SHOCKING SERVICE !
I ordered my grass via grass direct. Sent them the sizes I needed to finish my garden off. On installation we found the grass cut to short and didn’t fit my garden! The measurements were 2m x 11.5m and 4m x 11.5m
Both 2 and 4m were cut at 11.3! Iv tried calling and emailing the customer care team and the customer service has been really poor ! Either they are thick or just don’t understand what they are selling.
I can make the 4m length work it’s not great but i can make it work. The 2m length does not work at all! I have explained this to them on the phone and email and said I would like the 2m length replaced.
Firstly they said they can’t replace it I can buy a new bit at a reduced rate .. and then they said they can replace it if it’s not be rolled out or cut. You have to roll it out to check it!
I have told them I want it replacing FREE of charge and them to pay the bill of the guys to take it up and install the new correct size!
Or send the new bit and I’ll let the guys have the incorrect bit as payment for installing the new bit.
They now just continue to argue with me over the phone and email. FACT is I spent a lot money on this grass I expect it to be the size I ordered! Shocking service !Review about: Barker and Stonehouse
Light Brown Leather Swivel Office Chair ID NO PO276835
Do not shop from here. We have bought 8 of these chairs and 3 of them have broken within a few months of purchase. Poorly designed desk and office chair! Poor quality and made to a low standard. We have contacted Baker and Stonehouse and they have done nothing anf have said that there is nothing they can do because these chairs have been used in an office. It is really bad for a desk / office chair to not be able to be used in an office. Please do not purchase from here, worst customer service and no one told us that we could not use these office chairs in an office when we purchased 8. Awful service and Poor quality products.

No truer words can best describe Club2Gether than a perfect place for anything insurance. To me, it is not just about insurance but quality insurance where I am entitled to my claims and indemnity as at when due. Of course it is better to insure with an insurance where credibility and track record is known than others whom one cannot point at. When I needed travel insurance, I'm glad to have chosen to do business with Club2Gether who provided the services for my travel and it was a success. A huge one. I would use this medium to recommend to others who desire quality insurance in any aspects.

Airport parking
Booked a car collection service through Ezybook who recommended I used Rainbow Parking Meet and Greet operated by Golden Parking Ltd.
To be brief, Rainbow didn't bother to pick up my car at Heathrow despite numerous telephone calls from me and promises by them that they were 5 minutes away. I had no choice but to use an alternative provider so I wouldn't miss my flight.
Have sent emails to Ezybook requesting a refund and they just passed my email to Rainbow who obviously haven't bothered to reply.
Under the terms and conditions of Ezybook, I'm entitled to a refund of the sum paid to Rainbow, yet they haven't taken ownership of this issue and I'm still waiting for a refund from them.
Now liaising with trading standards as this company is awful and should be renamed 'Ezy-money'.
I would touch this company with a bargepole, unless you purposefully want to ruin your holiday and lose your money in the process.Review about: Device Monster
Seamless payment for my iPad @ Device Monster
Device Monster is a good place to get your digital device from. I just purchased an iPad from their online store and I was able to make my payment without any hassle and my device was delivered on the day that was promised. They sent my receipt to me and when I opened my package, everything was intact and in perfect shape. I've heard of funny stories on the internet about people having issues with devices they ordered online. I'm glad that Device Monster is a great brand that I trusted and didn't disappoint. Would be making use of their services. They have cool gadgets.

avoid, avoid, avoid...... took the discounted try out subscription and then decided to cancel as i didn't think £24 for 8 beers was good value especially as one or two were pretty mediocre. Tried calling a number of times as the only way it lets you cancel to call a number - that's right you can't cancel online at all. I was on hold for close to 15 minutes with no answer and the call is then ended from their side. diabolical customer service, for what is essentially a business that should be all about customer.

Horrendous customer service. We recieved a confirmation date for our delivery, and I managed to organise time off work to receive it. Subsequently, we recieved another email stating that it was in fact not in stock and would be delivered at some point in the future. They refused to organise the delivery around my schedule this time, and I told them that I would be in contact with a new date. Instead of waiting for that, their couriers dumped the delivery outside our door in the rain one day with no prior notice.

I recently ordered from OnBuy for the first time after coming across it when I was searching for some kitchen appliances. I was nervous to make my first purchase as I rarely shop somewhere that I haven’t heard of before. After coming across the blender that I wanted at a much cheaper price than Amazon and eBay I decided to take the plunge. I’m so glad I did. My husband doesn't rate my smoothies making skills just yet, but I'm working on it!
The order process was really simple and I was given peace of mind as I was able to pay through Paypal meaning that I would be able to get my money back safely if needed - I didn’t have to worry thought. I was kept informed as to when my seller had despatched my item and my order confirmation showed me where to contact the seller if I needed to, which is handy as sometimes marketplaces aren’t so obvious that they’re marketplaces. I found the website to be clear enough for me to use, including a quick checkout process.
During a pandemic I was expecting my delivery to be delayed, however my order arrived in good time and good condition, so I was more than impressed with my OnBuy experience, I would recommend for people to check the seller reviews and remember you are purchasing through a marketplace! I ordered a natural product to help with sleep and anxiety. Item arrived quicker than expected , and the packaging was really good . Normally things are just put in a box with some brown paper . This was wrapped in bubble wrap and very well packaged.The company sell a great range of products , so will definitely look them up next time i need something.

To be honest I'd never heard on OnBuy before but the hydraulic crimper came up on Google at a great price. Decided to take a chance and placed order on a Friday night and the crimper arrived the following Tuesday. The crimper was exactly as described so will check out On Buy first for future purchases.
I have never heard of OnBuy before but what a find! Brilliant and quick service will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend

Terrible shed, terrible customer service
We purchased an Adley shiplap shed in November last year and built it ourselves to the letter (Other half is an engineer). Over just 10 weeks, one roof panel has become totally covered in mould in the inside of the shed.
When we sent images showing the mould and that we had constructed the shed as directed, the manufacturer denied all responsibility again and again, suggesting we simply 'wipe the mould off' and we personally replace the 10 week old felting. I would suggest that all potential purchasers AVOID this supplier and manufacturer as ALL COSTS.I have just seen this after I have had a damaged shed delivered. Five days later and 12 emails later to Ellis they have stopped contact with me. The shed base has a hole in it, the front panel has snapped and there are holes throughout which have attempted to be covered by green glue. I don’t know where to go from here £649 down the drain.

Trust me, if i am saying that i am the oldest customer of Moss Bros that the company ever had! Nope, i am kidding but yes i am buying my clothes from here for no idea since when. But for me , if i ever wanted to buy the Former dress for anyone in my house or for me i just recommend this company. i don't think someone is better offering the quality that they offer. not just that, i love the designs and cool stuff that do with their clothes to make it damn good on everyone. i am not that built, mostly look like the slim trim guy with a fine body so for me finding a suit is like finding a god! okay that is little dramatic but really i don't know why most of the formal dress looks odd on me but this si the only company which clothes actually looks good on me.
