Purifying and Brightening products
Glow Hub has really transformed my skin. I decided to switch up my skincare routine and gave their Purifying and Brightening products a go after taking their skincare quiz. In just a few weeks, I saw a big difference in my skin. No more annoying breakouts, and my pores have shrunk so much they're hardly noticeable. My skin tone has evened out, with no patches in sight - it's glowing, firmer, and healthier than ever. The Nourish and Hydrate cleansing balm is a must-have. It leaves my skin super soft and moisturised, but remember to use another cleanser first to properly remove makeup or dirt. Even though the balm can be a bit stubborn to wash off, it doesn't leave a sticky residue or mess with my makeup. However, I have noticed that when using only the balm, there is still some dirt left on my toning pads.

I have quite sensitive skin and I was happy to see that none of the products caused any irritation. Even though I don't have acne, I liked that these products were gentle on my skin. The packaging was not only cute but also eco-friendly, mostly made of cardboard. Overall, I had a really good experience with this company and would definitely recommend their products.

I bought some skincare stuff from Glow Hub recently, hoping they'd be top-notch. But, to my dismay, they didn't agree with my skin at all. So, I contacted their customer service straight away to sort things out and get help. They told me I'd get a reply in 2-3 days, but it's been over 4 weeks, and I've heard nothing. It's really not on that they're being so unresponsive and not taking responsibility. It doesn't look good for their reputation when it comes to looking after their customers. I think being honest and keeping in touch is important as a buyer, yet that's been seriously lacking in my experience with Glow Hub.
Scar treatment skincare
I hardly ever write bad reviews, but honestly, the customer service at this company is just awful. I tried getting in touch with them a few times on Instagram because their scar treatment stuff gave me chemical burns on my cheeks. And you know what? They ignored me completely and carried on promoting those same products that messed up my skin. I was really excited to try their skincare range, especially since I'd heard so many good things about it on TikTok. But instead of helping with my acne scars, their serum and moisturiser gave me even more spots and left my skin feeling hot, red, and super itchy. My makeup looked terrible after using their stuff, so I had to start all over again with a different brand of moisturiser.
Recent skincare purchase
I have to say, I'm over the moon with my recent skincare buy. I tried out these products for the first time in March and was seriously impressed, so I had to get more last month. The moisturiser is amazing for my skin - it makes it feel super soft and hydrated, I just love it! Honestly, I don't get why this place isn't more popular because the products are amazing. I was really impressed by the quality and variety they have. The customer service was spot on - they were super helpful and really knew their stuff. And let's not forget about how quickly my order was delivered! I placed it and it came in a flash. Refund issue
I bought something, tried to send it back, the whole refund thing was just a nightmare! They promised it would be sorted in 3-5 days, but it actually took more than 3 weeks, and I had to keep hassling them for any news. All they did was repeat the same thing each time. It was really annoying!
New skincare range purchase
Oh my gosh, I bought this new skincare range from Glow Hub and it completely ruined my skin! I ended up with terrible chemical burns and had to go to the doctor for treatment. I even sent pictures of what happened to Glow Hub, but they didn't seem to care and refused to give me a refund. And I'm not the only one – other people had the same awful reaction as well!
Incorrect order
The customer service at this place is absolutely ridiculous. They completely got my order wrong and didn't even try to fix it or reply to my emails. I'm shocked by how unprofessional and uncaring they are towards their customers.
Mini order mishap
I had a really bad experience with this company recently. I ordered a full-size product but they sent me a mini-size instead. When I got in touch with customer service to sort out the mistake, they actually had the nerve to tell me to go to the post office to return it. Like it was my fault they messed up! It's so frustrating to see such bad customer service and no one taking responsibility.
Serum purchase
I was really disappointed with the serums I bought as they were so weak, they might as well have been water. It seems like these are more suited for younger skin, as they don't have the power and ingredients that mature skin needs. I expected better quality and effectiveness from the serums.
