Wrong size order
I bought something online but it turned out to be the wrong size, which was totally my fault. However, when I attempted to contact them about it, it was really difficult to get a hold of them! I sent two emails but only received a partial response to the first one after waiting weeks. The second email has been completely ignored for over 2 weeks now. I've decided I'm never going to shop at that place again!

I bought a dress from this shop not too long ago and I must say, the whole thing was a bit of a letdown. The delivery took ages, then when the dress turned up, it was rubbish quality and definitely not worth what I paid. And as if that wasn't bad enough, when I tried to send it back because it was so poor, the customer service team said nope, the return deadline had passed. And on top of everything else, they were dead rude in how they spoke to me. Honestly, the whole thing was just not on.

My experience with Direct Doors was an absolute nightmare from the beginning to the end. I bought sliding doors that cost £1300 and was really let down by both the product and the customer service. The instructions they gave were so complicated that even a skilled carpenter struggled to make sense of them. When I brought up my concerns about the door being damaged and the pelmet being shorter than the metal track it's supposed to cover, I was met with resistance instead of help. The customer service team had an excuse for everything I mentioned, but no solution to make sure I was happy. It seems like they prefer arguing back rather than making sure their customers are completely satisfied. They wanted me to do things like cutting the metal track and routering the flush handles into the door fronts myself, which would risk damaging the veneer. Overall, it was a really frustrating and disappointing experience.

I managed to sell my tickets really quickly on this website, but I'm still waiting for my money! It's been more than a month now, and I've been checking my account regularly, but I haven't received any money. I bought the April Fool whisky from a secret source, thinking it would be a great new whisky to try. But, to be honest, I was really let down by the whisky I got from Master of Malt. It tasted too young, didn't have much body or flavour, and just didn't live up to what I was hoping for. I was expecting a much higher quality whisky from Master of Malt, especially considering how much I paid for it. I feel like I got a raw deal with this purchase, as I've had better whiskies that cost a lot less. It's a shame we don't know which distillery it's from, because I was hoping for a better example of their whisky.

Overpriced experience
This museum, I've got to say, is just not worth the money. It's way too small and always jam-packed with people, making it nearly impossible to have a proper look at the exhibits. And let me tell you, the artwork they've got on show is pretty disappointing, except for a couple of pieces by Banksy. But honestly, I'm from Bristol, where Banksy's work is everywhere, so it seems silly to pay so much just to see a few of his pieces when I can see more for free at home. Plus, they really need to sort out the facilities for visitors - having only one toilet for the whole place is a bit of a joke. As for the visual displays, they were pretty dull overall, with only a couple of them catching my eye, like that room with all the mirrors and diamonds. But even that wasn't enough to make up for the hefty entrance fee. All in all, this museum was a huge let-down and a total rip-off.

I really struggled to get the free at sea package added to my booking. NCL had to intervene because the people at the company were adamant that I couldn't have it. It just didn't make sense to offer something and then not honour it. I had to make numerous phone calls to finally get it sorted out, and it was really frustrating.

Luxury Motorhome rental for 10 days in Scotland
Wow, we had an amazing time renting a Luxury Motorhome for a 10-day road trip around Scotland! It was really comfortable and had all the necessary facilities - loads of storage space, a proper room for the main bed, a fancy kitchen to cook in, and even a separate toilet and shower. The fridge and freezer were a good size as well. By the end of the trip, we were already thinking about our next adventure with Spaceships Rentals. Looking forward to returning to Scotland and renting from them again!

New England kit for my son's birthday
I'm really disappointed with the service I received from the England Store. I ordered the New England kit for my son's 10th birthday and paid for express delivery to make sure it arrived on time. But, I haven't received any updates on my order yet. When I contacted customer service, they just told me it was still being processed. They also said I wouldn't know the delivery date until tomorrow, which is my son's birthday. The lack of communication and unhelpful customer service has left me feeling very frustrated. On top of that, they refunded me a small amount that doesn't make up for my son not getting his present on time. To add insult to injury, the customer service representative had trouble with English, which made the whole situation even more annoying. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at this store again.

Do not shop from here. We have bought 8 of these chairs and 3 of them have broken within a few months of purchase. Poorly designed desk and office chair! Poor quality and made to a low standard. We have contacted Baker and Stonehouse and they have done nothing anf have said that there is nothing they can do because these chairs have been used in an office. It is really bad for a desk / office chair to not be able to be used in an office. Please do not purchase from here, worst customer service and no one told us that we could not use these office chairs in an office when we purchased 8. Awful service and Poor quality products.

avoid, avoid, avoid...... took the discounted try out subscription and then decided to cancel as i didn't think £24 for 8 beers was good value especially as one or two were pretty mediocre. Tried calling a number of times as the only way it lets you cancel to call a number - that's right you can't cancel online at all. I was on hold for close to 15 minutes with no answer and the call is then ended from their side. diabolical customer service, for what is essentially a business that should be all about customer.

To be honest I'd never heard on OnBuy before but the hydraulic crimper came up on Google at a great price. Terrible shed, terrible customer service
We purchased an Adley shiplap shed in November last year and built it ourselves to the letter (Other half is an engineer). Over just 10 weeks, one roof panel has become totally covered in mould in the inside of the shed.
When we sent images showing the mould and that we had constructed the shed as directed, the manufacturer denied all responsibility again and again, suggesting we simply 'wipe the mould off' and we personally replace the 10 week old felting. I would suggest that all potential purchasers AVOID this supplier and manufacturer as ALL COSTS.I have just seen this after I have had a damaged shed delivered. Five days later and 12 emails later to Ellis they have stopped contact with me. The shed base has a hole in it, the front panel has snapped and there are holes throughout which have attempted to be covered by green glue. I don’t know where to go from here £649 down the drain.

Trust me, if i am saying that i am the oldest customer of Moss Bros that the company ever had! Nope, i am kidding but yes i am buying my clothes from here for no idea since when. But for me , if i ever wanted to buy the Former dress for anyone in my house or for me i just recommend this company. i don't think someone is better offering the quality that they offer. not just that, i love the designs and cool stuff that do with their clothes to make it damn good on everyone. i am not that built, mostly look like the slim trim guy with a fine body so for me finding a suit is like finding a god! okay that is little dramatic but really i don't know why most of the formal dress looks odd on me but this si the only company which clothes actually looks good on me.
so yes, i must recommend buying and if not then at least give it a chance.
