    Poor customer service and no refund

    I really wouldn't recommend buying from this company. My time dealing with them has been a total nightmare. I sent back some items but never got my money back, and trying to get hold of someone was a waste of time. They just didn't reply to my messages and were so useless with sorting out returns and refunds. It's just not on. I honestly feel like they've ripped me off, so I'd say to anyone else to steer clear and save yourself from all the hassle and letdowns.

    I've had a really frustrating time with this company as I waited almost 10 months for a refund that I was told I would receive back in September. The time it took for them to sort out my refund was completely unacceptable, and it made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. After reading other people's reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one who has had issues getting refunds from this company. It's disappointing to see that they're not keeping their promises to customers and are basically keeping hold of money that rightfully belongs to us. I would definitely recommend not buying anything from them, as they've shown that they're not reliable or trustworthy. It's worrying that they're still able to operate in this way, and I hope that others can avoid having the same bad experience that I did.

    I am extremely frustrated with the return refund process. It's been 3 whole months and I still haven't received my refund. I returned the item right away and even showed proof that it was received, but the refund that was promised within 28 days still hasn't shown up. The customer service responses have been so unhelpful and unsatisfactory, I feel like they're not taking me seriously at all. It's really disappointing to see this lack of care for customer satisfaction.

    I ordered some clothes ages ago and returned them, but I'm still waiting for my refund. They received my items back in July, and it seems like they've completely forgotten about me.     I bought a bunch of stuff from the shop not long ago, but had a bit of bother trying to get a refund for one of the things I returned. I've sent quite a few emails about it, but still haven't heard anything back from the customer service lot. It's really not on that they're not getting back to me - it's been pretty annoying and disappointing.     I can't believe it, you know? Me and my daughter sent back some stuff, but we're still waiting on the refund! We used Royal Mail and all that, but Forever Unique hasn't replied to any of my emails with the order number. I should've just sold our clothes on Vinted, you know? I'm never shopping here again, not ever. I don't know what to do, maybe I should consider telling Trading Standards about this?

    I placed an order back in September 2023, but I'm still waiting on my refund, which is a bit frustrating. I've been trying to get in touch with them through Resolver, but honestly, it's been a nightmare. Their customer service is absolutely rubbish, and I really wish I hadn't bought anything from them in the first place.     Please don't be fooled by the nice looking clothes. I would love to give minus 10 starts if I could. I really wanted to like Forever Unique. The styles are nice and I would love to buy more from them. They would have a very loyal customer if they were actually a business. Except they are not.

    They owe me £300 in returns. I have messaged them many times and each time I get the same standard response, your refund is being processed.
    It has been 2 months!
    I believe the people in the company are either not fit to run a business (nice version) or they are just running a scam (is what I'm starting to believe).

    It is mildly said infuriating. Oh and buy the way illegal. But I'm sure they already know that.

    Anyway. To anyone reading this, please save yourself the headache, the time wasted on countless emails you'll send and the financial loss you will incur.
