    I bought some blackout blinds from this company not long ago. At first, there was a problem with the size of the blinds I got, but they were pretty fast in sending me a new set. However, when the replacement blinds also didn't fit, I was told about some extra measurements that I should have given from the start. It was annoying that this wasn't mentioned to me earlier. In general, I felt that the customer service wasn't great and the whole experience was a letdown.

    Plumbing service disappointment

    I had to call out the plumber as we had no hot water. He fixed it, but then the problem came back after 5 days. I got in touch with customer service, but I'm still waiting to hear when they will sort it out or give a refund. It's really not on, especially when we rely on hot water for everyday things.

    My cat Zini really adores the hydrating cat food from Miscota. It's the Purina Gourmet Crystal Soup that comes in a packet with lots of liquid, great for keeping my kitty hydrated since she isn't a big water drinker.     I bought a vibration plate from Best Direct a couple of years ago because I can't do normal exercise because of some health issues. I've been really happy with how it's worked for me.     I've just bought some important extras for my new car, like rubber floor mats, a boot liner and wind deflectors. I was really impressed by the quality of these items, and they fit perfectly in my car. The Climair wind deflectors were especially good - unlike others I've had before, these ones were made specifically for my car model and didn't need any sticky tape or clips to stay in place. Putting them on was really easy and only took a few minutes. Overall, I'm really happy with how well everything fits and the quality of all the stuff I got from this company.

    I recently bought a pair of Melissa school shoes for my daughter from NONNON. Even though I had seen some bad reviews, I decided to give it a go and ordered them on Monday evening.     I bought some plants online recently and when they arrived, they looked really sad. They were smaller than I thought and most of the size was in the pot, not the plant. I contacted the company to say I wasn't happy, but they just told me to wait a couple of weeks. The leaves are brown and curled, so I don't think they'll get better. It's a shame that my first time buying from this company has been disappointing. I probably won't shop with them again. I wonder how they'll deal with this situation next.

    My new dresses are amazing and feel so good!

    What's going on with this company? Peter Hahn used to be my go-to for quality clothing, although a bit pricey. But lately, the reviews are bad and I'm not the only one unhappy with their service. I sent back a coat on the 21st of December and even though they got it on the 27th, I had to email them twice to get my money back. It's terrible how they ignored me. I eventually got my refund over two weeks later, which is just not on. With their bad ratings, I'm not sure about ordering from them again. It looks like Peter Hahn is in trouble since they shut down their UK business, confirming what customers suspected. Maybe that's why there are problems with refunds lately. Thankfully, I got mine eventually, but their poor communication and slow refunds have really put me off.

    My experience with this company's trade-in process was a complete nightmare. At first, they offered me a good price for my phone, but when I sent it in, they said it had defects and tried to give me a much lower offer. I didn't accept it, so they then had a so-called "senior" assessor contact me with another offer, which was still much less than what they initially promised. The whole thing was really frustrating and their lack of communication and poor customer service made it even worse. I would definitely recommend avoiding them if you want a fair and easy trade-in experience.

    Faulty product and difficult warranty process.

    I bought this product and it turned out to be faulty, it broke after I used it just once which was really disappointing. I then tried to go on the website to claim the warranty but it was so complicated for no reason. I couldn't manage to attach the right pictures in the right size and format, so I couldn't submit my claim. It made me think they were doing it on purpose to make it difficult for customers to claim the warranty.
