Rose Gold bed purchase
I came across Elegant Furniture when I was looking for a Rose Gold bed, and I was quite surprised by the prices. At first, I wasn't sure because the prices were much lower than other sites, but I thought I'd give it a shot and make an order. I even gave them a call to double-check if it was all legit, but I couldn't get through to them at first. However, I got a call back from Adam who said the bed was already on its way. And true to his word, the bed arrived the very next day, just two days after I ordered it. I haven't put the bed together yet, but I trust that if there are any problems, their customer service team will sort it out quickly. I'm really impressed with the service from Elegant Furniture and I'm excited to see what else they have to offer in the future.
Bedside table
I recently purchased a really nice bedside table from a furniture shop. I have to admit, I was a bit nervous at first because I had seen some not-so-great reviews online. However, I decided to reach out to them via email to inquire about the delivery date of my bedside table, and they responded incredibly quickly! I did have to follow up once more, but they promptly sent me a link to choose my preferred delivery date. The bedside table arrived just 8 days after I ordered it, and it was delivered without any issues. I think it would be beneficial for the company to improve their communication regarding delivery dates to lessen customer concerns. Despite this, the delivery driver was really friendly and helpful.
Furniture
I have to say, I was a bit worried at first after reading some bad reviews about this place, but I can honestly say that my experience was really good. The service I got from beginning to end was excellent. The staff were quick to help and answered all my questions about my order and delivery, which I really liked. The delivery was fast and everything went smoothly. Plus, the product itself was amazing and I'm really happy with it. Overall, Elegant Furniture definitely lived up to their promises and I was impressed with how their prices compared to other suppliers.
Quick delivery
I recently bought some furniture from the store, and I was really happy with how fast it got delivered. But I have to say, I wasn't too pleased with the lack of communication. I tried phoning them a few times, but the lines were dead. I even sent an email, but didn't hear back from them at all. It made me feel like they'd just left me hanging, so I ended up having to do a chargeback to sort things out.
Lamp order cancelled without refund
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this furniture store. I ordered a lamp, but it was out of stock, and they still charged me for it. To make matters worse, they cancelled my order without letting me know, and now it's been 14 days and I still haven't received my refund. When I contacted them, they had the nerve to apologise for me supposedly cancelling the order - even though it was their error. The lack of communication and bad customer service is just shocking.
Ordered a chest of drawers, promised refund but still waiting
I ordered a chest of drawers on the 6th of January, but received news that it was out of stock and I would get a refund instead. Despite trying to contact them multiple times via phone and email, I still haven't received my money back as of the 2nd of March. It's really annoying to be kept waiting and not knowing what's happening with my refund. I recommend avoiding this company, as I've seen other bad reviews that share the same issues as mine.
Leather sectional with the led lights, a painting and a dining set
All items were amazing, delivered in 3 days as promised from the time of purchase. My overall experience was awesome Billy was my sales person he was absolutely awesome. Very helpful and polite he made my experience at Elegant Furniture truly pleasant, I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!
Avoid at any cost
This company is a nightmare to deal with. I placed an order but couldn't get hold of them no matter how many times I tried. It's like they don't care about their customers at all! I'd recommend avoiding them altogether.
Metal bed frame
So, I bought this metal bed frame from a company, and honestly, it was a nightmare. I paid up front and then they drop the bombshell that it's out of stock and they're not even making it anymore. Can you believe it? They offered me something totally different as a replacement. I requested a refund and they said it would take 3-5 working days. I waited 6 days and still nothing. Emailed them and they claimed they processed the refund but it hasn't appeared in my bank account. Now they're asking me to wait another 10+ days just to see if it finally comes through. It's a complete con, I really wish I had checked the reviews before making the purchase.
Outrageous chair purchase
My experience with this furniture company was a total disaster. I ordered some chairs without checking them out first, which was a big mistake. I paid £600 but never got a confirmation email. When I tried to get in touch via email and phone, I didn't hear anything back. It was like my money had vanished into thin air. In the end, I had to open a dispute with PayPal to try and get a refund. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this unreliable company - it's just not worth the hassle.
Dining table and chairs
My experience with Elegant Furniture was really disappointing. They didn't send me an invoice after I placed my order, and I had to keep asking them for updates on when my order would be sent out. It was annoying to have to follow up so many times just to get a simple confirmation. Eventually, I had to cancel my order because of all the hassle, and even then, I had to ask four times for a refund. The customer service I got was just terrible and not acceptable at all. I would definitely recommend that others stay away from this company.

I bought a sofa set from Elegant Furniture, and I have to say, it was quite disappointing. The item arrived, but the communication during the whole thing wasn't great at all. I was hoping for better from an online store like them. Even though I had my doubts, I still went for it, but now I wish I hadn't.

I've never come across such unprofessionalism and bad customer service before. I bought a dining table and chairs from this shop, only to discover they didn't actually have it in stock. Even though they said they would give me a refund, I still haven't got it. It's completely unacceptable to take a customer's money and not provide the goods or a prompt refund.
Furniture set
I bought a furniture set from this shop not long ago, and honestly, I was really let down by how they handled the delivery. The item showed up out of the blue, I had no heads up at all, and the website was still saying it was being processed. On top of that, the light I ordered didn't mention what size bulb it needed, which was pretty annoying.
Lights purchase
I really need to stress this - don't use this company! I bought some lights from them, paid for them, then found out they didn't have them in stock when I called to ask about delivery. They said I'd get a refund, but it's November now and I still haven't got my money back. I've talked to a woman on the phone and sent so many emails, but nothing has been sorted out. This whole thing has been absolutely awful and really upsetting.
Bed purchase
I ordered a bed online and it never arrived! I waited for months and still no sign of the bed. They told me it was out of stock but I haven't received a refund yet. I attempted to call them but no one answers, and the only responses I get are from strange names like "Adam" or "Mike". I wouldn't trust this company - they're a scam!
