Vanities purchased
I recently had a bit of a nightmare dealing with another company when I was buying vanities for my bathroom renovation. They let me down and left me in a tough spot, so I decided to give Bath Shack a go. I was really impressed with the service they provided, the products were beautiful, and they were competitively priced. I needed the items ASAP because my bathrooms were already a mess, and I was relieved when Bath Shack delivered on time, just as they said they would, in only 3 days.
In comparison, the original company took an extra week to give me a refund for products they couldn't deliver. The items I got from Bath Shack were not only similar to what I had originally ordered, but they were a third of the price less. Overall, I'd have to give Bath Shack a 10 out of 10 for their exceptional service, reliability, product quality, and the overall experience.Professional transaction
I had a really good experience with the company recently. I had a chat with a representative over the phone on Tuesday to ask about something I wanted to buy. We talked about it, and I decided to go ahead and make the purchase. I sent an email on Wednesday to confirm my order and give them my address for delivery. I was so pleased to see my order arrive at my door the following Monday. Everything went really well and it was nice and easy to deal with the company. I want to say a big thank you to the representative for being so helpful and professional. Overall, I would definitely recommend their services to other people.
Shower purchase
I rang up to purchase a new shower and was really impressed by how helpful and friendly Brenda and Glenda were. Brenda was so kind that she gave me Glenda's number when I wasn't fully ready to make the order. When I eventually called Glenda, she was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions. She even called me back rather than leaving me waiting on the phone. It felt like chatting to a friend! I realised that ordering online without speaking to someone might not be the smartest move. The next time I need something, I will definitely give Bath Shack a call first.
Toilet purchase
I bought a toilet from Bath Shack recently and I have to admit, their customer service was top-notch. Megan was really helpful the whole way through. But, I wasn't too impressed with the product itself. The toilet bowl wasn't level, so I had to sort that out with shims. Plus, the cistern internals were a bit shoddy and had to be replaced. On top of all that, the toilet lid lost buffers after just one use. All in all, I was let down by the quality of the product - it just didn't live up to what I was expecting.
Bought some bathroom stuff
I went to buy some bathroom stuff, but there was this really rude guy who was annoying, so I just left and went somewhere else instead. I can't say if the stuff was any good because I didn't even get to see it!

Her commitment to making sure I was happy as a customer really stood out to me, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company because of the outstanding service I got.

I bought a new bathroom suite recently and I was pretty happy with what I got. The delivery came quick and everything was packed well. But when I opened it up, I found a little problem with one of the items. I got in touch with customer service and they sorted it out fast and sent me a replacement. New shower head
I was browsing for a new shower head online, wasn't sure which one to go for. Ended up giving Bath Shack store in Belfast a bell and they were really helpful! Gave me all the info I was after and let me put in my order over the phone to avoid extra delivery charges. Added another item a few days later and they didn't slap on any extra costs. It was all sorted without any hassle! Definitely gotta give them top marks for their customer service.
Bathroom renovation supplies
I recently bought some bathroom renovation bits from your shop and I have to say, I was really impressed with the level of service I got. Jakki, in particular, was absolutely brilliant. She made sure I was updated and did everything she could to make sure I was happy. Big thanks to Ryan for sorting out an earlier delivery for me too. The whole team was brilliant and I really appreciate it.
Shower head and taps
I recently got a really nice shower head and taps from this shop. I had to call to place my order because the website wasn't working properly. Stephen was incredibly helpful and patient when I phoned, and he even called me back when I accidentally hung up.
Complete bathroom renovation
I am really disappointed with the service I've gotten from this company. The first delivery had missing parts and broken tiles, and even the replacements were damaged. The lack of communication between departments is terrible, and their handling of my complaints has been really bad. They ignored my emails for weeks and then closed the support ticket without fixing anything. I've never dealt with such an incompetent company before.
New bathroom stuff
I visited this place and the people there were really lovely and helpful! They assisted me in selecting all my new bathroom items and provided me with plenty of advice. The delivery arrived on time and the delivery driver was really friendly. I also received excellent assistance from a man named Mathew, who was extremely helpful too.
Bespoke garden furniture
I recently bought some really nice garden furniture from this place and I absolutely love it. The delivery was quick and the furniture looks much better than anything else we saw in other shops. Thank you so much!
Bathroom mirror
Me and me family recently bought a fancy mirror for our bathroom from a shop in Cork. The guy called Gavin helped us out and was really nice and helpful. He even gave us some tips on how to style our bathroom. We absolutely love our new mirror, it looks fantastic in our bathroom. Big thanks to Gavin for all his help!
incorrect items delivered and damaged item
I'm afraid I've had a bit of a disappointing experience with my recent purchase. I got the wrong items and one of them was damaged, and I'm having a hard time getting it sorted out quickly. The slow response and not-so-great customer service have been really frustrating. My advice to others would be to make sure you have someone you can talk to about any problems, as I've struggled to get in touch with customer service over the phone.
Shower head and bathroom accessories
The woman working in the office was brilliant, she sorted out an issue with my order from another store really quickly. But returning items was a hassle, had to travel all the way to Antrim. It was quite tedious. Delphine took care of everything for me, she's fantastic. I'd most likely still be waiting for my refund if it wasn't for her.

I really enjoyed my time at Bath Shack. It was a pleasant surprise. The customer service was top notch and made my purchase quick and easy. Chloe, in particular, was amazing. She went out of her way to help me and make sure all my needs were met. The other staff I met were also super friendly and helpful. All in all, a really good experience.
Shower doors purchase
I recently bought some shower doors from this company, but they ended up sending me panels instead. It's actually happened twice already and it's really annoying. Trying to sort it out with their customer service department and returns section has been a nightmare. It's not as easy as just popping into the shop after ordering online. The whole thing of sending back the wrong items and then waiting for the right ones to come has been a pain. Even though they have a great selection, I've been really let down by the service I've got.
