    I recently decided to try out a six-month total health program after hearing good things about it. The programme was on the pricey side, costing $199.00 per month, but I thought investing in my health was worth it. Unfortunately, despite taking the supplements regularly, my PSA levels actually increased by 2 points during that time. To make matters worse, a biopsy revealed that one of the samples showed signs of cancer. It was really disheartening to see that despite the high cost, the program didn't seem to have any benefits for my health.     I recently booked a flight and hotel trip to Rome through Expedia. Unfortunately, within two hours of making the booking, the flights with the airline were cancelled. This meant that we couldn't make our connection to Rome for the hotel stay. Expedia told me to contact the airline directly, but the airline didn't want to help me because I booked through a third party. It was a real pain trying to get a refund, I wasted so much time with no success. In the end, I had to get my bank involved to chase the money back, and even now, after 3 months, the problem is still not resolved.     I recently finished the Life Coaching Course at Level 3 and I have to say, I was really impressed. The course material was well-organised and easy to follow, which made learning enjoyable. The support from the tutor, Kelly, was outstanding. She was always quick to respond and very helpful all the way through. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in life coaching. One small suggestion I have is to think about getting the course endorsed by a professional body like the ICF, as it would make the qualification even more credible. Thanks a lot, Oxbridge, for an amazing learning experience!
