Train transport services
Awesome train service. Transport for Wales was very useful to me during my first visit to Wales. Most importantly, my mission involved series of movement that I had no options than to seek a reliable transport system. A sister who stays in Wales and having had better understanding of the transportation system around recommended Transport For Wales for me and it really helped in my daily itinerary at lower cost. The services were of standard - fast train movement, trained officials and fair transport fare. I recommend to others and anytime I am in Wales again, I will still use their services.

No refund, do not use this company ....
Ordered raw puppy food from this company, food never arrived, I started getting anxious as I was running out of food for my puppy so emailed customer services and Emma replied to say the food I ordered was out of stock ??!! No mention about it being out of stock during purchase, I decided to ask for a refund, I couldn't wait any longer and I needed to find an alternative diet for my puppy, which resolved in an upset stomach as puppies are sensitive to food changes.
I requested my refund on the 4th of May, it's now June 10th and I am still waiting for my refund.... Emma from customer service keeps replying to my chasing emails saying "yes you will get your refund shortly don't worry" or "3-5 working days please bear with us" but it's all lies still no refund, I have just opened a case with PayPal to get my money back, absolutely ridiculous to be waiting this long for a refund in 2021, also who sells out of stock food for dogs !!!!! Dogs need to eat you don't advertise out of stock food and don't inform the customer about this! I had to email them to find out it was sold out after they took my money and sent me confirmation email!!!!!Same for me too!! I so wish I'd read all these reviews before buying from them. The only time they were responsive to my emails was prior to me purchasing. A complete joke of a business. In the hands of my credit card firm now to get my refund. Someone needs to take this website down.
I got my money back after contacting my bank. Totally agree with Angela, this website needs taking down and the shower behind it banned from opening businesses until they can run one properly which may well be never.

Bought home package . Prior year have problem with appointment. This year I have appointment cancelled by British Gas at shot notice twice( the same day , just before the time slot run out). I told them when first appointment was canceled how important the date I receive the paperwork is. I called them to make sure it will not be cancelled. They cancelled anyway. Noone takes responsibility for anything. Badly run company

My first advice to ANYONE signing up is cancel any authorised payment immediately after you access. Their website is like a mine field of “we will take all your money”!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

My daughter clicked on buy a certificate for a class I hadn’t even attended and they took almost £40 from my paypal like that no verification no second confirm button bam, my whole weeks grocery money gone before I could blink.
When I contacted them to explain what happened they gave some lame excuse that since I had access to it they couldn’t refund it. Now I can’t access the certificate till I finish all modules and I haven’t even taken one yet so total bs! Then they just stopped replying me. I escalated it with PayPal I think they should loose access to PayPal as they are abusing their one click payment system there are probably £3-400 worth of one click buttons on their website.
Total garbage. Save your money and your sanity I’m now having to decide what groceries I will buy and won’t buy since I’m a single mum without income. Thanks a lot you scumbags.Review about: Shaw Academy

It’s very easy to sign up for the site and get started straight away.
The first lesson was very interesting and I’m excited to continue. Broken down so easy to understand, very informative.
I won’t be continuing the course once my 4 free weeks are up because I think the price per month fee (£49.99) is too high for me. A shame, but I look forward to utilising all the knowledge I gain from this module.
I think the lesson moves a bit too fast to be able to take notes at the time, but the fact you can go back and rewatch the lesson as soon as it’s concluded is a big plus.Review about: Shaw Academy
App development
I only had one class so far and I really like the way it's conducted. The only thing I wish was different is the toolkit included in the class at no extra cost. During the covid I got a promo for 4 free weeks but the toolkit is not included. Looking forward to the next 4 weeks!
I have had exactly the same experience, they are obviously scammers, and we have been conned. Not expecting to ever see my money again.
