I have booked lot of supplies during the art project. It worked out well.
Recently in college, I get the art & craft project. I wasn't sure what to buy or what to do. The craft company, I saw, explored various new stuff on the website. It was fun. I kept on looking and it gave me multple ideas. I booked around 7 or 8 things. All was good, saved some bucks on it as in stores, it might cost more.
Cake board
Absolute shambles of a company. I ordered something to be delivered during the week. I paid extra for next day delivery. The courier company then ends up losing it. I then ask if I can have a Saturday delivery as I need it for a party to which they say yes that’s fine and they had sent a new one out. Comes to the weekend I get no parcel of course and the worst part is you cannot even get in touch on a Saturday! I’m extremely angry as I could have gone to hobbycraft or any other in person cake shop on the Saturday but instead I chose to believe the lies. Luckily enough I received a refund but if you actually want an item and need it ASAP do not use this company.
Alphabet cutters plus lots of other things

I ordered quite a few items, all in stock, & waited for them to come. Unfortunately one set of cutters did not arrive. I rang, they were now out of stock & I would be refunded my £15.95. I still needed these alphabet cutters for a retirement cake I’m making so I reordered & paid again. I was told I could not have p&p off but would get a discount of 15%. I reordered & also had a few other things to make it worthwhile. Today they arrived minus the cutters again! I rang again & asked why they still had them for sale when they clearly didn’t have them. I was told to get them I would need to order again, pay postage, AGAIN & would be refunded.
So they haven’t refunded the first £15.95 yet & now owe me £31.90 & yet expect me to reorder!! I checked online & they do now say out of stock.
Would anyone else order again with no guarantees & also paying three times p&p for the same thing?
Poor Shelley who I spoke to, it wasn’t her fault but her manager said they would not knock off P&p or keep my latest £15.95 until they were in stock as it was not their policy!!
Customer service is diabolical, no interest in keeping a customer happy & I now have only three days to find alphabet cutters or I will have to do by hand & that’s not easy. Very unhappy & won’t use again.Cake boxes cake boards
Horrible experience. Wish I read reviews first. I received to black cake boards that were bubbling with glue, also shown the white underneath the black covering. To cake boxes had a terrible odour, that I couldn’t use. I contacted the company, and offended me with a 74p refund. I have made some equerries, under the consumer rights 2015. I’m untitled to a full refund. Also due to being not fit for purpose, I am able to contact the ombudsman. Also I shall use resolver platform, Martin Lewis.
Cupcake boxes and pipping bags

I ordered from this company at the beginning of this year (roughly in May). I ordered cupcake boxes and pipping bags. All the money was taken from my account and I was waiting for my order. When it arrived, I received the pipping bags, but no cupcake boxes. I waited months for those boxes to arrive despite the fact the money had been taken from my account with no communication. As I still hadn’t received my item, I decided I wanted my refund. I received an email saying my refund had been processed. I waited and waited and there was no money in my account. I am still waiting on my full refund till this day. There is no communication from this company and the customer service is awful. Save yourself the bother and purchase your goods from a company that doesn’t steal your money.£60+
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
In May I ordered some icing and various items to make my little boy a birthday cake, quite a sizable order totalling over £60. The website was explaining that due to covid there were delays in delivery. Given all the information I worked out that the parcel would still arrive in time with a little to spare. It got closer to his birthday with now shipping update and I realised they wouldn't deliver in time so I sent an email to cancel my order. With no reply, there is absolutely NO communication from this company even though they say they will get back to you within 24-48 hours. I have been very patient as I realise that we have been through unpresidented times but 2 months later they are not answering calls or emails. I have an unopened box full of useless items and I would like my money refunded ASAP!WEB98700-WEB98700)
Worse delivery service. Took one week to dispatch and I paid for express delivery (1-2days.) they informed me this applies after dispatch, fair enough.. it’s been 5days after dispatch and my order is not here.
I’ve contacted them several times via email and telephone and there just extremely unhelpful.
They state this is due to covid but no other suppliers had issues and I have received orders on time and even early from other suppliers therefore using covid-19 as just a excuse to be lazy and unhelpful.
Waste of delivery fee as it was close to £5!! Overpriced delivery.
Lost business due to this company, never again trusting them during an emergency.
