    Debit Card Car Hire

    The EnjoyTravel website is great to LOOK at, as a travel services broker. When it comes to car hire however - and specifically DEBIT CARD car hire - more needs to be done by ET to ensure that prospective customers are not misinformed or inadvertently misled into paying for something that ultimately requires a CREDIT CARD from the end-provider, and without which, the vehicle will not be released. Encountering this very problem with a sick, special needs child in tow, the last thing we needed was for ET customer service to be essentially uncontactable, resulting in 48 hours of frustrating back-and-forths by phone, voicemail, emails, text and chatbox messages trying to resolve matters. On the positive side, all was finally resolved with a full refund (at ET's expense) and a personal phone call from a Director who reassured us that any perceived 'failures in communication' and/or with customer service were unusual and regrettable, and that the 'debit card only' car hire service system was in the process of being updated and clarified on the ET website so as to avoid any future confusion or inconvenience to customers. Overall, and despite the disappointment and inconvenience of not being able to collect our paid-for vehicle, and, given the possibility that the convoluted 'small print' in end-users' contracts is often onerous and unclear and therefore partly to blame... we would simply advise any other ET customers in a similar situation to make it absolutely 100% clear what one wants, and to document and record everything 'just in case'. Now, and given the final respectful resolution of our complaint - and even in circumstances where 'fault' has not been fully established - we would use EnjoyTravel again. ...However, having since seen scores of similar negative reviews... mmmm?...

    As a customer of this company, I'm really disappointed with the service I've received. I ordered something four months ago and still haven't got it because the company keeps making excuses. This delay has been a real inconvenience for me and has even affected my business in a bad way. I need things to arrive on time to keep my clients happy and this delay has made things look bad. The company hasn't been good at communicating or being transparent, which is just not right. I suggest that others stay away from this poorly run company.

    Holiday at New beach Kent

    Wow, we had such an amazing time on our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia! It was really fun hanging out with a great group and our guide was fantastic. Despite it being super busy and us living out of our suitcases, it felt like a fancy version of backpacking and we definitely felt like true adventurers. The people we encountered were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable! The only downside was the fancy hotel in Ben Tre where the staff weren't very helpful and they tried to overcharge us for drinks. Wendy Wu should definitely reconsider including that hotel on their list! Other than that, the trip was incredibly memorable and definitely worth every penny.

    I've just bought some garden furniture from this online shop and on the whole, I was pretty pleased with how it all went. Ordering was a quick and easy process and the delivery was fast.     I recently got myself a pair of Side Adventure Two Gore-Tex boots and I have to say, I was really impressed! The price was amazing and the delivery was super quick. They didn't reply to my emails, my calls were ignored, and I only got a generic voicemail when I tried to contact them. It was only when I threatened to report them to the BBC that I finally got my refund. Waiting for up to 14 days for them to check the return of unopened goods is just not acceptable. Overall, it was a truly awful experience.

    I was constantly having to chase up my order because it seemed like it was being ignored. The delivery ended up taking longer than I had expected, but I have to say that the communication from the delivery team was excellent. It was really frustrating that I couldn't use the promotion for multiple cans. However, on the plus side, the craft beers in the mixed case were absolutely delicious, particularly the IPA and the wheat beer.     I bought this supplement for my old Whippet who has doggy dementia and it worked wonders! After just a few days, he stopped his sundowning behaviour and we all sleep much better now.     Bought a new bike for over £3000, It arrived weeks late and the setup was done incorrectly. Crank has come loose twice, chain guard loose, all spokes lost tension within 100 miles. the integrated light cable was routed incorrectly and broke. Both brakes have been set up incorrectly. All of this is still true after taking the bike back twice. (except the integrated light which if fixed with electrical tape). i have spoken to customer services and they have given me no information i could use to rectify it myself and have made no effort to sort the problem out.

