Washer and dryer combo
I've ordered from this company for the second time now, and I must say, I was really impressed once again. The prices were good, they had a great selection of high-quality products, and the delivery was quick and efficient. It was nice to get a text the night before with a 2-hour delivery window, it helped me plan out my day. The delivery guys were really polite and friendly, which made the whole experience from beginning to end a breeze.

I returned my order and did everything they asked, but I still haven't received a refund or any response after sending 6 emails. I feel like they've ripped me off and I'm pretty gutted about it. Fingers crossed they sort it out soon!

Flight refund experience
I had some problems at first with Travelpack not informing me properly about a cancelled flight and not communicating well. But, when I contacted Heleena on Instagram, things got a lot better. She was really helpful and we eventually got our £3,000 refund within 4 weeks. Even though our experience didn't start off great, it ended well thanks to Heleena's help. From our own experience, Travelpack might have issues, but they're not scammers. Just keep persevering and make sure to keep communication open to get your refunds on time.

My time at Furniture Village was amazing. Mohsin helped me out a lot with my purchase, he really went the extra mile. He knew his stuff and made everything easy for me. Stunning dress, prompt delivery
Even though there were some bad reviews, I decided to give this company a try and I'm really pleased that I did. The dress I bought was gorgeous and it arrived swiftly and well wrapped. Sadly, the pink wasn't quite right for me, but returning it was easy and I got my money back quickly. I ended up buying a lovely ivory dress instead, which I adore. The customer service team were great, making the whole shopping experience easy. The only downside was that the fit wasn't as perfect as I wanted, but that's a small problem that can be sorted easily.

I've got to say, this paint range is absolutely brilliant. It's so durable and really easy to clean. I gave my front door and window sills a fresh coat with it, and I have to admit, I'm over the moon with how they've turned out. The paint went on like a dream, nice and even, and it's stood up really well to all the knocks and bumps of everyday life. I can't recommend this paint enough for any DIY jobs around the house.

Tagoro Costa adeje
The room at Tagoro Costa Adeje was a nightmare. The furniture was falling apart, and even when I told the maintenance guy, it was only fixed temporarily before breaking again and causing me to stub my toe. The hotel denied any responsibility, saying it was a one-off. The place was in a terrible condition, with nails sticking out of the wood. As a nurse who works hard, this holiday was a letdown and a possible risk to my 2-year-old. It was a complete mess and I suggest not staying there at all.

I placed an order online not too long ago and I have to say, I was really let down by the service. The parcel didn't show up on time, and when I got in touch to see what was going on, the customer service team weren't much help at all. They weren't sympathetic and just told me to be patient and wait for it to arrive, even though it looked like it had gone missing. It's just not on, the lack of care and assistance they showed.

Large greenhouse purchase
I bought a big greenhouse from this company recently. The delivery came in 2 separate parcels on different days. It's definitely a job for 2 people to carry as the items were pretty big and heavy. I haven't had a chance to set up the greenhouse yet because I'm making sure the ground is completely flat first. But, I was a bit let down to find out that I have to buy a foundation base separately to make sure the greenhouse is secure.

I recently had a bit of a disappointing experience with SEAGM. I made an order and was told by the live chat support that it would arrive later. But then I only got a partial refund instead of the full amount. When I contacted live chat again, they just said the order was closed and that was that. It's really frustrating when there's no accountability or good customer service. It's not fair for us customers to have to deal with losses because of bad service.

I bought something online from Outdoor Look recently and had some problems with my order. I didn't get a confirmation email, so I got in touch with customer service to check if everything was okay. They told me to check my spam folder, but I had already done that. When the parcel arrived, I found out they had sent me the wrong size; I wanted a size 5 but got a size 8 instead. This meant I had to send the item back myself, which was not great. Now, I'm just waiting to see how long it will take to get refunded for the wrong item.

I've treated myself to a few things from this store and honestly, they are worth the money. The items are gorgeous, really high quality, and they always arrive beautifully wrapped. Silk sports jacket purchase
I bought a silk sports jacket from this company not too long ago, expecting it to be top-notch and luxurious. However, the seams at the back ripped after only a few wears. It's clear that there's a big problem with the quality of the fabric and how the jacket was put together. Even though it was expensive, it didn't live up to what I was hoping for. It's a shame to see a well-known brand like this selling products that can't even handle normal use. My overall experience with this purchase has been disappointing.

England football shirt
So, I bought an England football shirt from this website, hoping it would be a good one. But when it arrived, I was really disappointed. The neck opening was way too small, I couldn't even get it over my head easily. And the logo and the general quality of the shirt were not up to scratch. To make matters worse, they charged me £6.20 to return it, which I think is unfair. I shouldn't have to pay to send back something that's not as described. I'll definitely be asking for my money back for that charge, and I won't be buying from them again.

Raised bed with support frame
I bought a raised bed with a support frame from this online store recently. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I noticed that a part of the support frame was missing. I sent an email to their customer service team right away but didn't hear back. After waiting a few days, I decided to call their helpline. The person I spoke to didn't seem to know how to help me and said they would check with their manager and get back to me, but they never did. I then tried to contact Waitrose's Head Office in Bracknell, only to find out that Waitrose Garden is a different company with a call centre in South Africa. It's been a bit of a nightmare trying to sort this out, and now I'm looking at how I can get my money back for the missing part. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this retailer.

So, I ordered this really cute bright yellow top and I was so looking forward to it arriving. But, when it finally came after 5 weeks, the colour was this horrible dirty yellow, ew! I messaged them to return it and all they offered was a measly £4.75 refund on a £22 top. Seriously? What a rip off!

I recently bought several whisky bottles from this store and I have to say, the promotional prices were really great. The prices were amazing and definitely influenced my decision to buy them. The promotional emails I got were also great – they were short, to the point, and not too frequent. The bottles were packed up nicely and arrived quickly. I was especially impressed that there were no extra fees for delivering to the North of Scotland, unlike some other whisky sellers. All in all, the service was fantastic.

Course
After speaking to an advisor I signed up to do GCSEs with this company. They told me I could sit exams and get qualifications at the end. They waited until they got my first payment and then told me that I can't sit the exams because there is no exam centre beside me. I only signed up to do exams. What is the point otherwise?! They won't cancel my course and won't issue a refund. They have lied and are trying to scam me out of money. They don't handle complaints properly, they have lies through that process too and tried to delay a refund as much as possible. They are now refusing to refund me at all. I'm having to go to great lengths and add so much stress to my life to get this sorted. The are incompetent and refuse to tackle complaints properly. Their courses are unsatisfactory but unless they are getting your money they don't care about anything else.
