    Fancy furniture

    I tried giving them a ring but no one picked up, so that was a bit disappointing. However, they ended up calling me back, which was nice. Overall, they were fantastic throughout the whole process. They were really understanding when my furniture completion dates got delayed. They were really chill and never made me feel stressed. My fancy furniture has finally arrived and it looks stunning. The delivery company did change the date, which was frustrating, but in the end they placed everything exactly where I wanted it, so it's all good. Just want to say a huge thank you to them for all their help!

    Delighted with my purchase despite delayed delivery

    I popped into the shop not long ago and I must say, I was chuffed with how everything went. The thing I bought was proper good quality and I was well pleased with it. Only hiccup was that the delivery was a bit tardy, but I did appreciate them giving me a heads up about it beforehand, which helped me set my expectations right. The folks I dealt with were dead nice and helpful, they handled all my queries with real professionalism. I reckon they could do with speeding up their response times a bit, but all in all, I'm well pleased with how it all panned out.

    Coffee Table Purchase

    I recently bought a coffee table from this company, noting on the website that delivery would take 6 weeks - longer than I wanted. Since I needed it sooner, I tried to cancel my order. Unfortunately, I found it hard to reach out to the company. Each time I called, no one answered, and the automated phone system was not much help. My emails were ignored too, making me feel neglected and stuck. It took days before anyone even recognised my cancellation request, but even then, there were more delays and no follow-up. Eventually, I had to resort to opening a Paypal dispute just to get my money back. The whole thing was really frustrating and disappointing.

    Unfulfilled order and unreturned refund

    I had a terrible time with this company. I ordered some items, but they never arrived. I tried to get in touch with them loads of times by email and phone, but no luck. They said they'd refund me, but that never happened - even after giving them my PayPal email. Dealing with their lack of communication and broken promises was so frustrating. When I tried to contact them again, I found out they'd shut down. I feel like they've ripped me off and let me down big time.

    12-week wait for wrong furniture

    I had to wait 12 weeks for my furniture to arrive, and when it finally did, it was the wrong size! Can you believe it? And on top of that, they didn't even bother to inform me about the delays, I had to chase them up myself. How rude is that? To make matters worse, they tried to blame it on not having enough orders for a full shipment, yet now all of a sudden, it's ready to go after just 5 weeks. Seems a bit fishy to me. They better get this sorted out soon, or I'll be very unhappy!

    Dining table set

    I ordered a dining table set from this company not long ago, but I've been really unhappy with how things have gone. I bought it at the beginning of February and I still haven't got my table or my money back. I've sent loads of emails but hardly got any replies, and when I did speak to someone on the phone, they told me my refund was sorted when it actually wasn't. It's made me pretty annoyed and let down by the way they've dealt with me. I'm starting to wonder if this company is even legit, and I'd advise others to think about looking elsewhere for what they need.

    Late delivery, faulty products, unresolved refund

    I was really disappointed with the service I received from this store. I waited for over 8 weeks for my order, only to find out that the products were faulty and needed to be sent back to the manufacturer. And to top it off, I received an email saying that the store was closing down. It was so frustrating and left me feeling really unhappy. I had spent 9 weeks waiting for a table that I might not even get now. I have to wait for a refund before I can even start looking for another table.

    Ordered a cool chair

    Yeah, I ordered this really cool chair from this shop, but you know what? It never arrived! They're not even open anymore, so I doubt I'll ever see my money again. What a disappointment, eh? Now I'm feeling pretty upset because it seems like they just scammed me and disappeared. Ugh, not a great situation at all!

    Priority Delivery Nightmare

    I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received! I never got a tracking number, didn't know who was bringing my order, or when it would turn up. I sent five emails and made four phone calls, but heard nothing back. And I paid for priority delivery on top of everything!

    Expensive table with long wait

    I am really upset about my recent purchase from this company. I treated myself to a pricy table, but it took ages to arrive. And when it did, it had a mark on it. They said they would send me a new one, but it's been 26 weeks and still nothing. What's even worse is that they are not responding to my calls or emails. I might have to get legal help to get my money back. Just a heads up - my payment went to a different company, so be careful about that.

    I bought three pieces of furniture from this company which turned out to be a total let down. Not only was the delivery delayed, but when they finally arrived, two of the items were damaged. The company said they would send replacements, but now they've gone out of business, so I'm stuck with useless furniture. The manufacturer in Italy wasn't much help either, so now I'm left with incomplete furniture.
