Failed installation attempts
I had a bit of a nightmare trying to get a service installed. The first company I chose couldn't seem to get the job done, making excuses each time they failed after three attempts. It was really frustrating and a total waste of my time. Luckily, I switched to another company, and they were able to complete the installation quickly and without any problems. The team from Morrows who came to do the job were absolutely brilliant, finishing it in just 2 hours. Stephen and his crew were so professional, friendly, and they got it right on the first try. I really wish I had gone with them in the first place.
Fiber optic installation
The installation of my fiber optic connection went really well. The engineer turned up on time and got everything set up quickly. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the mix-up with the WiFi details. Other than that, I haven't had it long enough to say much about how good it is as it's only been a few days.
Fibre 900 purchase
I'm really disappointed with the Fibre 900 service I bought. The company said I'd get super-fast internet, but instead, it's as slow as a snail. It's like expecting a Ferrari but getting a lemon. The customer service was no help at all and didn't want to fix the problem.
