New bike purchase
I've been using Bike Club for a year now as a parent, and I have to say, their service is excellent. Unfortunately, with all the rain we've had in the last six months, we haven't been able to use the bike much. But my little one has grown so fast that we needed a bigger bike. It was a breeze to choose the new bike on the website, just took me 5 minutes. A week later, the new bike was delivered, and they even took away the old one. So easy and no hassle at all. I love it! And I got the new bike for only a third of the retail price, just need to keep up the subscription now. The whole process was super simple, and now my child has a bigger, more suitable bike. What I really like is that the bikes are lightweight, and if they're not quite right, you can always try another one. I highly recommend Bike Club for stress-free bike rentals for growing kids.
Kids bikes purchase
I recently got a couple of kids' bikes from Bike Club and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The bikes are top quality and look like they can handle my sons' rough play. The service I received from Bike Club was excellent - no unnecessary hassle, just simple and efficient. I did have a little problem with my payment, which was actually my fault for not noticing sooner. But when I told them about it, they fixed it quickly and nicely. I want to give a special mention to Bonnie from customer service, who was really kind, friendly, and helpful in sorting out the payment issue. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience at Bike Club.

I recently bought a children's bike from here and I must say, I am really impressed. The bikes are of excellent quality and the customer service is outstanding. When I had a problem with my account, the staff, especially Katie, really went out of their way to help me quickly and effectively. It's rare to find this level of service nowadays, so it was a nice surprise to receive such great support. The bikes themselves are great, my son is already onto his second one and he's really enjoying it. It's strong, long-lasting, and ideal for him to improve his cycling abilities.
Exchange for bigger bikes

I recently bought a bunch of bikes from the Bike Club for me and my family. At first, we were happy with the bikes and how easy it was. But then when we needed to return them, we had a big problem. We tried getting in touch with the Bike Club a few times but got no reply. In the end, we had to pay a lot to send the bikes back, which meant we ended up paying way more than we should have for each bike. This whole thing has kind of put us off, to be honest. It feels like the high costs at the end ruined the good parts of the service.

I think Bike Club is fab for parents with kids who keep growing and needing new bikes. The bikes they offer are really top quality, each one worth about £300. I've already told a few mates about Bike Club and they've been just as impressed with it.

I was so disappointed with my experience at Bike Club. I was really looking forward to getting the two bikes I bought delivered, but ended up waiting around all day for nothing. To add insult to injury, I later discovered that one of the bikes hadn't even been dispatched at all. The customer service team at Bike Club didn't seem bothered at all, they wouldn't own up to anything and just told me to sort it out with the delivery company. The lack of responsibility and bad communication really got to me, it was so frustrating and just left me feeling completely deflated. The whole thing was just absolutely dreadful.

The Bike Club was ideal for us because our child needed a good first bike that didn't cost a fortune. We didn't fancy shelling out hundreds of pounds on a bike that she would grow out of in no time. Their service gave us a perfect answer and we were really pleased with the quality of the bike.

They know their stuff and have been really helpful whenever I needed advice. Thanks to Finn, returning my bike and sorting out the end of my contract was easy as pie.

She tackled it straight on and got it sorted out right away. The service was great, no complaints at all.
