So, I did some digging and found loads of bad reviews on Trustpilot. It made me question if the company was legit. In the end, I placed my order with a different online shop on Monday.
But surprise, surprise! The dog food from the first company rocked up on Wednesday, just four days later. I've got to give credit where it's due – the delivery was quick and the service was spot on. Looking back, I wish I'd given them a chance earlier. I ended up forking out more on Amazon for the same product, which also arrived on Wednesday.

Cat Tree order
I made an order for a Cat Tree on the 27th of May, and was expecting it to be delivered within 1-3 days. However, it's been a bit of a let-down as the delivery has not turned up, and the tracking info hasn't been updated since the 28th of May. After getting in touch with customer service, I found out that the parcel is actually coming from Poland, which I wasn't told about in advance. This lack of transparency and the delay in delivery have been really inconvenient for me because I have some rescue cats on the way and really needed the tree quickly. Initially, the customer service team said the delay was due to them being busy, but later they mentioned the parcel coming from Poland. It's just been a bit confusing and disappointing how they've communicated this, and overall it has left me feeling quite dissatisfied. I don't think I'll be buying from this company again in the future.

Yodel didn't take responsibility or act professionally, which meant my packages were left downstairs without me being told. This unreliable behaviour led to a lot of hassle and annoyance, as some of my stuff was even thrown away by the council because it wasn't looked after properly.
