I bought some elbow pads from Fox, but they were too small, so I tried to get in touch with customer service to arrange a return or exchange. Unfortunately, I couldn't get through to anyone as the phone number on the shipping info was wrong and the website chat wasn't working. It was frustrating that there wasn't a clear returns process or a way to ask for a return label. I think as a customer, I should have the right to return a product that doesn't fit correctly.

I've been using the repeat prescription service from this online doctor for a while now and I have to say, it's been really easy. The process is simple - the doctor sends the prescription to the pharmacy and I get my medication in just a couple of days via Royal Mail. It's great for non-urgent items and for urgent ones, I can always count on my local pharmacies. The best part is the reminder they send when it's time to reorder, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. I recently tried to use a local pharmacy for this service and let's just say, they completely failed at even answering the phone to take my order!

TRT blood test results
I went to Optimale to get my TRT test results becuase I've been with them for 2 years. They used to be really good and nice to me, but this time they told me to stop treatment and go to a private blood clinic that's really expensive and far away. They didn't even offer to help me find a clinic or give any other options. I was really scared because I know stopping TRT suddenly can be bad, but they didn't seem to care. Luckily, the NHS clinic helped me and it turns out there might have been a mistake in the lab results. Optimale didn't even say sorry for the stress they caused me. I don't think they really care about helping me, just about making money. I pay a lot for their service and I expect better treatment.

We're just round the corner from Gatwick, but we decided to park here 'cause we had a really early flight home. It was dead easy to book online, only took a few minutes. When we finally made it back from our trip (after a 3 hour delay, ugh), our car was all ready and waiting for us! Thank goodness, 'cause we had 3 tired kids with us. Maple Parking saved us from having to splash out on taxis.

The artist really captured the essence of Claude Monet's work, every brushstroke and colour looked just like the original. The customer service from Monica Lee was excellent. She kept me updated throughout the ordering process and answered all my questions quickly. She was so friendly and made the whole experience great. The artwork was packaged really well in a wooden crate, protecting it and ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. It's clear that Handmade Piece takes pride in taking care of their customers.

I went to your shop the other day to get some new glasses, but I must say, it wasn't a great trip. While I was there, I saw something worrying - a customer fell because their wheelchair was slippy, and ended up getting hurt. What bothered me the most was that no one from the staff was around to help or sort out the situation. It's really important for customers to feel safe and happy when they're shopping, so it would be good to have some measures in place to stop things like this happening again.

Pendant for 10th wedding anniversary
I was really let down by how long it took for my order to arrive. Impressions mould challenge
I had a really bad experience trying to get the impression mould for the product. It was so hard to put it in my mouth that it actually made me feel sick. I decided to cancel my order within the 14 days allowed for internet sales, but even though I did everything right, the company kept my money and won't give me a refund. This has made me really disappointed with how they've handled things. When I spoke to customer service, a guy named David was no help at all. He just said they were keeping my money and that was that. The way they've treated me is just not right, and it's clear they don't care about their customers or their money. I asked for their company details so I could take them to court, but they were useless and wouldn't help me at all. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone after my terrible experience and the fact that they didn't sort things out properly.

Shoes at the Westfields Stratford store in London
I had such a great time at the Westfields Stratford store in London. There's this one staff member, Jordan, who helped me out and she was super friendly and really knew her stuff. Faulty kettle return
I had an awful time trying to return a broken kettle to this company. Even though the kettle was still under warranty, the response I got was terrible. The person in customer service didn't seem to care at all about helping me sort out the problem and said that they weren't the ones to deal with returns. It was really annoying to see a company not standing by their warranties and treating customers so poorly. I definitely won't be dealing with this company again and will be going somewhere else for my purchases.

Hey everyone, guess what? My first shirt arrived today, it's the Open neck Street Art one. It came really fast, just like they said in the email. The packaging was super fancy, felt proper posh unwrapping it. The shirt was all nicely wrapped in tissue paper with a cool company band around it - such a nice little touch! I always go for short sleeves because long ones are always too long for me, but this one fits perfectly. The design is so cool and the material is really good quality. Platinum Plus caravan stay
I stayed at this place that I thought was going to be really posh with all the fancy stuff, but it turned out to be a real letdown. I just wanted a relaxed holiday with an extra TV and a dishwasher, but the caravan they gave me didn't have any of that. When I complained, they said, "Oh, it's brand new so it's worth the high price." Like, seriously? They didn't even fix it when I pointed out they already had the items in there. And get this, they just told me they hope my poorly husband gets better soon. So rude! All in all, not cool at all and I definitely won't be going back there.
