The company did give me the stuff I needed, but they didn't really explain clearly what I had to do to make a successful claim. I found out later that some of the claim requirements were in different documents, hidden away in all the small print and terms and conditions. My claim got turned down just because of the type of lock I used on my bike, which seemed strange to me because if a thief has the right tools, any lock can be cut. Even after I gave them more evidence, they still rejected my appeal without even acknowledging it.

Platinum lodge stay
During my stay at the Platinum lodge in August, I was quite disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. The hot tub was not clean at all when we got there, it had hair, glitter, and even dead insects in it. The windows were dirty with fingerprints, the carpets were full of crumbs, and to make matters worse, we discovered swimwear left behind by the previous guests in the bathroom. And on top of that, there were dirty pots left in the dishwasher. When I raised these issues with the Site Manager, they just brushed it off and said no one else had complained recently. The fact that they are not addressing these complaints on review sites reflects very poorly on their customer service.