    Some of these problems could have been from the manufacturer but without more information i can't tell who is to blame

    Marbella rattan garden lounge set

    Our delivery (ordered late April) was delayed like many others have reported, but the irony was that the first set arrived a week before schedule (and a lovely father and son team from Birmingham installed it) but about 10 days later, out of the blue, another set arrived with a couple of guys ready to install it. Obviously we sent it back.

    Our issue with the Marbella set is the quality- the middle section of the sofa seems to have buckled because the rattan is flimsy and lacks structure; the cushions are also not very comfortable.. I’ve tried calling them numerous times but alas there’s never any reply.

    Ordered my plants on 13th April. They arrived 3 months later, the magnolia tree in terrible condition and apple tree not much better. Have tried to revive it, but almost has no root system. No progress on my 100s of email messages. I receive regular messages trying to sell more but nothing about resolution. I am disgusted by this company. I wish a dissatisfied customer with expertise and time would suggest a group action.

    I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my two non matching bay trees that were sold as a pair to look the same!     Unbelievable. I thought I had seen the last of this terrible company, I ordered in May, eventually after months of being ignored by then, got a refund from my bank via cashback. Now the bank has contacted me to say GE is disputing the refund saying it's a fair charge!!! Gobsmacking. No way are they stealing my money a second time. I have sent the bank evidence (which I thankfully saved from the ticket before they deleted it) so they can refuse their request. Just shocking. Avoid avoid avoid. Will I ever be free of aggravation from this terrible organisation??

    I got a cease and desist letter from them as they didn't like the support I was giving to the 130 people on Facebook that were trying to get money back for dead, damaged and undelivered plants and trees.

    I also received a bunch of dead plants that this company seems to specialise in and after no response from their useless ticket system, I submitted a chargeback claim via my credit card. It has taken them a few months to deal with my claim but I finally got my money back. Please submit a chargeback claim via your credit card and hopefully if enough people are given there money back this despicable company will start to feel it where it hurts and stop treating their customers with such contempt.

    I think they are actually criminals and we should get together and launch a class action against them. I ordered two identical bamboos to create a short hedge. After a long wait just one arrived which was no good to me. They then argued that they'd delivered 2 as that's what it said on the delivery note. I waited a few weeks for the other to arrive and then demanded my money back in full. But they've got a rule saying things must be returned in 14 days - very clever ploy.

    Another unsatisfied customer response from me too. I paid £14 for 2 dead white Poinsettias that have just gone in the bin. I am a keyworker and just don't have time to faff about looking for email address of Chris Bonnett and you can't call them on the phone. I tried to put a negative review up on the site but it didn't load. Will never use again.

    Firstly i want to say about my tutor 'Beanke Keun' who is taking our leadership class, she is really amazing, the way she teaches is very easy to understand. I also found the support email system of shaw academy is very responsive, previously I had some doubts and they cleared my doubts mailing back to me within 24 hrs. The chatbox 'Morphus' is really helpful as in during classes if i am unable to understand something he is always there to help and support and also shares valuable information about the course. After each lesson there is quiz which helps us to test our knowledge and i personally found these quizzes and also the recordings of the class very useful.
    One thing i would like to add is that the price of the toolkit and the e-certificate could be bit less as we are students sometimes it really gets difficult to purchase toolkit and e-certificate after or during every module.
    Lastly, I think they are offering amazing classes that I can learn from and it's easier to see the material again to refresh your mind. Great lessons so far and looking forward for many more. Thought online course would be difficult but I must say I am having a great time learning online on the subject that I want to know. Thank you so much for this and I really am very appreciative towards all the efforts of them sending mails to remind us of the lessons and keeping us informed on everything.

    The site is very informative, the teaching materials are good, the professors are on top of the course.the site is easy to access. Very good platform interim of education. But my problem is don't implement what you say. You told us that digital marketing was free. It was the institution own way of contributing to wards humanity but after sometime, you decided to request money from some of us, which make me to drop from classes.
