I bought a marquee from this company for a party, but it's been a nightmare. I ordered on May 22nd and was told it would arrive in 2-3 days, but it never came even though I got tracking numbers and was given a delivery date of the 24th. I tried to get in touch with them but no luck. They rescheduled for the 28th, but that also fell through. The customer service folks I spoke to were unhelpful, rude, and very unprofessional. They never followed up with info on where my order was. Then, on the 9th day, they told me one box was damaged and the last unit was gone. This messed up my party plans for the next day, as I had no time to make other arrangements. I asked for a refund but still haven't heard back. This whole experience has been a total nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Unreceived Parcel
I recently ordered something from Lampandlight but unfortunately I haven't received it yet. Initially, everything seemed fine - the website was easy to use and my order was sent out quickly. However, after checking the Yodel tracking, it said that the parcel had been delivered to my Front Porch, which definitely wasn't the case. I got in touch with Yodel customer services, and they were sorry but said their driver had followed the instructions and delivered the parcel to the correct location according to their notes and Sat-nav coordinates. It turns out Lampandlight hadn't given Yodel our full address, which caused the delivery to go to the wrong place. It looks like this has been a problem for others too, based on reviews I saw on Trustpilot. I'm still waiting for Lampandlight to fix this mix-up and get my parcel to me at the right address.

I had a really good experience with the taxi service I used. The taxi turned up on time and I could see where it was on the tracker, which was handy. I wouldn't recommend splashing out on these high boots. The quality is terrible - the sole came apart after only a week of wearing them. I was really gutted because I was expecting a nice, well-made pair of shoes, but these just didn't measure up. Do yourself a favour and try your luck somewhere else.

I recently splashed out on a bunch of goodies – some vitamin tablets, an antibacterial shampoo and conditioner, and the R&B Antioxidant Shampoo & Conditioner Pack from Mark Birch Hair Loss. My hair has been giving me grief lately, with it being all thin and falling out, and my scalp playing up – it's always looking scaly and gross. Despite trying out loads of different shampoos in the past, nothing seemed to work. But, I was pretty chuffed to see the positive results of these products. After just one wash, my scalp cleared up from any dry flaky skin, and the R&B conditioner made my hair feel full and lovely and super clean. Wish I'd found these products sooner and not wasted my dosh on other brands that didn't do much. It's a bit soon to say whether the vitamin pack is doing anything, but I'm feeling hopeful. Suit for husband's birthday
I bought a suit for my husband's birthday recently, but it's been a total nightmare. I ordered it on the 29th of April, expecting it in time for his birthday in the first week of May. However, it hasn't arrived yet, and I haven't received any updates or an estimated delivery date. The lack of communication from the company is really frustrating. I've had to keep contacting customer service to ask about my order, but their responses are unhelpful and there doesn't seem to be a resolution in sight. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service from a company I was relying on for a special gift for my husband.

Four new Tyres for a sports car
I bought four new tyres for my sports car from an online website. When they arrived, I realised that two of them were almost three years old. This was not what I expected, as the website claims to only sell tyres that are not less than three years old. Using older tyres on a sports car is not the best idea. Also, I had to send multiple emails before getting a response, which made the whole experience slow and annoying.
