I was a bit concerned about bringing all my medical things with me on holiday, but thankfully, it didn't end up being too pricey. The cost did end up being a bit higher than what they first said, but it was still reasonable. If it had stayed the same, I would've definitely given it a top rating. I recently bought a SMEG kettle from this shop. Sadly, when it arrived, it was scratched and there was no tracking, which was really disappointing. What was worse is that the delivery people just left it on my doorstep without letting me know first. Two sizes of clothing
I purchased clothes in two different sizes from this store because I wasn't sure of my size. However, when I tried to return the items that didn't fit, I encountered a really frustrating process. They insist on having the items sent all the way to Poland, which is much more expensive than sending it within the UK. Once you send it off, it feels like the items just vanish into thin air. I've been waiting ages for my refund, and they just keep asking me to wait even longer. It's really getting on my nerves!

Recently, I bought a pair of boots from a store in Greenwich. When I checked them a few months later, I found some defects. Even though I hadn't worn them, there were lumps inside one boot, making it unwearable. I contacted customer service via email since there was no phone number, and all responses were signed off as 'Embassy London' with no individual name. After around 10 emails, customer service said they would only help if I went to trading standards because I bought the boots over 6 months ago. I tried to explain the issues were from manufacturing, not wear and tear, but they wouldn't listen. I had no choice but to involve trading standards. This situation disappointed me with the product quality and customer service. In the future, I'll shop at a more reputable shoe store like Russell and Bromley.

The designs from this brand are absolutely top-notch, and the brand itself is just brilliant. I really appreciate the fact that they use recycled materials for their packaging, it's great for the environment and all. The only downside is that sometimes the sizes can be a bit off, like they run smaller than usual. But to be honest, I'm still a huge fan and will continue to purchase from them. The new products they've released recently are just too good to pass up. Honestly, this is now the only brand I buy from.

As a client of Create Academy, I recently finished the Alidad course and I have to say, it was absolutely fantastic. The teacher, Alidad, showed such passion and knowledge in every class, which really made the learning experience enjoyable. His clear guidance and expertise have helped me feel more confident in creating cosy, well-designed rooms, even though my own living space might not be as luxurious as those in country houses or London apartments. I highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to improve their interior design skills. However, I should mention that Alidad's style may not be everyone's taste. I already have a few more Create Academy courses lined up and I can't wait to learn more from their skilled teachers.

I recently bought a couple of cycling jerseys from an online store after watching a YouTuber recommend them. I really liked the simple design of the jerseys. But, I have to say, my experience with the website wasn't great at all. The delivery took way longer than they said it would, and the sizes were smaller than I expected. Even though I ordered an XXL based on their size guide, the jersey was still too tight. The quality of the jerseys was just OK, nothing special, especially considering how much I paid for them. And when I tried to contact their customer service for help, they completely ignored me. I ended up having to block the payment through my bank. The website also had some annoying technical issues, like incorrect discount code messages and they tried to give me refunds in their wallet instead of back to my card. Although they do offer free exchanges for wrong sizes, overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

If you're ordering from outside the EU, just a heads up - this company can really complicate your return process. I was aware that I needed to pay duty when ordering from the UK, but I was truly surprised when they informed me that I had to pay duty AGAIN when returning the item from Italy. This has never happened to me with any other European company. It feels like they're purposely trying to discourage customers from returning items by adding on extra charges.

So where do I start!
