    Riding jacket

    I bought a riding jacket from Equus at the start of October, but there were delays in dispatch because of their warehouse move. Just before the 14-day mark, they emailed me to say they couldn't find my item and had to re-order from the supplier with no idea of how long it would take. I tried to get a refund by email, but it didn't go through. Then I used the website contact form and heard nothing back. The following day, I got an automated email saying my item had been sent, and it arrived quickly. Luckily, it fits because I wouldn't want to deal with a company that's so hard to get in touch with.

    I recently ordered a fly rug from this company and the service was shocking. It took a whole 10 days for the item to even be dispatched after I placed my order. I had to send three emails asking for a refund, and even messaged them on Facebook before I got a response. They blamed warehouse issues and a bank holiday for the delay, which didn't seem like a good enough reason to me. They promised to dispatch it quickly but that didn't happen, and they ignored my request for a refund. This lack of care for customers is really disappointing. I won't be shopping with them again and I won't recommend them to others.

    Christmas present for daughter

    As a customer, I just have to say how disappointed I was with the customer service at this company. I bought my daughter's main Christmas present way ahead of time, and yet I faced delays and hardly any communication. Even though they told me when it would be sent out, it didn't arrive on time, and they didn't take responsibility for messing up. The lack of communication and honesty was really surprising, and it made me doubt if this company can be trusted.

    I bought something from this company not long ago and it was really disappointing. I've had good experiences with them before, but this time my order was incomplete. I've tried getting in touch with their customer service team a few times, by email and phone, but I haven't heard anything back. It's really annoying to be ignored after spending my money with them. The lack of communication and bad customer service has cost me both money and time.

    I recently bought some horse riding gear online and it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. The website said it would take around 10 days to get my stuff out of the warehouse, which was longer than I hoped, but I thought I'd see how it goes. After waiting for the 10 days, I got in touch to ask about my order and was told it would definitely be on its way before the end of that time. But then on the 11th day, I found out there were problems with the stock causing a delay, with no clear idea of when it would be sorted. It was pretty frustrating not knowing when my order would arrive, especially when the website still said there were 7 items available. I feel like I shouldn't have given them another chance, falling for their promises once more.

    I thought Equus was a good place to shop, but I've been pretty let down by them recently. I made an order a few weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up, even though they've given me loads of excuses and promises. When I decided to cancel my order and ask for a refund, they couldn't even stick to their own deadline for refunds. Now, I'm having to argue with my bank about the charge because Equus haven't sorted anything out. It's a shame that a company I used to have faith in has disappointed me so much.

    I'm really disappointed with the service I've had from the company this time. It's been 28 days since I bought something and still no dispatch email or delivery. I've tried getting in touch with customer service on the website to ask about my order, but they haven't replied. It's so frustrating not knowing what's happening with my order, especially as I've ordered from them before and got my stuff in 2-3 weeks. I thought a well-known company like them would have better communication and efficiency.

    Purchased two muzzles, requested a refund

    I bought two muzzles from the company recently but had to send them back. I asked for a refund of £61 but haven't got my money back yet. I'm really disappointed and frustrated by the lack of communication and solution from the company. I won't be buying from them or their new owners again for sure.

    I recently bought something from an online shop and I was really let down by how long it took for my order to arrive. I placed it on the 1st of December but it didn't get sent out until the 20th. When I contacted customer service to ask what was going on, all they could say was to wait 10-14 days for delivery. That kind of slow and unorganised service just doesn't cut it nowadays when people want things quickly. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this shop after my experience.

    I ordered a belt on the 1st of December, well in advance of Christmas, but it hasn't turned up yet.     I ordered a birthday present for my daughter from the Equus website, but it still hasn't turned up! I've bought from them in the past with no issues, but now I'm starting to stress.     Leather Boots

    I ordered a pair of leather boots from this company back in May, but it's now June and I still haven't received them. The customer service is absolutely shocking - they just don't seem to care at all. I waited around half a day for the boots, only for my delivery to be cancelled because I talked about disputing the charge with my credit card company. I definitely won't be buying anything from this terrible company again.
