Pyjamas for daughter
I bought some pyjamas for my daughter's birthday not long ago, but they turned out to be too small. I missed the return deadline, but I decided to reach out to customer services for help. To my surprise, the team got back to me straight away and really went out of their way to help me out. They sorted out a refund, agreed to match the original item's price, and even refunded the postage costs. I was really impressed by their speedy and helpful communication, especially when you compare it to another company that didn't even bother to reply to me. The refund for the original item was done quickly, and I'm thrilled with the fantastic customer service I received. Thank you so much!
Lovely Pyjamas for christmas
It was Christmas month, I wanted pajamas for my baby girl and me. My husband already got his from Chelsea peers and I love the design, texture, and quality. I decided to order my baby's pajamas and mine from the store too. When I got my orders it maintains the same quality as my husband's pajamas, with nice design, and beautiful colors. We plan to take a family photo shoot which we did. The pictures came out lovely. We posted it on Instagram and got lots of people commenting on how beautiful the clothes were in the pictures. We recommended lots of people that requested where I had bought the pajamas.
Satin pyjamas for bridesmaids
I bought some satin pyjamas for my bridesmaids from this shop recently, and I have to admit, I was really impressed with the quality. But unfortunately, they sent the wrong size for one of them, so I contacted customer service. It was Caroline who helped me out, and I have to say, her customer service skills were exceptional. She replied promptly, was very polite, and arranged for a correct replacement at no extra cost. Plus, they even let me keep the incorrect item, which was a nice touch. Overall, I was very happy with the customer service I received.
Quality pyjamas
The pyjamas I bought from this company are really good quality and they always wash up well. I've been really happy with how long-lasting and comfortable the products are. There was one time when I got a faulty item, but the customer service team sorted it out really quickly. They responded to my problem straight away and gave me a gift card to say sorry. I was really impressed with how efficient and willing they were to fix the problem right away. All in all, I'm really pleased with the shopping experience I've had with this company.
Favourite pyjamas
I must say, their products are my absolute favourite for pyjamas. The quality is top-notch, the material is super soft and comfy, and the designs are just adorable and stylish. I can't seem to have enough of them! But what really stood out to me was their customer service. I had a problem with my order, and they dealt with it so smoothly and professionally. They responded quickly and fixed the issue in a jiffy. It was really nice to experience such excellent service from a brand.
Disappointing quality, thin material, hole in seam
I was really let down by the product I bought from this company. Even though it was expensive, the material was really thin and started bobbling. After just 8 months, I saw a lot of damage like holes in the seams and fabric. It was a shame to see such low quality compared to brands I've used before, like Eberjey and Cosabella. It just wasn't worth the money, so I won't be buying from them again in the future.
Two pairs of PJs
I've just bought two sets of PJs from this company because my mates recommended them to me. The stuff I got was lovely and looked just like it did on the website. One pair fit me like a glove, but the stitching on the other pair was all messed up. I was a bit gutted about it, especially since I had ordered them all the way from New Zealand. I wasn't too keen on going through the whole process of sending them back. Still, I decided to shoot an email to their customer service team to let them know about the issue.

I bought some pyjamas from this shop recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. Despite me ordering the wrong size, they were really helpful in sorting it out. They don't do exchanges, but they were kind enough to refund the return postage and match the price of my original purchase. Lounge wear set
I recently bought a lounge wear set from this company, but there was a bit of a mix-up with the sizes I received. Thankfully, Caroline from customer service was amazing. Maternity pajamas, absolutely fantastic!
My maternity pyjamas are just so comfy, I've been wearing them for months now. The buttons on the top will be great for when I'm breastfeeding. I'm even planning on wearing them when I go into labour. I've also got four regular pairs of pyjamas from the same place and they're just as amazing. I really love that they're made from recycled materials and all the packaging is eco-friendly. They're definitely a five-star product all round!
Disappointed sizing
The clothes sizes are completely off! I got some things for my mum who's expecting a baby and she couldn't even wear them as they kept slipping down. Plus, they ripped after just a few wears! The customer service team responded quickly but didn't really solve the problem. They only gave me a small discount on my next purchase, which I won't be using. I don't think the quality is worth the price at all. Really disappointed.

The customer service at this store is absolutely fantastic. I was having a bit of trouble placing my order online, but Caroline, one of the staff members, really helped me out. I had a brilliant time dealing with the customer service team. I had an issue with something I bought, so I messaged them on WhatsApp. They got back to me straight away and sorted everything out for me. The team was really friendly and made sure I was happy with how things turned out. All in all, it was a really smooth and pleasant experience.
Faulty product, poor quality
I recently bought this product which was a complete letdown in terms of quality. I only had it for less than 2 months and after washing it gently, it had holes and bobbling all over it. They said they would give me a refund for the faulty item but even after a week passed, I still didn't see the money back on my card. So I decided to check up on it and then they surprised me by giving me a voucher instead, to be used within a month. That was not what we had agreed upon or what I was expecting as a solution. All in all, I thought the product was way too expensive for the terrible quality it turned out to be, and I'm really disappointed with the customer service I received.
Short PJs
I bought some short PJs from this shop not long ago, but when they arrived, I saw a ink mark on them. However, I was really pleased with the help I got through their WhatsApp service. I spoke with Caroline, who sorted out the problem quickly and sent me a new set. I was really happy with how fast they dealt with it and the great customer service from the staff.
Pajamas
I bought some pyjamas recently and one of them had a small issue. It was the first time I've had a problem with this brand. So, I got in touch with customer service and was really pleased with how quickly and helpfully Caroline responded. She sorted me out with a replacement within an hour of my first email.
