car seat arrived just 2 days later and was in perfect condition. I was really impressed with the quality of the car seat and how quickly it was delivered. I will definitely be returning to Babys Mart for any baby products I need in the future.
