Oh my gosh, this website is such a scam! Those good reviews are totally fake, don't trust them at all. I bought a dress and it was nothing like what was shown in the picture, and it took ages to arrive. The customer service is awful, they couldn't care less about you once they've got your money. Plus, the dress was way overpriced for the rubbish quality. Learn from my mistake, always check out the negative reviews before making a purchase!

I recently bought a pair of trainers that I had been looking for all over the place. I couldn't find them in my size anywhere, so I was really happy when I found them on this website. But when my order arrived almost two weeks later, I was gutted. The packaging was really poor - the trainers were in a box from a totally different brand. When I looked at the trainers themselves, it was obvious that they were either rejects or fake. The quality was terrible and it was clear that no one had checked them properly before sending them out. I was so disappointed to see that lots of other people had the same problem, which just made me even more annoyed. Overall, it was a total waste of my time and money.

Traveling with dogs, boarding for three dogs
We had to go out of town and leave our three dogs in a boarding kennel for the day. Luckily, we found this amazing place! Our experience was fantastic, with no worries at all. The staff member we met was brilliant - a great trainer and clearly loved pets. He took care of our two lively boys and an old lady needing medication and special food. Our dogs didn't want to leave, that's how well he looked after them! A big thank you to the staff member and to the place for providing such a wonderful service.

It took around 2 weeks for my order to reach me here in New Zealand, but when I finally tried them on, they fitted perfectly! I am really disappointed with the customer service from this company. They haven't sent me my parcel and instead of helping, they let the courier take it back without saying anything. They won't even give me a refund for the delivery costs I paid, and want me to sort it out with the courier myself. I've even shown them proof from my DPD account that the parcel hasn't been returned, but they still won't do anything. I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall. It's a shame that a simple problem has turned into a nightmare because they can't communicate properly and handle things well.
