Review about: TOWER London
Lost order
I ordered some shoes online and it was a total disaster! They completely lost my order. The tracking stopped ages ago and Tower London and Evri are not helping me at all. I don't usually write reviews but I am really disappointed with the lack of support. I can't even find a phone number to speak to someone about my order. I have sent emails but no one is replying to me. I can see from other reviews that I'm not the only one going through this. Tower London seriously needs to change their courier service.

As a regular online shopper, it was really disappointing to have issues with the website. Broken links, images not loading, and my wishlist getting wiped out made it so difficult to browse and shop. I've already complained about these technical problems before, but it seems like no changes have been made. It's so annoying to put time into creating a wishlist only for it to vanish because of website glitches. I really hope they start taking customer feedback more seriously and focus on sorting out these persistent issues.

But El didn't waste any time and gave me a refund for my order, even the delivery cost. All in all, I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

I emailed their customer service team and they told me to contact Klarna for it, even though I didn't use Klarna. The company said they couldn't access my payment info to sort it out. This whole situation has left me really frustrated and confused. I just want my money back, it shouldn't be this complicated since I bought directly from their website. This has been a disappointing experience and has made me reconsider buying from them again in the future.

Do you think this company might be a bit dodgy? I've tried getting in touch loads of times but they never get back to me. It's super hard to find surveys to do, and after a whole year, I only managed to make £5.00. I was gutted when I found out the Paypal choice was no longer there, and had to make do with an Amazon Gift Card instead. They said I'd get the code within an hour, but it's been a whole day now and still no sign of it. Pretty annoying experience all in all.

Overpaid for seats
My recent experience with the company has been really disappointing. I paid nearly £300 for seats, only to find out that the same seats were still available on the airline's website for a lower price. This lack of transparency is not on, and I have concerns that I might not actually get the seats I paid for. What's more, the customer service agent I spoke to online wasn't very helpful and just told me that all communication had to be done via email. This made me even more frustrated, as I needed quick clarification and help. The company says they guarantee seats by reserving them, but that clearly didn't happen in my case.

Appalling service actually it's a discgusting service, really poor customer service I had the feeling they are a rip off company. They failed to advise me of my right to end my contract after putting up their costs, they informed me of my right after 6 months so all that money I paid out for a substandard service. Even though they say my new provider will be given access to my line I still think this company will come back to haunt me. They should be called Horrorgin Badband.
Agree Trish had problems with a latex pillow in June supposedly new full of ripped holes inside wouldn't change or refund it so now stuck with it,think someone slept on it before me
