    Cleansing balm and facial oil

    I was really looking forward to trying out the cleansing balm and facial oil from this brand, but I was super disappointed when I couldn't get the lid off the bottle of facial oil. It's frustrating because the bottle is only half full and I've tried twisting it in all directions, but it won't open. It's especially annoying because the product wasn't cheap. On the bright side, the cleansing balm is working great!

    I bought something from an online store and after a while, it started falling apart. I was a bit disappointed because I thought it would be better quality being a well-known brand. But when I got in touch with customer service, they were really quick to reply. They sent me a new product as a replacement and even threw in some extra goodies as a nice gesture. I was really pleased with the great customer service I received.

    I was a bit unsure at first because I read some bad reviews about their customer service, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. To my surprise, I had a great experience with Emma Hardie. The cleansing balm and facial oil I bought were really nice and worked well. Even though they were a bit expensive, I think they were worth it, considering the quality.

    I ordered something from this company back in January, but it never arrived. Even though I got an email saying my order had been shipped, the tracking info showed nothing was on its way. I tried to contact customer service a few times, but heard nothing back. Eventually, I got one email saying they'd check on my order, but then silence. I got fed up and had to speak to my credit card company to get a refund. Definitely the worst online shopping experience I've had. I won't be using this company again, that's for sure.

    Vitamin C product experience

    I've been using your products for a while now and been pretty loyal, but something's not quite right recently. I thought I'd give the vitamin C products a go to give my skin a nice healthy glow. However, after just a week of using it, my skin had a really bad reaction. It got all red, swollen, and itchy, so I had to stop using it straight away. I had to switch to a more soothing product to help my skin recover, which was really disappointing. I've never had a bad reaction like this to any skin product before, so I'm not sure what's different in your formula or ingredients now.

    I tried to get in touch with your customer service team by email, but all I got was an email back saying they aim to reply to all enquiries within 48 hours. It's been almost 4 weeks now and I still haven't heard anything. The fact that your team hasn't responded properly has really let me down. So, I've binned all my Emma Hardie products and won't be buying from your brand again.

    I ordered those sets a month ago and I still ain't got them! They told me they'd sent them but when I checked with DHL, they had no record of the order from November 3rd. I'm really let down and annoyed!

    Balm purchase

    I recently bought this balm that came with some quality problems which was really disappointing. There were lots of small black particles in it, and the lid didn't even fit on the jar properly. So, I got in touch with customer service to let them know. They said they'd send me a replacement, but it's been weeks now and I still haven't received it. I contacted them again, and they told me that the replacement had been sent back to them for some reason, and they would now be sending it through a different courier, UPS. But, even so, I've still not got the replacement, and honestly, I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down by the service I've received.

    I got in touch with the company to raise an issue regarding their facial oil, but I was really let down by the way they handled it. Despite my efforts to contact them several times, I was just given the runaround with promises of a reply that never materialised.     I recently bought a face oil from this company, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. Firstly, the delivery took longer than I expected, but I figured I should cut them some slack given the current situation. However, when the package finally turned up, I was a bit taken aback to find the face oil bottle was open and had leaked all over the box. I got in touch with customer service straight away via email, but unfortunately, I didn't hear back from them even after a month of waiting. They also promised me a free gift to make up for the delay, but that never showed up either. It was really frustrating and unprofessional how they didn't communicate or follow up properly. I ended up having to buy a new oil myself, spending extra money I hadn't planned for. The whole thing was a real letdown, and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    I've ordered a gift online for a birthday present. It was supposed to arrive within 5-7 days, but it's been 9 days and still no sign of it! I sent them an email but haven't received any response. I decided to call them, and they told me there was a glitch on their website causing the delay in sending out my order. And they didn't even bother to inform me about it! I asked for a refund and definitely won't be buying from them in the future. It's frustrating because I missed the birthday that I wanted to give the gift for.

    Late delivery, lack of communication

    What a complete mess! I always thought online shopping was meant to be straightforward, but ordering from this particular place was an absolute nightmare. I placed my order right at the end of November and I didn't get the entire order until weeks later. When I eventually got in touch with customer service, they took an absolute age to respond and then only sent me part of my order. Now I'm just left hanging around waiting for the rest of my items with absolutely no communication from them whatsoever. It's just not on, really.
